    @TPG_Telecom OK We have lost the phone number, it was ported from Telstra, and it won't activate with TPG. Looks like it might be a REFUND and cancel.

    @TPG_Telecom I have made a complaint on 10/01/2023 And I'm waiting for the outcome reference number 2023/01/02177. WHAT'S going on TPG is that the way to handle customer service. I lost my exam due to Your internet service and now you are denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom I've never taken to social media to escalate an issue, but I have no other choice. My husband has been trying get a new esim QR code sent to him for 2 days now. He has no mobile coverage, so can't receive text messages or calls.

    My fellow Australians please don’t use @TPG_Telecom our mobile phone service has not worked for nearly 3 weeks - no fix, no response - contact centre is useless - just worked out they’ve been over charging us for 6mth too. Stay away. #ripoff #useless #scammers

    @TPG_Telecom SIMBA is defrauding people in Singapore. Inspite of S$10 plan per month, they deducted S$10 twice from my account for a month's charge. Also, customer experience is the worst. Save yourself from this telecom operator. @TpgTelecom #Simba #Singapore
