Dear Mr @TPG_Telecom, you have lost me. I won't pay my current bill because you didn't provide a service. I wanted a hobby and I have found it. To ensure no one else uses your service

  • strongcuppatea darjeelingdarling (@strongcuppatea) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom There are only 3 telcos in Australia- Telstra, FLOPTUS and Vodafone. Any other telcos are just wholesale customers of those 3. For my mobile I use circles which is on the 4G FLOPTUS network.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I have no idea, but they do. I remember Richard Glover on ABC radio Sydney complaining that when we have a lot of rain, our ABC lines go down too. Crazy!

  • RichardKGrump Richard Wright (@RichardKGrump) reported

@GT_AUS @dinksella @TPG_Telecom Mine too. It's either gone up or will with the next bill. But the service is still crap.

  • GoodrichAdrian Adrian Goodrich (@GoodrichAdrian) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I changed from Optus based Dodo to Telstra based Mate for phone and internet - great service so far.

  • RichardKGrump Richard Wright (@RichardKGrump) reported

@Aussie_BB, can you do better than @TPG_Telecom? They have buggered around too often. I've had enough of their crap

  • Rsa_Ares Bradley Michael Blanchard (@Rsa_Ares) reported

@TPG_Telecom Whoever is thinking of changing to TPG…DONT!!! There service is terrible, they are not trustworthy. I was informed I will be receiving a modem, which I did not receive, TPG confirmed it was returned to them… Long story short - i was still charged $612.

Bye bye @TPG_Telecom it was fun, until your recent changes. #fail

  • Steve_Rodgers Stephen Rodgers (@Steve_Rodgers) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Have heard good things about Aussie Broadband although limited technical support on weekends is problematic. But you deal with local staff rather than international call centres.

  • AllanB_2019 Allan Brownsdon (@AllanB_2019) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’m with Aussie Broadband and have no complaints. They use the Optus network but only give Optus your mobile number, SIM card ID, and date of birth. No data leak by Optus. Australian help desk with people that are more than script jockeys. Excellent internet also.
