@TPG_Telecom Hi guys. What are your IMAP settings? I'm trying to set up a customer and it's rejecting their login details. Please don't tell me you only offer POP.

@TPG_Telecom 2/2.... "Order reference:1003070308 Customer reference:1191728375 We'll send another email once this request has been completed" No such email was received Cancellation has finally been effected; the monthly deduction does not appear to be made as it did for May, June and July

@TPG_Telecom Wasn’t a service difficulty, was in relation to your recent decision to use a sub-par SMS-based MFA implementation, despite all industry concerns with it. My email was completely un-read, and I have zero confidence my concerns will actually be forwarded on to appropriate people.

@TPG_Telecom @Aushiker Maybe, just maybe you should vet where your ‘third party’ is putting your ads. It’s your responsibility, no one else’s the fact that you blame them yet hadn’t put anything in place is a you problem.

Why is @TPG_Telecom is increasing its #nbn price while the service and quality is the same????

@TPG_Telecom when you organise an @NBN_Australia technician to come out and assist with set up. If said set up is average at best, who do we get to come and fix the problem? Setting the NBN box in the rear of the house so the main bedrooms get little to no connection is madness

Hey there @TPG_Telecom! I need to cancel my internet subscription and I cannot, for the life of me, find a way of doing it online, via my account settings. Is it phoning you really the only way? That can’t be right! Please, send help! 🛟
