@TPG_Telecom What a frustrating experience.. 5 phone calls, 5 different people and still my simple problem can't be solved.. Just give me an ip address that is registered in Australia!!! Simple.. but no. Apparently not. I'm off to Uniti.

@mswebbau @TPG_Telecom And I'm on the phone with @Aussie_BB coz 3 days of NBN dropouts is not quality service. I suggest other Melbourne users suffering the same issue follow my lead.

@TPG_Telecom And because I don’t have faith in the NBN Co or their third party support to have it working by then, a viable alternative would be great. I asked about this in an earlier call, but she spoke about needing sign off for compensation (which is NOT what I was asking about). 3/?

@TPG_Telecom I complained at 9.12pm.. it’s 1.23am already and I haven’t got internet back yet. This is nightmare. What has happened to you guys? If you can not provide service then please let us know ASAP so that I can decide to switch.

@TPG_Telecom Ive PM'd the details. This is the very last time I am trying. Uniti Wireless have offered me the same service with a guaranteed IP address registered in Australia for $10 a month cheaper

@TPG_Telecom cannot make a call using your telecommunications tower. Fix this issue ASAP pls or I will switch providers and make calls 2 the Ombudsman using my HOME PHONE which will charge u $600 each complaint and I got time 2day
