@TPG_Telecom talk bout going round in circles.....good example of customer service not even getting the issue of the customers,expecting the outage to take place tonight ( what the 2 text msgs have said) outage takes place last night, go to the website and the website is different to the msgs

@TPG_Telecom thanks for escalating my case to @NBN_Australia. #FTTN over the past 12 months has been great most days 50+ downstream and then you get stability issues. It will take days to get my connection restored. It has gradually deteriorated to the point of no connection

I get home tonight to find out tonight that the iiNet internet service and mailboxes have been canceled. Emails deleted and cannot be restored. This is unacceptable. They way @TPG_Telecom are treating iiNet customers is absolutely disgraceful.
