Will (@stuv1k) reported@TPG_Telecom Hi, you've already had a technician come and investigate previously. At this time all I can do is grin and bare these dropouts. The service status often says they're "unscheduled maintenance". Perhaps you need to give discounts whenever the "always on" service is offline?
