My parents internet has suddenly declined in recent days. Went and checked myself, constant drop outs, 1-5 mps speed on 50mps plan. Basically unusable.

Don’t even know how you guys are still in business. I’m now speaking with a supervisor. After over an hour. We’ll see if she can sort my issues - I have low hopes.
