    @misullivan @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom When I worked in Cisco, we had a pretty good ideas which ISPs were good, and which were garbage fly-by-nighters. iiNet used to be in the top three we really admired (and BTW, that list didn’t include any of the big three!) How the mighty have fallen.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom For anyone who operates a standalone mobile account with TPG, be aware that they turned off services 5 days ago. No warning, no explanation, no updates. Just got off the phone with Customer Disservice, and STILL no progress. Clueless. Is TPG in trouble?
