    @TPG_Telecom ID 4904297 we are struggling to just have our internet back. We moved apt. Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

    @simonwaight @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I had the same problem with a relocation - was on 100/40 and after moving I went to 100/20 and the ISP didn't own up to the fact that my upload speeds would change. Aussie broadband came to the rescue, was happy to pay more for better service

    @TPG_Telecom Hello, the engineer confirmed that it is line signal related issue, could you let me know when it can be fixed. It has been almost 1 week. Now I am using my mobile data sharing to have meeting at home. Please fix it asap.

    @TPG_Telecom How about not reducing my upload speeds OR ripping me off for $10 extra p/month in a year when employment has been a joke because of the pandemic? How about increasing speeds & providing a solid service for even one month & how about these engineers call when they say they will?

    After @TPG_Telecom pulling its **** today with their surprise NBN100 upload speed halving, I hope to christ someone, somewhere is looking at the viability of an @AmberElectricAU model for wholesale intermediary/direct-to-consumer/whatever it's called reseller of NBN.

    It's been 2 days @TPG_Telecom since the technician came. Upstream/downstream are turning off and on... is it time to look at my account and see what was changed?????? It's not a nbn issue!

    @TPG_Telecom are your servers down? Or are we getting punished in the community for not being impressed that without a price reduction our upload speeds are being reduced ? Australia has some of the most expensive internet in the world - we should be gaining speed !

    @TPG_Telecom trying to get in touch with your singapore office for a plan I paid for online but never received a confirmation email for. Anyway you can help? Sad that you run a business in Singapore but would not want to maintain a customer care org.
