    @TPG_Telecom I really appreciate your attention, unfortunately In that conditions. but if you guys coudnt provide a resolution in the next week unfortunately i would say I’ll buy internet service from another company.

    @TPG_Telecom ID 4904297 we are struggling to just have our internet back. We moved apt. Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

    @briannasbell @Telstra Bloody hell. I signed up for NBN plan with TPG in readiness for install (finally) in June 2019, and it’s been postponed to June 2020, and yeah, nothing we can do to change as we are on Optus cable & ADSL is a step down.

    @AlBendall @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been with them just as long. Had to threaten to leave if they kept sending me offers for the NBN. Most likely when we finally have to migrate we will cancel and use our mobiles as there won't be any speed improvement given how old and dodgy the copper cable is in this house.
