Ridiculous repeating of the same lines, over and over. Struggling to understand the person on the other end. Wife received a call from TPG, couldn't understand ?

Paul Wood (@pauljwoodau1) reported@TPG_Telecom Porting from Telstra. Put in new sim. try to log in to TPG acct. Was sent a code to login. How will I receive a code on a mobile that is ported out already. Holy cow. What a dumb system.

April Hawking (@AprilHawking) reported@TPG_Telecom 5th day with no internet due to an outage. Emails constantly stating it is resolved and then out again. No timeframe given over the phone for when we will have internet back again but apparently another 19 customers are dealing with it too. Cool cool cool 🫠
