    @TPG_Telecom This is very irresponsible of TPG to promise call back & no response for over 3 hrs- we are without internet (at no fault of ours) & it seems will have to wait 48 hrs - customer service was pathetic & least bothered abt customer problems - at time very rude & arrogant attitude

    @TPG_Telecom u done it again - had to stay on the call 2 hrs - my internet service was stopped today all of a sudden - my account had wrong details - escalated to the manager in charge - promised call back in 20 min - it has been over 2 hrs - no call from TPG- m without internet

    @FinancialReview @TPG_Telecom @Maxepmason There is a lot more to protest about. Paying for a service that you don’t get. Being passed around like a ball when trying to call. One can spend the day on the phone & still not resolve anything. Unbelievable!
