    @TPG_Telecom what's going on with your home NBN support? Your website says phone suppor is available 8am - midnight but it just directs you to the app. Response after submitting fault, 12 hours

    @TPG_Telecom Hi Jhoey, I am not sure what you mean by "the first instance" but I have reset my modem multiple times and it's still not working. Is there anything else I can try?

    @NBN_Australia Thank you but @TPG_Telecom is blaming @NBN_Australia for the issue. So not sure what the truth is to be honest.

    Hey @TPG_Telecom I've discovered an issue with my current #HUAWEI router... Apparently Lan 3 and Lan 4 are not able to provide an device with internet activity however, Lan 1 and 2 can. Would I need to order a new one or purchase one myself? Thanks in advance
