    @TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    Really @TPG_Telecom, after I corrected my address and asked your customer service to correct it... you still sent the parcel to the wrong address. I only found out after ringing StarTrack. Now I have to wait until the end of the day and then ring them to readdress the parcel.

    @TPG_Telecom you know what's really funny? Being told to be more understanding bc your technicians WFH after I told you repeatedly I also WFH. At least they have internet & get paid. Meanwhile, your paying customer wastes hrs each day calling you. Where is your understanding?

    @TPG_Telecom The call centre representative said it will take one more month to rectify. What a resolution just to wait and wait It is been 20 days and now one more month

    .@TPG_Telecom making a very frustrated customer verify themselves a million times after transferring them a million times will only irritate them further. For the sanity of all sides, do not ask them to rate your service when they are very upset about your service. #TPG #TPGSucks

    Really @TPG_Telecom, after I asked your customer service to correct my address before a parcel was sent! You still sent the parcel to the wrong address. I only found out after ringing StarTrack. Now I have to wait until the end of the day and then ring them to readdress it.

    @TPG_Telecom I just called TPG got connect after a hold of 40 minutes I could hear the agent properly and he could too but after some time pretended he cannot hear and disconnected our call. Pathetic customer services no resolution #frustation #nilcustomersatisafaction
