@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

@TPG_Telecom, I have no problem with technical issues, an NBN outage or whatever because these kinds of things happen. But disabling all your phone lines to avoid speaking with customers is wrong. Also, the interactive voice system didn’t help much tonight before dropping my call

@TPG_Telecom clearly there is an issue nationwide.Nbn service is stable .phone service is working however internet is not and again it does not to appear to be nbn service as residents with providers are not affected.Have you been hacked or something ?
