@TPG_Telecom when you organise an @NBN_Australia technician to come out and assist with set up. If said set up is average at best, who do we get to come and fix the problem? Setting the NBN box in the rear of the house so the main bedrooms get little to no connection is madness

@TPG_Telecom can you get your **** together? Every week your doing maintenance and now when people are trying to WFH you send out a text that service is being done today till 5pm!! I’ve never been with a service that drops out and needs regular maintenance as much as TPG 😤

Gave up on my previous providers #NBN speed and moved over to @TPG_Telecom #5G 8mths ago. Paid every bill on time and then missed one payment, called for a 6 day payment extension and was told you couldn't help! Working from home using mobile hotspot because TPG_Telecom #failed😠

@TPG_Telecom @Aushiker Maybe, just maybe you should vet where your ‘third party’ is putting your ads. It’s your responsibility, no one else’s the fact that you blame them yet hadn’t put anything in place is a you problem.
