    @TPG_Telecom service status says it’s up but it been out since 5pm and it’s still not working. Wtf!

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, you've already had a technician come and investigate previously. At this time all I can do is grin and bare these dropouts. The service status often says they're "unscheduled maintenance". Perhaps you need to give discounts whenever the "always on" service is offline?

    @TPG_Telecom I am beyond fed up with @tpg_internet. Every month for the past six months, I have had to call and make a complaint about issues with my service. Despite their assurances that the problem is fixed, it continues to occur on a regular basis. The worst part?

    @TPG_Telecom i am over the complete rubbish you call customer service. Taken 2 weeks and a loyal customer of 14 years and been stuffed around. Spoken to 15 or more alleged customer service representatives and no one can help

    They haven't even been debiting the agreed upon amount from my account, resulting in my internet being cut off. This is unacceptable and I demand better from a company that I am paying for a service. Don’t use @TPG_Telecom they are disgraceful #customerservicefail

    @TPG_Telecom I still have no access to my emails on my 2 accounts: 1:since 18/12/22 & 2: since 18/11/22. 8 days ago I was told you will fix this as a matter of urgency. Terrible "system error" x testing a new product. Resolutions team please contact me ASAP you got my number.

    @TPG_Telecom since my wifi is installed, it'S never been stable always on off especially in public holiday its not working all day! When its working it will down before evening. I am new with TPG never have any stable Connection since day 1.

    @stuv1k @TPG_Telecom Had same experience late last year. Ended up cancelling the service, tired of hearing, we’ll or we’ve already escalate your situation blah. Giving me diff reasons is another thing. Btw, requesting to get their service cancelled is another nightmare tbh.
