    I have been trying to arrange for my internet to be moved. I’m with Telstra. I have given my details again and again to the chatbots. My new address is never recognised. I finally gave up and went to a Telstra store at a major centre and have now waited 2 hours. Kafkaesque.

    @Bene1606 Scammers use phone spoofing and hence blocking doesn't help. They use someone's genuine number without that person's knowledge. Once blocked, they use a different number. Government and Telstra are not helpful as these calls run in millions a year.

    It’s weird how on the latest Boost Mobile it specifies ‘uses the Telstra network’ but it omits ‘full’ as in ‘full Telstra network’… interesting. Or maybe not so much.

    @PeterTOWNSV1LLE Telstra signal is too weak here so i had to go back to Optus. I'd forgotten all their weird sneaky tricks like u describe. Telstra r more - 'u get what u get so shut up'.

    @PeterKlages @Telstra The private sector does it better, their better at providing ****** service for big financial returns. Governments seem to have trouble finding any returns to improve the service. Just try to increasing funding, sometimes using taxes to raise funds. Too much responsibility 4 gvts
