@TPG_Telecom please explain why an extra month advanced fee charged while service was disconnected same day? @NSWFairTrade this option is forced to agree during applying for cancellation. The service disconnected within a day. The extra month paid with no service was provided.

@TPG_Telecom Absolutely ridiculous. As a business customer to not even be informed, albeit admitting there was a fault is extremely disappointing.

@TPG_Telecom Can you please focus on actual customer service and issues pending in your backlog in parallel with marketing. The biggest issue is even highest level of escalation authority not able to provide the ETA on open ticket. Can you please advise where to escalate next ?

Hey @NBN_Australia experiencing outage in Malvern East VIC prior to and after the acknowledged outage. No usable internet since Wed PM. My provider @TPG_Telecom says ur aware of the fault but no ETR. Disappointing given WFH needs - any advice/info please?

@TPG_Telecom Yes, and connection is really slow. YouTube just stops & buffers halfway too. Been happening a lot for the past 3 weeks. Browser sometimes can’t load/takes too long & time out too.
