@Telstra thank you, we also need a block list for the solar industry. All solar providers need to be on a list because that industry is spamming the phone network. I have lost count of the number of callers calling about government rebates on solar.

@Telstra Nope. But the customer doesn't know their account details, just their address. I assume it's a billing issue but probably easier to just change providers at this point.

@PaulCunningham @gtvone Thank you for this tip because I've been having the same issue with J's Telstra pre-paid. We've turned off pretty much everything and it still seems to chew through $30 in two weeks
