@TPG_Telecom - getting close to closing all the corporate accounts we have with you because of this issue - your mail servers are rejecting all emails from our domain with the error: 5.7.1 SPF unauthorized mail is prohibited. support refuses to help as I don't have a res account

@TPG_Telecom I called to cancel my service on the 3rd they wouldn't cancel it over the phone so I had to email to cancel my service on the 3rd, which I was told would be done in 24-48hrs. It's over 72hrs later and no reply, you tried to bill me, for the service I want cancelled.

3/5 And @TPG_Telecom can't just go blaming their outsourced overseas call centre staff, because they only do as they're told. It should never have reached the retention team in the first place!

@TPG_Telecom I just had the most traumatic experience trying to connect my customer to the NBN. The hours we have spent with incompetent support it beyond words. We have evidence of manipulation and would appreciate if anyone e could help us lodge a complaint.

@TPG_Telecom Hi TPG, I was with without NBN for 7 days due to your faulty equipment and you have only given a credit for one day of no service. After multiple emails and calls you still haven’t paid the remaining 6 days.
