@TPG_Telecom Has the storm affected your wireless service? My 4G light on the modem is off (usually quite bright green) and data is, at best, very slow with intermittent dropouts.

@TPG_Telecom internet down again in post code 3064... this is a disgrace... your service is becoming worst month on month... can't even call you as you think customers don't use internet after 9 pm on weekends

@seraphya @TPG_Telecom I’ve been having issues all week in Bentleigh with huge fluctuating speeds. Tonight I have a whopping 0.60mbps and it’s not fixed itself after 30 mins. Have done all sorts of troubleshooting😭

@TPG_Telecom FYI😡 ur customercare team is the worst trained staff. Since last night our nbn is down not working, after 3 attempts finally after 45 mint hold we got in but then ur rude staff was of no use and refused to Escalate call when req for manager. Our issue is still not resolved.#tpg

@TPG_Telecom I’ve been offline since 5am yesterday and just minutes ago you send me an SMS saying its up and running… and you know what, it’s not. I’ve checked the nbn site and it says it’s connected. Have you simply just parroted the nbn site without doing your own checks? Poor
