@mariekehardy Moral is not bread n butter the bad has won. 4% is the unscrutinised spending. Recall Howard's era, he sold Telstra, cut health, edu, social services etc, when boom came up, most of the $ were in the wealthiest pocket, no infrastructure. LNP just know cut & cut, GOOD management?

@Telstra Hi again Tori, if these are the same troubleshooting steps that calling telstra support on the phone are there isn`t anything wrong with our home network. We have also had technicians out (Telstra technicians as well as contracted technicians) that verified that there is (1/4)

@Telstra nothing wrong with our connection. Furthermore one of the technicians swapped us to an ADLS2+ port at the exchange, and we had no issues for the few weeks that we were on ADSL2+, however Telstra then reverted us to ADSL 1 again, where all the issues are happening again (2/4)

You preach about your slogan about Telstra being the best network in Australia, yet 3rd world country ISPs can provide better service to their customers. Paying $90+ a month for 8down 0.2up in 2022 is a literal scam. It`s just totally unacceptable to provide this poor a service.

@Telstra Received a SCAM BILL request two days ago and wiped it. It seemed very similar to TELSTRA but Numbers never matched but could easly catch anyone out if not aware.

So @Telstra’s credit check, despite me having been a customer for close to 20 years, won’t let me put a new iPhone for over 12 months at $155 per month but will let me do 24 months at $103. Lunacy.
