  @TPG_Telecom your provider, Vodafone, is completely down. I can’t send messages, turn on my data, check transport services, access my bank account or anything like that. when will it be back on? can I receive a refund for my monthly prepaid service?

  The other day, my bank account got hacked so had to call the bank, who then proceeded to cancel my card. Last night, my mobile phone company sent me an email, they tried to take payment but couldn't. Since 11pm I've received 3 emails and 2 texts. @TPG_Telecom

  @TPG_Telecom thats the whole problem. theres no problem now, i've worked out how to fix it myself. what I want to know is, should it be doing it at all, and is it expected behaviour? as for the rain problem, check yesterdays logs on my account. guarantee it dropped 10 times.

  @thatmouthywoman @TPG_Telecom My account had exactly the same issue as yours, was also hacked I was referred to #tech_louis on Instagram he recovered my account for me contact him I'm sure he'll help you
