Providers lease the lines from Telstra. So look at them first for the breach! Take down optus! Who's next? Digital system will be one provider!!! and who owns it? The gov elites!!

@JonDeeOz @Telstra I had an equally stupid run-in with Telstra a couple of years ago, which ended with me asking for a copy of my contract with them. They insisted I do not have a contract. Red rag to this lawyer bull, that was.

I was an @optus customer till Friday when I moved as a result and am bringing all my customers including some corporates with me to @BelongAU and @Telstra. I cannot risk having customers data exposed and have taken measures to mitigate the issue going forward #OptusClassAction

Can ANYONE @Optus offer any assistance with purchasing a new Qantas SIM service? I thought connecting with @Telstra was painful, but @Optus seems to take the cake! Surely it shouldn't be this difficult?
