@TPG_Telecom I live in Petersham and on the trial 5g network the speed is worse than dial up modem. Never experienced such bad connect before on nbn. Your website give. I details of 5g outage, what is the problem!?

  • underthingy Steven McCarthy (@underthingy) reported

@TPG_Telecom Something is wrong with the outage reporting then. The energex outage site has no outages listed in St lucia or in any of the surrounding suburbs. I think this whole flood event has highlighted some major issues with the outage reporting system for nbn co and ISPs.

  • AllanSpence20 Allan Spence (@AllanSpence20) reported

Sayeth @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom : "We can't detect an issue with your connection" Also NBN: "We're conducting maintenance in your area twice in two weeks" Really screams quality service.
