    @TPG_Telecom - so customers have to give you 30 days notice to cancel an internet service even if they are not on a contract? You should remind customers of it each month. A lesson in how not to treat a loyal customer

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I dropped Telstra after a year of being mucked about with overcharging and dead modems and took my phone NBN internet and electricity to AGL. Outstanding service since then. And $60/month cheaper.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom We have used Aldi since we got here, no dramas, no fall,outs, no issues. Works on the Telstra network so amazing coverage. Cheap monthly, roll over if u direct debit.. awesome

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Well, I would say Optus, (after 20 years of excellent service) but apparently being the victim of a crime destroys a company's reputation, which is victim blaming #101.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’ve been with TPG for more thsn 15 years and have never had a single problem with them and can only praise them. I get the feeling you have spoken with people who have had an issue or two that have placed doubts in your mind
