𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲 #BLM 🏳️🌈📝 (@backupbear) reportedYo, @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia, HFC NBN in Clifton Hill seems borked. There was work being done last night. Is there an actively tracked issue for a current outage?

Chris (@chrisgourley1) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@ayksee @Aussie_BB @TPG_Telecom My wife works from home son on PlayStation never had a issue .
-
Offbԑatmammal 🇦🇺😷💉💉 (@OffBeatMammal) reported:( @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia @acccgovau why all of a sudden is NBN infrastructure apparently costing resellers more so we get the option to pay higher rates to keep the speeds we have? & "planned outages" have become a much more regular occurrence (but we never get bill credit)
-
Cath McDonnell (@HashtagVerada) reportedI want to scream. @TPG_Telecom has the worst customer service, period. Trying to sort a billing payment issue for my brother’s mobile phone since 26 Oct. 8 phone calls. Multiple updates of his credit card in his account. Call staff won’t escalate the call to someone who can fix.
-
Tarkov Task Camper (@TheyCallMeObZen) reported@ConkyOCE @TPG_Telecom I can pay 10 bucks a month more to keep the speeds I have now, because the cost per customer went up like 8 cents, need them fat profit margins
-
Tarkov Task Camper (@TheyCallMeObZen) reported@TimPossible__ @ConkyOCE @TPG_Telecom AussieBB wasn't available at the time here. It was TPG, optus or telstra iirc. After having optus for 15 years, I'll never even look at them again.
-
Ayksee (@ayksee) reportedGuess my internet still is down.. nearly a month @TPG_Telecom on Friday said they'll send a tpg technician on Friday.. I get a normal NBN yesterday (6th time) today they say I'll get a TPG next... if it's not tomorrow... hello @Aussie_BB
-
Beau Deeley (@BeauDeeley) reported@TPG_Telecom How about not reducing my upload speeds OR ripping me off for $10 extra p/month in a year when employment has been a joke because of the pandemic? How about increasing speeds & providing a solid service for even one month & how about these engineers call when they say they will?
-
Aussie Broadband (@Aussie_BB) reported@ayksee @e_andj @TPG_Telecom Hey! It really depends - it could be an NBN issue, I would suggest you do a little investigation first with NBN (you may need to run some tests with TPG) and then if you still want to make the switch over to us, give us a ring on 1300 880 905! :) - Lizzie
