@synapse101 This is the whole problem with Telstra. You fight half a dozen people who say it can’t be done and then you get the right person who knows what to do and it’s done in seconds!

@Telstra Yes, but resolution provided. Still the same words - "your order is still in progress and we have to wait for it to be cancelled before a refund can be given" Been 47 days now. How long does it take to update systems and process a refund ??

  • pony_node Node Pony (@pony_node) reported

@ValkSteph F**king Telstra never did that!

  • spikey_cat Spikey_cat (@spikey_cat) reported

.@Telstra is it possible to have a case manager who only calls at the crack of dawn and flees until the next day? I have someone who is trying to call me and makes it impossible to help me call back as I can not understand the voice mails. Accent too thick is my issue.

  • gdalbroi Gavin Dal Broi (@gdalbroi) reported

@Telstra what is happening to the 3G signal in regional areas. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars on boosters so we can have signal to run our business but even now we can’t make a call let alone check emails. Not good enough.

  • ValkSteph Steph (@ValkSteph) reported

@pony_node I get home phone and internet through internode/iiNet Telstra is really only good as a prepaid service for phones and even then only because of their data rollover

  • au_glenn Glenn Webster (@au_glenn) reported

@Telstra So Tori, I would need to order one on a plan that I don't need in order to save $200 off the normal RRP? Yeah, nice support for long time customers...
