    @Telstra Since I got the phone, chat support didn’t really work (too long to tweet). Store said to just raise a complaint. This seemed somewhat unsatisfactory to me, so I hoped maybe the Twitter @Telstra team could help.

    @craigreucassel @deniseshrivell ....said in a hushed voice ‘I used to work for Telstra’ when Visionstream was the thing. When I was retrenched (there is a goddess) I vowed never to have a direct service from Telstra. I chose a little startup fm WA, iiNet been with them 15+yrs, superb service, made them #2 here.

    @nick_spurway @Telstra This happened to me in October, it’s an absolute pain but you had to call them and continue to follow up, if your bill is direct debit drop the maximum limit down or they will debit you the full amount

    @cavespaces @poopass43149756 i have never had a problem with vodafone, telstra would go out for hours at a time almost weekly, have really slow internet plus they told us to find another provider lmao
