    @TPG_Telecom Been trying to contact your support team via phone for 2 days now and nothing! We’ve had no internet and need to speak to someone ASAP. Terrible customer service!

    Three days ago someone emailed the activation team to resolve this issue in 48 hours. Now a follow up email was sent and another 48hrs given. How difficult is to get my internet activated? I'm an existing client @tpg_telecom

    @TPG_Telecom and this morning I've just received an email from your billing department because you can't debit a valid account? WTF are you people playing at? Seriously! I would appreciate a call.

    @TPG_Telecom We think auto payments is sorted now, but will DM if the latest fix by your call centre staff doesn't work.

    @TPG_Telecom is your network down atm. Our internet and wifi keep cutting out. The wifi and internet light on the modem keep turning off

    @TPG_Telecom Surprise, surprise. NBN tech attends, confirms that nothing is wrong with the line and that the TPG modem is cactus - despite TPG 'testing' this 3 days ago. I'm now awaiting a callback from TPG who will no doubt try and deflect this issue. Again. Disappointing.

    @TPG_Telecom it's report out of time，not only my home nbn，almost all TPG broadband have same issue. I saw few report on TPG community and Chinese social website

    @TPG_Telecom tried technical support for wifi range issue ,automatic system does not sllow even call to be connected . Need help . Wifi coverage is a serious problem .

    @TPG_Telecom is your service down atm. My wifi keeps cutting out. Non stop. The internet light is off
