Hi… I’ve cancelled my service three times now, move out of the premises, yet you just charged me AGAIN! Have already lodged a complaint… Cannot get through to customer service, seems legit. STOP STEALING MY MONEY!! @TPG_Telecom

@TPG_Telecom Yes. It says I have no outstanding balance. My service has been migrated to novus but not activated in novus.

You can’t check/manage your mobile plan through @TPG_Telecom’s mobile app. Sounds like table stakes features, but their support forums are filled with disgruntled users and years of “its not compatible but it’s coming”.

@Nicholosophy @TPG_Telecom @definatalie If it were me and it's 100% their fault, I'd pay with credit card and then lodge a TIO complaint if they didn't credit you the amount for the fee.

I can’t make phone calls because when @TPG_Telecom set up @definatalie'sphone last month they switched my phone to their new system, but they screwed up the payments. It will take 3-5 business days to process a direct debit to fix it. Or I can pay a credit card fee to fix it now.
