@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

@TPG_Telecom in fairness I dont want to defend them. But my opinion is all internet has turned to crap, one at the office is the same (different provider) at the moment, so I my mobile (with Optus). Is anyone else having slow problems?

@TPG_Telecom your service is absolutely horrendous. Your failure to provide consistent internet is severely impacting my ability to work from home. Outages without any compensation + won't allow me to change providers without having to pay. What a crock of ****. Bullshit service.

@TPG_Telecom Your service stings. Final I go throw. Soonest mention disconnection. The guy who answered hang up and second time same person put me back on the queue. That’s how good your bloody service is! Every time I call you technical department I get same treatment

@TPG_Telecom Bad support and working on that is part of any business. The biggest Jono is staff lying to customers to get them off their back. Telling a detailed tail that’s not true or just admitting to not caring. I have had this now 3 times as a long term customer. It’s the worst sin
