    @jessmcguire @TPG_Telecom Comes down to a couple of things, what speed pack are you on? And what modem are you using? Those speeds don’t seem right either way.

    @TPG_Telecom You might need to got back to internal trial periods... If the solution is to get the customer to reset their Modem back to default setting and then re-configuring their setup.. What happens when the trial ends.. Will I need to reset the modem again ?
