    @TPG_Telecom Perhaps either I didn't communicate it properly or you misunderstood what I was saying;when I logged into the post office this was also slow in accepting the request to send the email (this is above the email client timing out,which is why I resorted to using it in the first )

    @TPG_Telecom we been having internet issues for 2 months with no solution despite contacting TPG multiple times. My partner and I both work from home and it’s making life incredibly difficult. We’ll have to switch to another provider if this isn’t resolved properly soon.

    @TPG_Telecom They’ve improved intermittently but it’s regularly crashing or going slow, about once an hour minimum

    @TPG_Telecom I am so disappointed at your useless customer service, I’ve been passed around from department to department, hung up on & have been placed on hold collectively for over 2 hrs all for a change of address transfer! I will be looking for alternate providers.

    @TPG_Telecom is there an issue with the NBN internet today? Have checked both NBNs service status and TPGs planned maintenances. Neither have listed outages or problems

    @TPG_Telecom I have around 1 a month - never in the 5 years with Telstra did I have one. Not good enough!

    @TPG_Telecom Seems major issues currently since 10am Melb time. 15% Packet loss, Melb CBD Fiber400 Customer. DownDetector shows significant spike in probs since 10am

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, getting really slow speeds in Canberra. Started yesterday and has continued to today. Have reset modem with no luck. Any info is appreciated.
