    @TPG_Telecom Yes the earliest date is 26th June which is 17 days from today. That is why I`m saying your service is slow and horrible. It has been more than a month now without internet at home.

    Do I need a new router (frankly after years of me paying for abysmal connectivity, surely @TPG_Telecom should replace for free?) Or, does anyone around Brunswick East have a provider they recommend? I just need internet, no phone service add ons etc just decent reliable internet

    @TPG_Telecom is there a reason why the internet is not working?? So slow, pages, emails etc won't load and I have work to do. It's been like this for a few days now

    @TPG_Telecom You sent me a text on the weekend about planned outage in my area. But I checked the NBN co website and today’s was cancelled and moved to Friday. I have had ZERO notification from TPG of this. Why can you send some notifications and not others? Not good enough

    It's raining heavily, so naturally the NBN has cut out, copper wires submerged in water don't seem to mix... Fancy that! @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom I had some problem few days ago - where internet access was dropping in & out like a jojo. They sent an NBN Techie here yesterday. tested and sort out the problem. Today TPG called back to check, so far so good. Good service, can't complain.
