I have PTSD: Post-@Telstra-Stress-Disorder They send me equipment to set up & charge me for a service they subsequently inform me THEY now cannot deliver and I am the one that has to do all the leg-work to reverse the billing...

@dgaust @ivabiggun71 @mobilenova If you are in the right spot Telstra 5G is awesome. but there aren't many right spots yet : 1) My house - 520/40 2) Gold Coast - 224/30 (not much better vs 4GX) 3) Palm Cove - no 5G at all despite claims on coverage map. On hotspot device, Android mob is **** so there's that.

@Telstra I submitted my phone for repairs to Telstra three months ago. You have assessed it twice, and I have authorised the repairs twice - still don't have it back. The issue here is your utterly atrocious customer service and disdain for your customers.

@telstra @networkoutage Hi #Telstra. Telstra mobile tower at 40 Hardcastle road, Bynoe NT 0822 hasn't been transmitting since Friday pm. Yet another weekend without signal. Are you turning it off so people cant use it on the weekend? Dangerous! Please rectify! #DarwinRuralNT
