    @TPG_Telecom I have been calling the support team since Aug 2022 every month and it has been frustrated with the service. Everytime after we agree on something, its a different story whenever I call back to follow up. There is 0 sync of info across the support team.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

    I actually think @TPG_Telecom wireless 4G wifi has to be some of the worst wifi I’ve ever used It completely disconnects from my devices randomly when I’m trying to do something. It’s just disconnected from my phone 5 times in the past hour
