@Telstra No. In fact I’m in credit by over $100. Telstra switched off my internet when I switched to #Tangerine but I was waiting for a modem and Telstra shut it off before I called to cancel the service. Am currently on the phone with Telstra to cancel as I type.

@Telstra any news on the national outage in your stores? I upgraded my phone and need a new eSIM. Telstra Ipswich said they were unable to assist because there is currently a national system outage with no ETA for when it will be fixed.

@carlyally11 @NBALPSupport Yeah I just did an update on my Telstra TV but the message still is the same, can’t watch due to network restrictions. I have had league pass in years past and never had this issue.

@9NewsAUS All the people who’s information was leaked should be compensated by @Optus to the tune of 2years free service. This leak is abhorrent to say the least. Customers should be up in arms demanding compensation. @Telstra will be diligently putting in all required programs

@Telstra The lady helping me to cancel my contract with Telstra is being very helpful. But I’ve definitely been burned by Telstra and their handling of this transfer between providers.
