It’s 1:03 pm. it’s been 3hrs that my internet has stopped working. @TPG_Telecom says on their website that NBN HFC customers may experience problems with internet due to unplanned outage categorised as CRITICAL! @NBN site says ‘All good at my address.’ Who’s telling porkies(lies)

  • joolzfashion Joolz Fashion (@joolzfashion) reported

@TPG_Telecom It’s patchy. Drops in & out. Seems like it’s been particularly bad since Friday. What’s going on, do you guys know?

  • joolzfashion Joolz Fashion (@joolzfashion) reported

@TPG_Telecom It's working right now so trouble-shooting will probably be best to wait till it drops out again. Thanks Julien. I'll let you know.

  • Yes_CanBeDone Pranav Aggarwal (@Yes_CanBeDone) reported

@TPG_Telecom Hi ... the work is so bad, have complained, as suggested even upgraded the plan yet terrible speed and keeps fading out !! HELP

  • amy_eatssyd Amy Zhong (@amy_eatssyd) reported

Called @TPG_Telecom re **** NBN speed to be told that wifi signals don’t travel through walls and doors...

  • Dreamcaster1998 Dreamer (@Dreamcaster1998) reported

@stu_watches @TPG_Telecom Damn, that sounds annoying as hell. I'd be pissed too mate.

  • tommytank79 FourStroke (@tommytank79) reported

@TPG_Telecom @mimay1024 You guys make it very difficult to understand what the hell is going on. You’re not taking calls. Your outage service says nationwide issues with a 3rd party provider, nothing specific. NBN is not reporting any service outages. Who is responsible for the issue & who is fixing it?

  • andreavb1985 Andrea VB (@andreavb1985) reported

Hey, @TPG_Telecom, when is the service expected to return in 2089? Website does not load so unable to check... thanks!

  • stu_watches stu (@stu_watches) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

So disappointed with @TPG_Telecom. I’ve been a customer for ten years and can’t believe how shabby their customer service has gotten. Guess it’s off to @Optus for our NBN needs

  • arisharp Ari Sharp (@arisharp) reported

Hate to be the person who whines on Twitter to get customer service but I've tried the usual method without success. I've got big online access issues - two days with many web services inaccessible via multiple devices. Using @TPG_Telecom on @NBN_Australia - who can help?
