    @TPG_Telecom Ever since i recieved a mail from you, claiming to have upgraded and bumped up my internet connection and speed, i have had a hard time using the service. Refreshing my mail now takes 5-10mins. Can i please have my old connection back? I no longer want your upgrade

    @jessmcguire @FatherBob @TPG_Telecom Turn off your NBN modem turn off your router shut down you computer have a cup/ glass of ****... start them all again

    @jessmcguire @TPG_Telecom Comes down to a couple of things, what speed pack are you on? And what modem are you using? Those speeds don’t seem right either way.

    @TPG_Telecom asking for a friend! I’ve been waiting for you to activate my service since Tuesday but it’s seems to be a finger pointing exercise between you and the NBN? I’m unable to work from home properly and this is costing me a lot of $$$ from having to stream mobile data
