    @TPG_Telecom cst service is disgusting being told to wait an hour so after waiting over an hour to speak to rep to get help with what YOU have done with my account and stuffing me around just left me on deadair and now I wait another hour to talk

    @LauraDam7 @TPG_Telecom It’s annoying me while working too but it’s actually more personally that it’s a real grievance. I want to sit down in my personal time and relax with TV and movies etc, but streaming apps via Chromecast wifi are plagued by this patchy service which is ruining my chill time! 🤬

    @TPG_Telecom NBN line is already restored. Generating a ticket will not stop you/@NBN_Australia from cutting our service anyway. Let's hope there is no further disruption from tomorrow. The two emergencies maintenance on consecutive days, unannounced & with no explanation very unprofessional.

    @TPG_Telecom service broken this morning, and again tonight. Modem all looks fine (after reboot), yet no internet - I’m really over this what’s going on in Tuggeranong Canberra.

    @itsnicole84 @TPG_Telecom We're having the same issues! My husband is working from home and this terrible internet service is impeding on his ability to work effectively! Looks like we'll have to contact Australian Consumer Affairs as TPG have repeatedly failed to provide solutions!
