@lizzaiii @TPG_Telecom Actually your TPG connection has been garbage. TPG buys bandwidth off nbn to provide you a service. The sooner service providers (TPG,TLS) take ownership of this & stop blaming nbn the better.

@TPG_Telecom My internet's down for the second consecutive time tonight. This is getting very concerning. I effectively do work at home, and I don't have the means to work at full capacity while using my phone as a USB tether.

@TheoKyrillidis @TPG_Telecom Try just resetting the modem, I had the same issue the other night, after the work I got like 30mbps down, after the reset it was back up to over 200

@TPG_Telecom Nobody should use this company. They have been charging me for a service I have not used for 15 months. I have cancelled my service on numerous occasions but they keep charging me. I don't even live in Australia anymore. Thieves!

@TPG_Telecom Yes, wifi, every phone, and laptop always have speeds closer to 200Mbps, but not now, after the outage. I will check just for you, hardwired. Please recheck the parameters, this is not normal.
