Hi @TPG_Telecom Currently approaching 50min. being given the run around trying to find status of installation fault first reported last Sunday. Now waiting for supervisor call back. Hard to recommend ‘service’ when it appears non-existent🤔

@NBN_Australia I have had over 30 days of intermittent outages everyday. I've had 6 nbn visits and 1 @TPG_Telecom visit today. Each of you say its the others issue. HELP @NBN_Australia frustrating it hasn't been fixed after all these times...

Geeze I'm sick of my NBN . Best speed I can get is 6mbps. Drops out 20 times a day. Contact @TPG_Telecom , next day say it's fixed. Still same problem @NBN_Australia send a tech out , after an hour say it's fixed. Still dropping out 20 times a day. Ugggh bloody #fraudband

@ayksee @e_andj @TPG_Telecom Hey! It really depends - it could be an NBN issue, I would suggest you do a little investigation first with NBN (you may need to run some tests with TPG) and then if you still want to make the switch over to us, give us a ring on 1300 880 905! :) - Lizzie

@TPG_Telecom apartment is being renovated, incorrect installation of NBN wall socket, no power point close. rendering it useless. Issue been highlighted for greater than 1 week. No contact with technician to fix issue. You have until Monday otherwise its 5G with @Telstra instead
