@TPG_Telecom We were promised a refund multiple times. When I spoke to a manager yesterday, the story changed, and they said there was no way they could refund us until you found the modem. That’s not our issue. You need to refund us the money immediately.

Why are @TPG_Telecom trying to sell a Mbps throttled 5G home internet service to existing NBN customers? I mean provide us with a full 5G speed option and we’ll be interested but after 5 years of average service, this is your best offer?
