    @TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    @TPG_Telecom NBN is not working from yesterday evening. I got a message saying service is affected and will let you know once resolved. Haven't heard anything after that and service is still down.

    @TPG_Telecom NEVER works & is completely unreliable - recommend you go elsewhere. You can’t contact them. At least Telstra has a 24/7 customer service contact - TPG doesn’t!!! #Fail #TPG #TPGNeverWorks

    My internet speed sucks today with endless lag and drop-outs, yet the @TPG_Telecom speed test and @Speedtest both say my connection is strong and steady. Life is a struggle.

    @TPG_Telecom please can you stop sending me pamphlets "to the householder" at my address, offering three months free on FTTB is insulting and a waste of plastic and paper - I'm already a customer but not eligible for the offer

    @TPG_Telecom Perhaps your engineering & provisioning teams should review NBN technician’s notes. Aside from physical changes to wiring to remove some earthing (within tolerance already), it seems clear this was setup incorrectly, throttling wise, & hence service relative to contract.

    @TPG_Telecom FYI: your beyond crap internet service has caused me to use my mobile data from another provider every day this week just so I can work. Don't act surprised when I only pay half my bill to reflect the amount of time your product was available for my use.

    The technician said that the line to my house was capped to theoretical max of 79Mbps but the service was throttled below this. Now it’s at 100Mbps (max 127Mbps vs 79Mbps on line) which is what I’ve been paying for all along. @TPG_Telecom - not impressed!
