@TPG_Telecom I checked my internet speed last nigh and again this morning and it is roughly 60Mbps when it should be 95Mbps. Checked my account and I’m out of contract. Does your business drop people down plans when out of contract? I have signed up to the 100 package again.

@TPG_Telecom SERIOUSLY @TPG_Telecom ! This is the 3rd day that I DO NOT have an internet connection! I spoke to your agent Andrew and he advised that someone will attend to fix it yesterday and no one came! we are WORKING FROM HOME! We need a working internet service!
