Rashmi Trivedi (@RashmiTrivedi9) reported@TPG_Telecom u done it again - had to stay on the call 2 hrs - my internet service was stopped today all of a sudden - my account had wrong details - escalated to the manager in charge - promised call back in 20 min - it has been over 2 hrs - no call from TPG- m without internet

Was running really slowly when I got home, so I reset the NTD and my router. Now I have no internet - seems to be DNS related? Reset both devices a few times without success. Any advice?

User (address removed) is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse This is ridiculous, twice now in one month TPG servers have failed.

Dave Auth (@DaveAuth) reported@TPG_Telecom I’ve made a total of 16 calls to try and get my internet transferred to my new house. Still no closer to getting connected and you refuse to turn off service and stop charging at the place I left a week ago. Is TPG serious? How many more calls needed? 30? 50?
