    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom I have been calling the support team since Aug 2022 every month and it has been frustrated with the service. Everytime after we agree on something, its a different story whenever I call back to follow up. There is 0 sync of info across the support team.
