The biggest issue is even highest level of escalation authority not able to provide the ETA on open ticket. Can you please advise where to escalate next ?

KC (@KCChern) reported@TPG_Telecom please explain why an extra month advanced fee charged while service was disconnected same day? @NSWFairTrade this option is forced to agree during applying for cancellation. The service disconnected within a day. The extra month paid with no service was provided.
