@Telstra After an hour dealing with your bots online, is was able to get onto an actually person on a phone call! After listening to the scripted platitudes I was able to have them schedule a technician to come out. My March issue has not been, nor will be rectified, given up on that.

@Telstra fix your **** support thing 5 days running round in circles to fix my internet have this put on and that out to monitor things and find nothing but now have to wait another 6 days for someone to come look at it!!! Not happy

@Telstra I was provided the wrong service after over 30 mins on the phone. Sent a physical sim instead of esim. Then told I could not have that and no one would transfer me to someone who could help. Asked for a supervisor multiple times and was told it was not possible.

@Telstra Hi Lee, I would if I thought it would resolve the issue. However, my husband DM Telstra on Sunday, starting at 9.50am and the last correspondence was at 2.42pm, and nothing was resolved. I am a teacher who needs to get online learning done and not spend it waiting for a reply.

@Telstra no, the appointment is to find why my phone line is now dead. The speed issue cannot be resolved due to poor outdated infrastructure.

@Telstra thanks for no notice of work being done in the area and service disruptions... why is it my smart modem kicks to 4g but there is never any connection to anything other than the modem page?
