    @TPG_Telecom Tpg Telecom disconnected my home Nbn yesterday for no apparent reason & promised to reconnect immediately. 24 hours since more than 10 calls.. Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.

    @TPG_Telecom Inner Melb 3003 is affected by very slow page loading, some completely blank pages that hang. last 2 days, but today worse.

    @TPG_Telecom Why is it that you TPG always stuff up somewhere and either slows down our internet or just cuts it off? Why? I’ve experienced way too many maintenances, disconnections for the past couple months. I’m sick and tired of it.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
