@JaneCaro Speaking of Stupid websites , have you ever attempted the “My Telstra “ app onto which I was recently forced in order to pay Telstra bills ?? If it were written in Greek or Hindustani it would be easier to understand and find what you need . NO HUMAN being involved of course 😡😡

Got a new phone from @telstra today. Came with some important info about backing up the old phone with the Telstra Device care App. The app that closed down 4 months ago. Nice

@Telstra Why? Nothing will ever be done about it. I'm stuck in the void of @Telstra antiquated billing system. Yet, half my services are already on the supposed "new system" and half on the old. The only benefit is you directly charge people before you can even resolve billing issues.

It's on me that like 15 years ago (or so) we did not correct a Telstra situation where they put my mobile number under my husband's name. Now they won't let me upgrade my own damn phone, despite me being fully authorised by him, because it won't show up on their system. OMFG.

@kherzii_ Still couldn’t hurt to try. They’ve helped me a few times when we’ve had issues and telstra wasn’t doing anything but then we called the ombudsmen and we got it done within like 10 days

@Telstra @Andy_Penn If 4G is out also because the exchanges rely on NBN then we have to resolve that there is no single point of failure for the network.
