    @TPG_Telecom SIMBA is defrauding people in Singapore. Inspite of S$10 plan per month, they deducted S$10 twice from my account for a month's charge. Also, customer experience is the worst. Save yourself from this telecom operator. @TpgTelecom #Simba #Singapore

    @TPG_Telecom my internet has been down for most of the afternoon today & most of the afternoon yesterday and it's dropping in and out constantly outside of that. Modem and wireless are working. Tried calling but after an hour and 20 minutes on hold gave up.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
