    Love getting ripped off by @TPG_Telecom Internet outage lasted for more than 4 days, no fault determined by useless technician, told it was an outage by "online specialists." Told I was going to get lost days credited off next bill, surprise surprise it never did. #tpg

    @TPG_Telecom since my wifi is installed, it'S never been stable always on off especially in public holiday its not working all day! When its working it will down before evening. I am new with TPG never have any stable Connection since day 1.

    Happy new year to my dear friends @AppleSupport and @TPG_Telecom . Unfortunately for me I did not actually sort my problems out . Thank you just the same.I have two strokes so maybe that’s why I can’t work it out

    @TPG_Telecom , I've been on the phone for support since noon, waited almost 1h, after couple seconds of connection the call was disconnected. Rinsed & repeated 3 times. On the 4th attempt. Not happy :(

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, you've already had a technician come and investigate previously. At this time all I can do is grin and bare these dropouts. The service status often says they're "unscheduled maintenance". Perhaps you need to give discounts whenever the "always on" service is offline?

    Love to get emails from @Aussie_BB asking if I want to cancel the order because it will take them two months to come and visit my house. I mean, I wasn't thinking of cancelling, but I am now... @TPG_Telecom, you think you could get me up and running in less than 2 months?
