@TPG_Telecom Except we had 40 upload which you changed without my permission and will be putting me back on after 3 TPG staff couldn’t help and 1.5hrs of phone call later I finally got onto an incredible retention officer who is fixing the problem. But thank you.

@TPG_Telecom NBNco planned maintenance ended 6 hours ago. No known outages or service interruptions. TPG looked into and passed on to engineers. How are the Engineers going? Have they made progress? Daughter is missing out on vital school work right now due to at home isolation.

If you’re in Australia avoid @TPG_Telecom at all costs. I just need internet and I’ve wasted two days getting transferred over a dozen times by customer service. Hung up on me twice. Feel like I’m losing my mind.

@TPG_Telecom The worst internet service provider. Been struggling to get my internet issues fixed for more than 3 days now. @TPG_Telecom support does not have any clue on what the issue is as they keeping giving excuses and blaming the other teams.

@TPG_Telecom don't you hate it when you change to a new system & it makes it harder for your customers and your employees? Someone ****** up didn't they? Your poor employees are dealing with all the customers who are having problems...not very good for your NPS

@TPG_Telecom having way too many problems with you at the moment. My 82 year old mother doesn't have a phone that is working. Using the call back service. Call dropped out and there's has been no call back. Not happy.

@TPG_Telecom Hi team. My elderly mother has been waiting 4 days for a engineer to call her to connect her landline that’s still not working from her new connection in Dec 2021. Can someone please sort this out. 35 days without a landline for a lady who would have 3 calls a day.

@TPG_Telecom Thank you. Couldn’t reach tech support on the phone and our connection has been unstable / pretty much unusable over the past 24 hours. Dropouts and reconnections every 5 mins or so. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.
