@simonahac @Telstra Now try that in Lockhart River, a remote town of about 1000 not-exactly-advantaged people, kids trying to learn, people trying to do business. Internet there consists of flakey individual satellite, or 3G mobile with back-haul so slow it might as well be dial-up. Yes dial-up.

@simonahac @Telstra FYI doesn’t use Telstra. I’m with @Aussie_BB very few issues. When I do there easy to get on the phone, and fix the problem ASAP.

@Telstra Just to update on this thread, no one showed up today either. Neither was I informed in advance. This makes it a sixth appointment for which no one showed up. Twenty days without broadband, and @Telstra is of no help. I am done with #Telstra. Terminating account. #EnoughIsEnough
