  @TPG_Telecom having way too many problems with you at the moment. My 82 year old mother doesn't have a phone that is working. Using the call back service. Call dropped out and there's has been no call back. Not happy.

  @TPG_Telecom Hi team. My elderly mother has been waiting 4 days for a engineer to call her to connect her landline that’s still not working from her new connection in Dec 2021. Can someone please sort this out. 35 days without a landline for a lady who would have 3 calls a day.

  @TPG_Telecom Hi I am very upset with the service & my internet is again down. It keeps on happening again & again. I need to escalate this Not good service at all & no communication for previous complaint.

  @TPG_Telecom Turning router off and on again. Improved speed initially then when down to 60 Mbps on a 250 Mbps plan. Frustratingly terrible. I’ll see if it improves tomorrow
