@Telstra I've been contacted by Telstra social media people and it appears there is nothing you can do. My new bill reflects nothing of my supposed complaint resolution. So many platitudes but no remorse. It's time to tell the story.

@Telstra Courier arrived with interim handset this morning. It was totally unoperational. No bars, no signal. Complete dud. He took it back to Melbourne with him. No word on replacement- no other contact from Telstra. #35185295 PATHETIC

@jkalbrechtsen @Telstra Easy to fix Janet , simply dont pay your Bill , log on to Telstra have a complaint section , you can fill out on line , give them a mouthfull , threaten the Telecommunications Ombudsman , you will be surprised by how quickly you are sorted ! Give it a try , worked for me
