Day 6 with no internet. Kid sick, have to stay at home. Cant work. Tks to @TPG_Telecom & @VodafoneAU!!! One day customers will win the battle vs corporations that don't service for what we pay. F#CK YOU!

This is the second day in a row where my internet has gone down at 10:30pm and didn't come back until 4:30am. After a modem restart 2 or 3 days ago. Can someone, please, for the love of god, tell me what the **** is going on at @TPG_Telecom ?

@TPG_Telecom I again called the customer service #TPG they said we had prioritise your ticket, yet no action is been taken..no communication is ever from their side.. It is really frustrating to pay for a service you can't benefit out👎
