    @Telstra Connecting to chat means a 2hr wait and then it disconnects. When I call the faults team they report it, tell me they will fix it and the screenshot is the result. Done it 3 times. That’s how I’ve got on. Not up for round 4. @TPG_Telecom might help though

    @TPG_Telecom I’ve already made up my mind and cancellation is in place. I’ve also already signed up my new supplier. I called up prior and explained why I was looking to cancel. The person on the phone just said “No sorry, anything else I can help you with?” I thought it very odd!

    Hey @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia , how come your status pages say there’s no outage in Erina NSW when clearly there is, and it started when the storm hit here?

    @TPG_Telecom Done that too. He came, there was no problem in the 30 minute window he was here, so couldn’t really do much. That’s the problem: it’s unstable for days and then seems to work.

    @TPG_Telecom My internet is horrible slow. Less than 1 MBPS download. I pay for 100MBPS connection. WTF is wrong with the service.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi ... the work is so bad, have complained, as suggested even upgraded the plan yet terrible speed and keeps fading out !! HELP
