    Hey @TPG_Telecom I've discovered an issue with my current #HUAWEI router... Apparently Lan 3 and Lan 4 are not able to provide an device with internet activity however, Lan 1 and 2 can. Would I need to order a new one or purchase one myself? Thanks in advance

    @TPG_Telecom terrible internet reliability over the last few days, what is going on? Have had intermittent drop outs since the 14th making wfh very difficult.

    @TPG_Telecom What's going on with your NBN service at the moment? Working from home means we actually need a working internet connection that doesn't rely on hotspotting.

    @TPG_Telecom getting less than 10MB on a 100MB plan all day. Totally unusable. Nothing but issues with this service from day 1. The only thing that works as expected is the direct debit from my bank a/c…
