@TPG_Telecom I got help on Twitter last night after no response from your company! Pretty bad. You should have put out a public statement very shortly after 8pm when it was obvious there were loads of affected people.

@TPG_Telecom Temporary work around was setting the primary DNS to Google's public DNS 8.8.8.8 but I would like to switch back when the issues are resolved.
