    @TPG_Telecom Your best just got worse. I work from home and youโ€™ve just updated that internet will be out until 6pm! It went dead yesterday at 10:30 pm. Same thing happened last month. Expensive, slow, unreliable internet: WTF happened Australia? @NBN_Australia #auspol

    WARNING. @TPG_Telecom Does NOT have 24x7 tech support, rather 8am - 10pm. Absolute joke, not worthy of anybody's custom. It's 2023 @TPG_Telecom hellooooooooo ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ˜ก Fail.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, I have been having 5G internet issues and your support team has promised compensation before I switch to nbn. I have been waiting for the compensation 'approval' since August 2022 and the billing team has no idea if any credit from this issue can be c/f to nbn.

    @TPG_Telecom @simon40031934 The issue is everyone through TPG/iinet is having routing issues we connect to asia which means were all getting 150ms on games

    @NBN_Australia @jojo1171952 Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. Itโ€™s now Friday, my service provider lady whoโ€™s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says itโ€™s likely you wonโ€™t be working on the weekend

    If anyone is looking for competent Internet service provider then stay away from @TPG_Telecom the worst trained, customer service and all around incompetent
