finally got a toilet brush for new house. i put it in my grocery trolley and went to telstra shop where man agreed to help me w my dongle (last time i hope i ever write that in public). he kept staring at it. i said i was a teacher. i shoulda said i teach Basic Toilet Hygiene.

@Telstra uhh my internet possibly got hacked it’s not showing up on settling or on Any device on the house but the green light still on? And we can access it through google or anything?? Anyone help

@Telstra I would, if there wasn’t a problem with connections. I just went to report issues in my area and it took me to the app to run diagnostics on my phone. My phone is ok, the issue is with the service.

Phones at home now finally working properly after spending time with the Telstra tech today. Seems problem was setup related, exactly what lion thought it would be. After service profiles were fixed, phone services then worked fine.
