The calls rings, and you can hear the other line answer and then talk for a few seconds, and then it just descends into static and strange sound. Has only been an issue since today

AusLiving (@JACSydney2) reported@TPG_Telecom Well I was meant to receive a call yesterday from TPG. I didn’t. I called back at 8pm and miraculously was cut off while speaking to someone. That person didn’t bother calling back despite talking to them for 15 minutes. Terrible service.
