    when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
