Your outage service says nationwide issues with a 3rd party provider, nothing specific. NBN is not reporting any service outages. Who is responsible for the issue & who is fixing it?

Deborah Tobias (@DeborahTobias) reported@TPG_Telecom very poor & disappointing customer service. A telco that can’t transfer calls internally & cuts you off. Don’t sign non-tech savvy elderly to TPG. Perhaps the Telecoms Ombudsman can help
