@Telstra Have a look at the history of my trying to deal with countless problems with your staff, and the lack of support that you provide. The recent purchase of a new Ipad still hasnt resolved as promises havent been kept by @Telstra and I have given up on you.

@Telstra 2/2 and you left forced one to be upfront payment (direct debit) & left the other as post-paid. WHY??? Why have you made this such a mess?? I have tried online chat, wasted over 2 hours, got nowhere!! Why do you do this to a customer of 40+ years?? FFS!!

@Telstra Perhaps if you read the extensive conversations that I’ve had with your ‘experts’ you can see that without a telephone connection it’s difficult to verify with a SMS. Maybe just consider addressing the issue.

Was given instruction from @Telstra via DM, which was incorrect! Have been yelled at by Telstra customer service line, now given incorrect information via DM. I am so pissed off, considering they stuffed up in the first place

@binge has the worst menu, the worst support, the worst login system (I know because the last 3 times I’ve had login again) and doesn’t let you watch what want or have start watching. Possible that’d S why it was taken up by @Telstra

@Telstra - My HFC @NBN_Australia upload speed in Sylvania dropped by 50% after an outage on 29 Sep at 4:47 am. Your agent told me that my current speed is now the expected speed for my plan, but he cannot explain the change. Has Telstra made plan changes on or around this date?
