    My fellow Australians please don’t use @TPG_Telecom our mobile phone service has not worked for nearly 3 weeks - no fix, no response - contact centre is useless - just worked out they’ve been over charging us for 6mth too. Stay away. #ripoff #useless #scammers

    @TPG_Telecom I have been calling the support team since Aug 2022 every month and it has been frustrated with the service. Everytime after we agree on something, its a different story whenever I call back to follow up. There is 0 sync of info across the support team.

    @TPG_Telecom @dalpalaj Usually been extremely happy with the service ever since connected, but last few weeks very ordinary. Idk whyy
