    @TPG_Telecom No thanks Charm. Fallen for that one before! Was told I’d get a call back & a week later - no call back! Crazy. Don’t even know how you guys are still in business. I’m now speaking with a supervisor. After over an hour. We’ll see if she can sort my issues - I have low hopes.

    @TPG_Telecom you are literally the worst. Advised 72 hours ago of a call back in 24 hours. No call. Advised 48 hours ago of a call back in 24-48 hours. No call. Now advised it's business hours. Pathetic. Will be changing to another provider.

    @KrystalAmber_x @Frank_Pip @TPG_Telecom What a nightmare ughh ...If you're looking at changing providers IINETT are great, been with them for 6 years, never had an issue besides occasionally restarting the router...$70 unlimited access and fetch per month and we run up to 8 devices and never have buffering or dropouts

    @TPG_Telecom why is it so hard to move an existing connection to a new address? Everyone in the building with @Optus are having no issues. I’ve been trying for 11 days now. No call backs always chasing you. Terrible service.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi TPG I've been trying to get in touch with support for the last few days (received no call back). My parents internet has suddenly declined in recent days. Went and checked myself, constant drop outs, 1-5 mps speed on 50mps plan. Basically unusable.

    @TPG_Telecom hi as i waited hours over several days and noone answers tech support phone, how about helping a long time customer with voicemail issue on mobile apparently caused when cut off with no notice 2 mos ago! Voicemail hasnt worked since.

    @TPG_Telecom i just spoke to someone in your retention specialist team who couldnt answer my valid queries and the. Transferred me to an extention that is invalid. Do you just refuse to deal with people who have moved on past customer service like this?
