@TPG_Telecom internet is down again for the second time this week. The website shows planned maintenance, but no comms were sent. 6 hours outage on the website! :(

@TPG_Telecom I’ve been through this countless times since November and like I said, I’m not wasting more time on it. As soon as the first month is up I’m closing my account with TPG. The “service” you and @NBN_Australia have provided has been shockingly bad. Never again.

@TPG_Telecom Over two days now and haven’t heard anything and our internet isn’t working. When it works it drops out. Worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with.

@Optus you probably should pay @VodafoneAU/@TPG_Telecom a commission for all the people they send to you due to their failure to provide customer service. Just saying.
