    @TPG_Telecom say they can have the internet back on in 24-48hrs once it is down. In this day and age this length of time is an eternity. Cant work, study or do any essentials online. We need our govt to pull the big stick out so that there are no delays fixing NBN when it is down

    @TPG_Telecom what’s the complaint process? After multiple calls customer service is not able to provide any clear answers or fix internet/phone service. Asking to raise complaint but that also is not happening. How do we get the service back up again?

    @TPG_Telecom is the worst provider ever! I’ve been relying on my mobile data (vodafone) for a while and when you intend to call and sort out a problem, you need to waste a whole day. I just terminated my account! What a relief!

    @TPG_Telecom Thanks anyway. I’ve already done it. “Our engineers will contact you in 24 hours”. How many times have I heard that from you? The absolute worst service!!
