@Telstra who can I call as a customer to get free tech support for internet issues? Why should i pay $30 for the privilege? Your auto system via telstra app couldn't detect the problem. The problem is your supplied router is continually dropping out.

  • vaughan_k Ken 🐨🐨🐨 (@vaughan_k) reported

@GreenScreen3r @Optus Companies like Optus and @Telstra spending money on #5G when they can't get #4G, poor #CustomerService etc etc right 🤔🤔🤔?

  • TheRealPembo Michael Pemberton (@TheRealPembo) reported

@kaffando @DaveMilbo Your old device was no just a modem. It was also a router, a switch and an access point. It may have even been an ATA. Would you rather NBN dictate a single device for all those components? Like Telstra being the only mobile network and mandating the use of an iPhone SE.

  • Hipcatprintery Lawrence Finn (@Hipcatprintery) reported

@Telstra worth mentioning that I’ve been trying to close my internet and home phone for two months. TIO got in touch with you dingbats & you’ve waived last months fees but you haven’t rung to fix the issue so now I’m going to have to go back to the TIO.

  • JKsOnTheRadio JK (@JKsOnTheRadio) reported

@Telstra 23 days, no internet and no sign of any resolution. Not great when my wife only gets paid if she’s able to work and can’t buy it’s ok Telstra is very sorry for the inconvenience so I’ll pay my bill with that.

**** @Telstra, despite what they say, they care nothing of the consumer. **** them and **** thier stupid ******* internet. 🖕

  • TchhhTchhhh Marc de Cazanove (@TchhhTchhhh) reported

Why is it that businesses and companies that make a boast of being Australian give the worst customer service- Qantas, Jetstar, Australia Post, NBN, Telstra the four big banks; also our government services - Centrelink, ATO, Medicare, NDIS.

  • AdamTrolloar Tentin Quarantino (@AdamTrolloar) reported

@DaveMilbo @ryanholm886 Telstra is not too bad, i got a backup modem to their mobile network so that when NBN is out, you can still get online. About every 2 months, if not more when that happens. Check if other ISP's do that too.

@EmergencyBK If your wifi problem is with Telstra/nbn, contact them here on Twitter. I did the other day after trying for ages to get through on phone and they got it fixed in no time.

  • dlgiven Dan Given (@dlgiven) reported

@dysorojo @DaveMilbo Be careful with grace period. Telstra shut my adsl about 15 months into it, no notice, because ‘you need to switch to nbn’. They could never explain why they did it early, or without warning. They reconnected when I found out what happened but it took a week.
