@smgstudio @TPG_Telecom They're hard trash don't support those greedy knuckleheads

  • guseyk guseyk (@guseyk) reported

@TPG_Telecom guys, I think I'll need to cancel. I need to speak to Telstra first but can you please tell me what would be involved?

  • Skymasterfunk Alex Thornton (@Skymasterfunk) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom do you know how long the current planned outage in NSW Newtown area will last?

  • andyyapwh Andy Yap (@andyyapwh) reported

@TPG_Telecom The escalation to the NBN management only occurred after a heated conversation with your engineering support. This should already been done on day two rather than waiting for 6 days later. Given the efficiency level of NBN, escalation should be done sooner rather than later.

  • andyyapwh Andy Yap (@andyyapwh) reported

@TPG_Telecom The issue has been there for 7 days, yet only be onsite today or tomorrow? Have they even exercise any sense of urgency for customer? Most people are WFH and relying on the internet to work. NBN has been complacent with their monopoly status. 5G will be a great threat to NBN #NBN

  • andyyapwh Andy Yap (@andyyapwh) reported

@TPG_Telecom I hope the NBN workforce is not just sitting around and monitoring the network but rather working on fixing the problem? It is fast approaching 5PM, have they got anything concrete in hand to fix the issue yet? #NBN

  • Heatherian02 💧Heatherian02 💧💧💧💧💧💧 (@Heatherian02) reported

Many thanks @TPG_Telecom for fixing internet issue. Excellent customer service.

  • guseyk guseyk (@guseyk) reported

@TPG_Telecom This is absurd. All of the infrastructure is there. Is this a TPG issue or @NBN_Australia ?

  • the_anarchy753 anarchy753 (@the_anarchy753) reported

@TPG_Telecom I legitimately cannot wait to end my contract with TPG NBN. It is downright the worst experience I've ever had with internet. It's down MINIMUM once every 2 days, and tonight it's crashed at least once an hour for the last 6 hours.

  • MarkBrooksDodd Mark Dodd (@MarkBrooksDodd) reported

@nicktrav @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Yeah, I assume emails are possible to restore but their IT support didn't know how to do it. This is honestly the problem of mergers and aggressive cost controlling - it produced scenarios where no-one at the customer-facing level can actually solve non-routine problems.
