    @pythagoNRL @AJMithen That changed when they got ownership back from Telstra & opened NRL Media (which PVL is now dismantling). I've never worked for them under that rule. The arm was a very long length prior to that

    My account hadn’t been provisioned properly and the 5G activation hadn’t been completed. 15mins on the phone to the @Telstra team and they confirmed my diagnosis of the problem and fixed my account accordingly. Ya just love to see it.

    @Telstra Hi, I haven’t had internet for two weeks, your support person on the phone wouldn’t send a repair tech or get me in touch with a supervisor.

    @Telstra All good. After having 3 days of very poor customer service in store and over the phone, someone on the message service has resolved the issue. You and the message service have been the quickest to respond and to act. Thanks Jessica. Have a good day

    The guy in the call centre first tried to sell an new @NBN_Australia service, when there is one already connected here and is refusing the refund the bill for a service that could not be used and was paid via direct debit. Any people wonder why I LOATH @Telstra.
