    @TPG_Telecom @Daddles11 The DNS solution can only work if you have a connection. I have no connection (red blink light on modem). Submitted a fault report through the mobile app more than 24h ago; cannot get through on the phone. This is not an acceptable level of service.

    FU @TPG_Telecom first Ur technician cancels my installation apt after sitting outside my home for 30mins now u hang up on me when transferring 2 to special case manager worst customer for the long term customer thanks

    @TPG_Telecom I just would like to inform that I have sent the email cancellation 13/09 and had no response yet, when I tried to call TPG, I had no support help, please someone could give me the needed attention?

    @TPG_Telecom It still isn’t working. We need a better response than has been provided which is clearly a cut and paste (add name of person doing the cut and paste). There is thousands of people out of service by the looks of it

    @TPG_Telecom I am trying to talk someone on your phone line since last night,but no body available.I called for service cancellation on account department,she put me on hold for few mins and now she told me that she will call me.!Even I can’t reset my account password.!!Unbelievable service.
