Hey @telstra been trying to get internet fixed for over a week spoke to 5 seperate staff (over seperate days) and asked for a it to be escalated no return calls just delays and new time-frames given each time. Really disappointing service can someone help me out!!!

@Telstra called and asked us to do troubleshooting. It turns out that she thought we were NBN Co. Then she couldn't confirm what plan we're on, but said we're getting slow speeds. 22 days since the plan upgrade was supposed to be completed. #Telstra

Given the issues my mother has been having accessing the internet on her iPhone and iPad (both on mobile prepaid @Telstra network) I've signed her up for @Aussie_BB. She's already stressed about setting it up (though I told her I'd do it).
