    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia once again problems with NBN connection. 3rd time within a month. Not surprised my neighbours (x3) had same problems and the technician repairs theirs yesterday and leaves ours not functioning. Cmon do better.

    @TPG_Telecom Terrible internet connection and on top of that horrible customer support..Have been waiting since an hour and I can only hear amazing useless tips on IVR..If I don't get a call back i will switch to #Origin @originenergy tonight itself!
