    @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom TPG, iiNet and Internode (amongst others) are all the same company now... iiNet has 24x7 customer support.. however does not have 24x7 business support.. as if businesses don’t work 24x7 anymore...!

    @TPG_Telecom Terrible internet connection and on top of that horrible customer support..Have been waiting since an hour and I can only hear amazing useless tips on IVR..If I don't get a call back i will switch to #Origin @originenergy tonight itself!

    @TPG_Telecom how much longer will the NBN be disconnected in Rydalmere, NSW? It's been off since 11am this morning! Are u going to reimburse me for the extra data I have had to use from mobile hotspotting so i can work. Service has been terrible lately!! Might be time to change

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
