@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

@TPG_Telecom What a pathetic service we are experiencing. It is been a month but no resolution, long hold for 3 hours still no resolution. The customer service is pathetic. A tech came to our place and doesn’t understand where and what to install. All are data is finishing off

@TPG_Telecom you know what's really funny? Being told to be more understanding bc your technicians WFH after I told you repeatedly I also WFH. At least they have internet & get paid. Meanwhile, your paying customer wastes hrs each day calling you. Where is your understanding?

@TPG_Telecom recently moved house, has been over a week and still no internet. Was on the phone with an engineer who was assisting me and he transferred me to customer service 2 minutes before his department closed with my issue unresolved

@TPG_Telecom I am on call with the TPG there is agent John and he says he is calling manager not keeping me mute and using bluffing language #20 days jo service of connection@no help no resolution ******* customer service after 1 and half hour on call. I ain’t going to disconn

@TPG_Telecom now I finally got@to@speak to case manager and guess what the lady said that she cannot help us at any resolution and better to cancel the connection and think about other services. That’s how they help their customers
