JohnyJ@m3s (@johnyjam3s) reported@not_aldous @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I have exactly the same and have never been let down by Amaysim or Aussie Broadband in the past 4 years I’ve used their services. I previously was with Telstra and they were abysmal so much so that even today when I see their ads, I feel angered.

Bradley Michael Blanchard (@Rsa_Ares) reported@TPG_Telecom Whoever is thinking of changing to TPG…DONT!!! There service is terrible, they are not trustworthy. I was informed I will be receiving a modem, which I did not receive, TPG confirmed it was returned to them… Long story short - i was still charged $612.

Krungthepkris - back home 🇺🇦🇹🇼 (@Krungthepkris1) reported@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom 100%Aussie Broadband for Internet - I’ve discarded Telstra and Optus before - uselessly big - they have been brilliant since day 1 have NEVER had a provider that always exceeds the nominal line speed I pay for. Vodaphone for mobile after Telstra and Optus - quite ok

Michelle Sullivan (@misullivan) reported@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom The IPv6 technical issue I had a senior support team member (and probably the most knowledgeable in Internode) calling me and we going through the issue together for about 4 weeks.. in the end called a colleague in the USA in to help.. work around was needed, not their fault.

Kelanoa 😷 (@Kelanoa2) reported@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Internode, I've been with them since 2003. Wonderful support people. They are owned by iiNet now, but operate independently.
