  • TheNightFlower 💧(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ 🐨🦘 (@TheNightFlower) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

  • joshbow85 Josh Bowman (@joshbow85) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

  • morebento morebento (@morebento) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@dobes @moylecroft I had no end of problem with NBN but not TPG fault

  • TheNightFlower 💧(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ 🐨🦘 (@TheNightFlower) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

Hey, @TPG_Telecom there was a planned maintenance outage today, but now my speed is 75% less than what I'm being charged for. I'm on a 200 Mbps plan. Please fix it. Yes, I have rebooted 2x and all the other blah blah blahs.

  • Nihal73748 Nihal (@Nihal73748) reported

@TPG_Telecom is there an outage in Pemulwuy NSW?

  • yakhnov Dmitry Yakhnov (@yakhnov) reported

@TPG_Telecom your decision to introduce MFA upon login without the ability to disable this feature was the trigger point for me to look around for another supplier.

  • xmydyingrosex Laura Defeat'her (@xmydyingrosex) reported

@TPG_Telecom What’s not sustainable is companies exploiting everyday people for profit! Feels like maybe it’s time for a change considering the amount of drop outs for “emergency work” when your service is that unstable how can you justify this?

  • Endareth Endareth (@Endareth) reported

Always good to remember that @TPG_Telecom support don’t actually bother reading emails… not sure why I bother.

  • lisabrockwell Lisa Brockwell (@lisabrockwell) reported

@TPG_Telecom I have now verified my account 3 times. Please let me know when you have cancelled my account. I have been emailing you asking you to cancel my service for 15 months.

  • benjmiles BenMiles (@benjmiles) reported

@TPG_Telecom If that's the case then I will be advising this and future customers to avoid your email service and use the far superior a more secure @gmail or @Outlook and just redirect their tpg mail to that address. No IMAP, my Gods! You know it's the 2020's right?

  • kpaoor Amit Kapoor (@kpaoor) reported

@TPG_Telecom what is wrong with you guys, I disconnected my NBN connection from you (username-sadri1987) and I was charged 33.67 dollars. i spoke with you customer service team on 19th Augu and they told me no such deduction will happen

  • TheoKyrillidis Theo 🛠 (@TheoKyrillidis) reported

@TPG_Telecom Yes, wifi, every phone, and laptop always have speeds closer to 200Mbps, but not now, after the outage. I will check just for you, hardwired. Please recheck the parameters, this is not normal.

  • Nihal73748 Nihal (@Nihal73748) reported

@TPG_Telecom just called TPG and was advised of NBN Outage. Thank you
