    @Internode So, @TPG_Telecom have given me the business support number (not available on the internode site) and transferred me through. How do your residential support people now know this number?

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia our nbn is down again in Rowville again? Why does this keep happening? Always after 4pm and never fixed before midnight. When will it be up again?

    @TPG_Telecom I spent 2 hours on the phone to solve an issue you created by negligence and messing around a simple task. And everytime you drop the line & ignore the issue so everytime I have to go through it from the start. Is insane & irresponsible how you treat your customers.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom You have reports of maintenance in area 3149 BUT I can't find any updates. Service status for NBN and TPG say nothing to see here. I keep losing connection and work, consistently since Thur 23 Mar. What is going on???
