@TimeForChangeAU @Telstra Hope is all that’s left now! Reality is a downer when it comes to American style service. Nice words, shallow actions

@australian Who would ever want to work for this dictatorship? Telstra has a bad name already. He just added reputation all damage to the brand.

@martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra switch to Aussie Broadband. Best customer service ever - local call centre. They will solve your issues for you on the spot - the guy I spoke to refused to hang up until the problem was sorted and I was happy :) Best decision ever switching away from the bigger providers

@Telstra paid the $25 to unlock my 92 year old Grandfather’s handset and now told it will take between 7-10 business days to get a code? C’mon guys… unacceptable. And to be told “I am wasting my time and I can not help you”… can’t leave Pop without a phone…

Hey @Telstra_news I hope you don’t fail to inform me when the trial increased NBN speed ends. There’s no way I’m going to pay you another $10 a month. #telstra

@CathBird5 Apparently, it costs Telstra $1,000 to respond to each complaint made to the Telco ombudsmen. As in, to PAY to the ombudsmen. Worth checking that. 10,000 people complaining about drop outs of service will cripple their resources to respond to and cost them serious money in fines

Never had Optus or Telstra. More reasons not to. Australian monopolies duopolies triopolies need to be ended. Astonishing that Australia has ONLY 2-4 companies in almost every field - telecommunications, retail, aviation, entertainment, TV etc..foreign brands rule here.

@MortyAUS I would like to cancel telstra because of their inflated price but I live in a rural area where this is no service apart from telstra and literally no support.

@Telstra could you confirm if there's an outage in Kellyville 2155 NSW. I just got off the phone with your tech support advising me there's an outage and they can't restore my NBN service until it's resolved locally yet your outage check service says everything is normal...
