    @TPG_Telecom You are not the only internet provider in Australia. Keep that in mind. I will consider other possibilities, if you are unable to active my service before 2pm today.

    @TPG_Telecom This company is an utter disgrace. I have never dealt with a group of such ignorant and pathetic people. Is it common for you wankers to message people at 4am on a Sunday? Complete scam of a company and should be shut down.

    @TPG_Telecom There is clear evidence of outages in SA. When I called support, I was told there is not NBN or TPG outage in my area and its the nbn box that is the issue. Not happy with being lied to and the poor quality of the customer support

    Great. @iiNet VDSL is now reduced to the 'when it rains it doesnt work' state. Im pretty sure Lesley who called me absolutely lied about the network being upgraded too. I see no evidence of that. Welcome to @TPG_Telecom Garbage.

    @TPG_Telecom Finally, my internet is up and running now. But, still have a issue with the phone line. One of the technicians already raised a case. Hope it will be fixed.

    @TPG_Telecom Now with the last person I spoke, I requested an escalation. I was told it would happen but I have no idea what is going on. You need to raise your customer service game TPG.
