@TPG_Telecom I have no time to wait till tomorrow I have urgent meetings and need internet to reactivate for the existing home wireless modem service. Thanks. This is not acceptable, I have no choice rather to close all the services from TPG.

@TPG_Telecom internet just went down in kincumbrr nsw. No planned maintenance. Is this an nbn issue? Always seems to happen late night

@TPG_Telecom absolute poor response from TPG in resolving issues with internet. Wasted a week on phone calls with TPG support. What a shame!

@TPG_Telecom Replacement order is OK, however my existing internet is being deactivated by TPG. Who is going to take this responsibility of my loss time without internet, as the deliveries are not same day. Why service been disconnected without new modem not being received yet.
