@TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom thank you for the update. @NBN_Australia, TPG have said that it is as a result of a 3rd party fault being managed by NBNco. Can I please get an update on resolution timing.

@TPG_Telecom I’ve been through this countless times since November and like I said, I’m not wasting more time on it. As soon as the first month is up I’m closing my account with TPG. The “service” you and @NBN_Australia have provided has been shockingly bad. Never again.

@TPG_Telecom It has been raised a few times but nothing has been done- it’s been 2 weeks already . two technicians have come but they have not been capable to solve the problem. Tpg was supposed to send a technician again yesterday but the text confirming the booking has not been received

@TPG_Telecom once again issues with our TPG internet connection. This is proving to be extremely Unreliable. Can’t work from home and losing money daily every time we have issues. Not to mention the slow turnaround to have it fixed.

@TPG_Telecom No. This has been going on since November. You have all the details you need and have had more than enough time to fix it. I’m not wasting any more time on it, It’s with the ombudsman now.
