And everytime you drop the line & ignore the issue so everytime I have to go through it from the start. Is insane & irresponsible how you treat your customers.

Michelle Sullivan @mis@aus.social (@misullivan) reported@GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom TPG, iiNet and Internode (amongst others) are all the same company now... iiNet has 24x7 customer support.. however does not have 24x7 business support.. as if businesses don’t work 24x7 anymore...!
