@TPG_Telecom the worst customer service and internet provider. My service gets deleted without my consent. I get bounced around from operator to operator (based overseas) getting told the same story. No internet for 6 days. Can’t wait to change providers.

@TPG_Telecom Turning router off and on again. Improved speed initially then when down to 60 Mbps on a 250 Mbps plan. Frustratingly terrible. I’ll see if it improves tomorrow

@TPG_Telecom having way too many problems with you at the moment. My 82 year old mother doesn't have a phone that is working. Using the call back service. Call dropped out and there's has been no call back. Not happy.

@TPG_Telecom im over this **** you call an internet connection it drops every 5 minutes because I can't even watch a YouTube video without it buffering this is a joke when your phones open in the morning im cancelling ******* disgrace of a provider.

@TPG_Telecom Thank you. Couldn’t reach tech support on the phone and our connection has been unstable / pretty much unusable over the past 24 hours. Dropouts and reconnections every 5 mins or so. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.

@TPG_Telecom having connection issues in Dunlop ACT last 24 hours is there a network issue ? Have done all usual trouble shooting at my end
