@ScottMorrisonMP @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia The NBN is a complete waste of tax $$ The tech was outdated before rollout! I can't get higher than 54mbp in my new house. It's too exy for a poor speed. Perhaps 5G Internet can save us, hopefully!

  • brisbinchicken Michael (@brisbinchicken) reported

@TPG_Telecom Have checked all of these things, this isn’t my first rodeo. Is there no outage on your end or what? Could do without the pointless run around.

  • DaveAuth Dave Auth (@DaveAuth) reported

@TPG_Telecom I’ve made a total of 16 calls to try and get my internet transferred to my new house. Still no closer to getting connected and you refuse to turn off service and stop charging at the place I left a week ago. Is TPG serious? How many more calls needed? 30? 50?

  • Steen_Dr Jason Steen (@Steen_Dr) reported

@TPG_Telecom I cant call you "while its happening" because it self resolves, and all you seem to be able to say is "theres currently no problem, please call while its happening". but I still lost internet connection (and all my SSH sessions and zoom meetings) when it happened
