    @TPG_Telecom DM sent; but the responses are nonsensical, irrational and infuriatingly ignorant. Whoever is doing the corresponding cannot understand the basic logic that I cannot access my MFA 'protected' account because there is no mobile netowork coverge at the service location.

    @TPG_Telecom I've never taken to social media to escalate an issue, but I have no other choice. My husband has been trying get a new esim QR code sent to him for 2 days now. He has no mobile coverage, so can't receive text messages or calls.

    Just had the worst customer experience with @TPG_Telecom They suggested I replace my router without even troubleshooting the issue, then charged me for it. After further investigation, they found the problem was not with the router. #badcustomerservice #neverusingTPGagain

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
