    @TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    @TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

    @TPG_Telecom There were multiple tweets made to TPG about outages in different states, and @outagedetect was reporting multiple state outages too. The fact that a few of us lost internet/NBN for hours last night also proves there were issues lol

    @TPG_Telecom my home internet is down for more than 48 hrs now. Your staff said it should be back 8pm last night but that didn’t happen. Now you said there will be another outage tomorrow. What is going on???

    @TPG_Telecom I switched to TPG and you guys have been great. It’s my former carrier Telstra who have sent me two modems after I’ve left them. No problem at all with TPG

    @TPG_Telecom Ref no 12665960 still not sorted .Still no action despite matter being escalated to engineering department ..Horrible customer support .

    @TPG_Telecom issues in 2089, your status page is advising me to reset my router. Why? The problem is the connectivity coming in. I'll lose all of my Configs and will have to restore.

    @TPG_Telecom why do you keep loosing my sensitive personal information? Each time I call I have go through the lengthy process of being authorised as an account holder on an account I originally created. Are you suffering data losses? 5 staff members and so far no help.

    @TPG_Telecom Yes reset the router as you suggested and didn’t work. Had to re set the NBN box as well. Still not impressed with 48hrs outage. Actively looking at other providers.

    @ProdigyBray @TPG_Telecom Our problem is its out completely, on top of the slow speeds which seems to always be less than half our plan states
