@Telstra What good is an assistance package when your service isn’t working, Telstra customer near Lismore on the second day of no service, please send starlink, sent from Optus. Woolworths shut because their POS relies on your service also, many shops without data so no eftpos either

@Microsoft Cancelled Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through Telstra but it is listed as expired but active on my Microsoft account. Can't cancel it through there and Telstra support tells me to contact you, but you tell me to contact Telstra. I am stuck. Wish I'd never bought it.

Telstra, multi billion dollar company with every advantage imaginable, has no back up when the main hub goes down at Woodburn. Huge area of northern NSW and SE Qld without internet for two days, following the same situation in Tas on Tues. 👎

@Telstra Cancelled Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but it is listed as expired but active on my Microsoft account. I can't cancel it through there and Microsoft support tells me you have to cancel it, but you tell me Microsoft have to cancel it. I am stuck. Wish I'd never bought it.
