Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

Absolutely!! The 'active connection' you mentioned is not my concern, and furthermore with iiNet - a company YOU OWN!!

Its about time @TPG_Telecom get off their arses and drive this issue to resolution. Ive been waiting for nearly a week while your people to bugger all. Unacceptable.
