    @TPG_Telecom Trying to link another new service to an existing account. In the end I've signed up for two seperate accounts which is a bit annoying. I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.

    @TPG_Telecom Your best just got worse. I work from home and you’ve just updated that internet will be out until 6pm! It went dead yesterday at 10:30 pm. Same thing happened last month. Expensive, slow, unreliable internet: WTF happened Australia? @NBN_Australia #auspol

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom unsure why you requested to use my tpg email for info re my new home connection when you CANCEL AND CLOSE that email to move the account. Thanks for cutting my connection to all my moving services the day before I move.
