  • iamalexsi Alex SI 😷 (@iamalexsi) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@TPG_Telecom service I paid $200 in advance for and it’s been extremely frustrating.

  • rob29bennett Rob Bennett (@rob29bennett) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

What a joke TPG support is... they have now moved to online “chat” for support but after 2 hours waiting still no response. Paying for 45mbps and lucky to be getting 2 to 3 MBPS. Would not recommend TPG at this time !!

  • gallowshaunt Gallows (@gallowshaunt) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom frustrated to say the least. I never auth a disconnection or to have my line disconnected for whatever reason and now I'm offline for anything between 24-48hrs.

  • Spit_79 Ben Swallow (@Spit_79) reported from Rockhampton, State of Queensland

@erprateeks @TPG_Telecom I agree 100% I have been trying to get support for 3 days now... can anyone see a big ombudsman thing coming out of TPG’s poor customer support.

  • josejoness Jodi Gleeson (@josejoness) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@TPG_Telecom our internet has been down for over 24 hours - all attempts to contact you isn’t working. Your new chat system for tech support is doesn’t work. you obviously don’t have enough rescources - get more and let me talk to someone to fix my internet please

  • KazzaWilly Kazz Rose (@KazzaWilly) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Very sorry I went with @TPG_Telecom for my NBN. Their Customer Service is in impossible to deal with!

  • TheNightFlower 💧(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ 🐨🦘 (@TheNightFlower) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@t_cutlet @sharnatweets @chrisgatlarge @ninafunnell @EROCAustralia @thebettinaarndt @TPG_Telecom You're assuming that the email is legitimately sent by a person with that address, and that it is actually email, not a web form that creates email-like content. Also that said person works for TPG rather than is simply a customer.

  • simon300376 Simon H (@simon300376) reported from Central Coast, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom NBN dropouts again, persistently having same problem and now customer service directs to online chat, which is hopeless when your internet is down. Hopeless TPG. Am going to churn.
