@Telstra Look at the plans vs the next one down. $70 for 40GB $1.75 per GB vs $100 for 180GB or $0.55 per GB and roll over. I just don't see Telstra being that generous. $150 60GB so $2.25 per GB vs $300 100GB or $3 per GB Recharge once and loose 20GB. That is the Telstra I know lol

@Telstra I assure you it is more widespread. My whole house is affected. My workplace post code 2477, my Manager's home post code 2484. Yet the outages map is all over the shop. Says only 3G at my place, no probs at my workplace, 4G outage at manager's home.

@Telstra Problem started on Sun 13 Dec after the floods in my area - Post Code 2484 north of Murwillumbah, NSW. I now a lot of people have been affected across the NSW Northern Rivers. Post code 2477 Alstonville where I work is affected also.

@Telstra Connecting to chat means a 2hr wait and then it disconnects. When I call the faults team they report it, tell me they will fix it and the screenshot is the result. Done it 3 times. That’s how I’ve got on. Not up for round 4. @TPG_Telecom might help though

@Telstra I've been into a store and been given a QR code, this hasn't worked and the service has been deleted from the eSim. Another hour + on the phone for it to be escalated. Case D given and another call to be made today. Still no service!
