  @TPG_Telecom Apparently there is a " planned outage" which took your team 2 days to figure out. One word RIDICULOUS. Response: Cancel your connection if you want internet.

  @TPG_Telecom Seriously, how are there WEEKLY planned service outtages? Essentially you are charging customers in this area for 30 days of service but delivering 25. That’s white collar crime. We’ve initiated an investigation with ombudsman in Australia over this. Scam.

  @TPG_Telecom Is there an outage in postcode 2008? FTTB connection has been unstable since work on Thurs night/Fri morning, now no internet
