  @the_LoungeFly @Telstra 1/2 I'm guessing there's an issue with privacy My messagebank was switched off without my consent When I called to get it switched back on the operator changed my plan I called asking for it to be reinstated (it was an obsolete plan) and spent a week arguing with a 'manager'...

  @DougCox84162420 @VoteLewko @Starlink Telstra plan for 50 Mbps was around 75 dollars 5 years ago and they were increasing prices by $5 every year with no change in speed. Then did one step up to 100 and finally 500 last year but the speed is never consistent. Some parts of the world have moved to Gbps.

  @Telstra So my internet has an issue. You send me a message to go to MyTelstra to chat with a rep. My modem is in back up mode and wont load MyTelstra, so I try hotspotting off my Telstra phone. But your coverage is so sporadic that it won't even count as "connected."

  OK the rain was good but why is the phone out? first rain in a while might have taken out the landline or rats or termites be in a right pickle if the mobile were network blocked as it was for a while hey @Telstra can't dm on the new phone the "network" demanded I buy

  @Teh_Jkr @Optus Look into new customer deals… If you find one that suits cancel your current plan and sign up with a new one. Loyalty gets you nowhere with them OR Telstra they’ve done the same.

  @VoteLewko @Starlink Why do “experts” always “warn”. Is someone providing something that there is a demand for and the others aren’t something to fear? Telstra aren’t used to competition, and that’s why we have crappy service and coverage. Only hung they get is actually **** their job properly.

  The telecommunications industry needs a closer look by the Australian ombudsman or whoever regulates fees being taken for service not provided. Telcos with phone only service centres overseas are in the perfect position to rip people off under the banner of Optus/Telstra.
