Hi @Telstra I’ve spent 2 hours on online chat AND phone, talking with 4 people trying to get my eSIM purchase sorted and none was able to help, and none was willing to escalate the matter further to be resolved. This is frustrating. Is TIO my only alternative here?

@BelongAU Just waiting for my SIM in the snail mail to reconnect with you again, however being a “carbon neutral business” why do you not yet support eSIM to cut emissions? Telstra MVNOs are now able to utilise them, so it’s a no brainer!

@HYP3RSTRIKE Least they're keeping them honest, they've gotten away with leaving **** open for long enough. Telstra doesn't count in my view because it was a 3rd party that got hacked and it was only internal email addresses
