Please @Telstra talk to me! The App doesn't recognise me, I got lost in your 'support options' online (read: "go away we hate customers bothering us"). I have a multi-pronged request to increase my custom, yet each time I try 132200 a bot hangs up a gives a useless text. #Telstra

Using the mytelstra app help messenger and it's been over an hour since I started talking to someone about tracking a device order from 7 days ago (which I was last told would arrive today) and they haven't even managed to tell me if it's been processed. @Telstra

@Telstra Are business wreckers. I could not make calls from my phone. All attempts to get the problem fixed were to recorded messages with no suitable solutions. Website solutions no help either. So I changed providers and I'm locked out of my phone number.

Ok @Telstra I've now been on your #messaging service for 5+ HOURS, endured multiple requests to identify myself & explain the issue, yet still no resolution in sight as "agent is typing" (ie MIA). Have lost count how many times this has happened over the past 8 weeks!!!!! 🤬
