    @TPG_Telecom - 10 days that I have placed an order for modem.. no update.. not delivered the product yet. When you call customer care they are clueless too. How long will this continue TPG.. can anyone help me with an update?

    @TPG_Telecom Internet outage since 9 Dec. Called customer care - no ETA for internet Can suspend the connection? - not possible to suspend in Tpg. Can close the connection? - on 3 months more contract without my knowledge though with tpg for 18 months now

    Used to back @TPG_Telecom to the hills! But now two unstable connections in three weeks in beyond the joke. Was polite on the phone but ugh just continually hear we'll escalate high sucks.

    @TPG_Telecom Internet not working for 2nd day. Called customer care - nbn outage but no resolution date. Wanna suspend the connection - not possible to suspend in tpg. Wanna close the connection - on 3 months more contract without my knowledge though with tpg for 18 months now

    @TPG_Telecom The NBN technician who came to do a site inspection has sorted it. He was very proactive and thankfully, worked through the ridiculous bureaucracy to help us out.

    @TPG_Telecom have removed the ACT outage form their service status website, despite the outage remaining ongoing since 2pm 🙃 Wonder if @NBN_Australia knows what the issue is?

    @TPG_Telecom - can you please respond to my request..waiting for more than 7 days.. need to know whether you want me to cancel my order and go to some other service provider.
