    @TPG_Telecom service status says it’s up but it been out since 5pm and it’s still not working. Wtf!

    @TPG_Telecom GREAT, this beautiful company now has charged me twice this month, one for a service that never worked, and now to put my new service online, they didn't waive my payment as promised, and they're pushing the online go date in 4 days!!! U-N-B-E-L-I-V-E-A-B-L-E

    5 days and counting, no internet connection due to @TPG_Telecom fault, they can't even give me an idea when I'll have my internet back on. I can't do any work, and my phone data has gone (not to mention the $50 spent for extra data). Do not go with their 5G home service!!

    @TygersByte @TPG_Telecom Dang man, should I be worried or flattered that you took the time to stalk my twitter activity. PS. Update on my internet enquiry from September last year....this was 100% their issue as confirmed by a technician who had to be dispatched to fix a junction box

    @TPG_Telecom is ur mobile network this slow for data always?? I feel bad i changed to TPG service for my mobile n data. I am shocked how slow and no service inside building the whole day today. Might change the service again if this is the case.

    @TPG_Telecom is there something wrong with the TPG 5G home broadband in Burwood NSW. Calling you guys up and kept saying it’s maintenance, it’s already been like this for over a day. Are you guys trying to fix it?

    @TPG_Telecom easily the worst customer service I have ever received. On 4th of April called to set up account at new address for 13th April. Move in 13th April and no interest. Call and they say it hasn’t gone through but will by midnight. Next day still nothing, call and you say
