    @TPG_Telecom Sent you in DM. The issue is still not fixed. It's almost one week now. Your team ordered a replacement WiFi router but now they are saying it's NBN issue.

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia the nbn is down again in rowville. This has happened multiple times for many hours over the past month. Is there a reason why? Any indication when it will come back online?

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
