    @TPG_Telecom I made that complaint 3 months ago 2023/01/02177,but I'm still waiting. I lost an exam worth 800$ and took the day off from work and your internet play up speed was 10 Mbps despite my plan was 100mbps. And you still denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom big storm in Sydney this afternoon and my nbn fttc box has been clicking and flashing red ever since with no internet available. Any info on how long the storm outage will last?
