    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom thank you for the update. @NBN_Australia, TPG have said that it is as a result of a 3rd party fault being managed by NBNco. Can I please get an update on resolution timing.

    @mswebbau @TPG_Telecom And I'm on the phone with @Aussie_BB coz 3 days of NBN dropouts is not quality service. I suggest other Melbourne users suffering the same issue follow my lead.

    Long term customers of @TPG_Telecom and now looking to change to a new provider. Really disappointed with the customer service at TPG. All we wanted to do was change address but in the same town. Anyone have suggestions of alternative providers?

    @mswebbau @TPG_Telecom I've been having issues as well and was told that engineers would look into it and respond but nothing! In getting in trouble at work.. Fix this immediately please

    @TPG_Telecom I need my internet back up urgently you promised 24 hours and stated internet was back on while I was at work and closed ticket. I arrived home to find the internet still not working. Now I have to wait another 24 hours . Is the engineering team based in Sydney ?
