@Telstra I get pretty ordinary reception at home too — but mobile internet at least works. I get one or two bars of 4g or 5G at the shops, but only outside and unreliably. Inside any of the buildings it’s hopeless, and even outside slow and unreliable.

@dbrhtndll @markhumphries Imagine the CEO of BHP or Telstra not knowing they had a co-CEO. Simply inconceivable. A secret power structure cannot be defined as ‘good governance’. That’s a significant part of the problem here.

@Telstra can you define for me what gold member services are? Being on your GMS outsourced messaging service for 3 hours with replies coming in at 20 minute intervals, very poor customer service and an unresolved problem.. is this the gold member service you offer?

@BooKhaki @SolidusBk the big difference is in the customer experience, IME. I had years of ******* screaming and wailing at telstra, then nothing but good times and great rock and roll with ABB. Price pretty similar although ABB was cheaper for the same tier as Telstra so we went up.

@Telstra Sadly endlesspeople have ‘looked into it’ and NOTHING has changed. Seems straight out that because Telstra have sold the network here to Opticomm, that have no interest in fixing our issues even though I am stuck with yourselves for at least 6 more months. @andy_penn

@Telstra I was just advised to get in contact with the telecommunications ombudsman which I am going to do. I am also going to pull my two remaining services from telstra. You have now lost me as a loyal customer. I really do hope people realise what customer service you are offering. Nil
