    @TPG_Telecom my connection has gone down again today, and the last time it went down was two days ago. I've lodged faults in the app, but these issues seem to be happening more and more often. I rely on stable internet for my job. Please help and fix these issues!

    @TPG_Telecom hello a technician,I’m guessing nbn,was just outside my house poking around in the ground. Next thing I know the nbn is out,now he is gone and my internet is still out. Please help
