@Telstra I just signed up for a new plan, so it is pretty sketchy for @Telstra to automatically apply the extra data option when the website promotes 'You’ll never be charged extra for going over your monthly data allowance'. Can I disable this in my account? I can't see how to do it.

@_sarahwilson_ @Telstra Had same, three days for simplest issue that cldve bn fixed e one phone call. Changed to new co Aussie Broadband whose focus is personal local human service. 100% better 100 % satisfied.

@Telstra I mean we could, But its more confusing because each and every time I have an issue like this I call up/sit in the chats and it gets fixed and comes back like a month or so later. But to your question only my phone is showing up..

@Telstra Power out for 6 days came on yesterday. No internet. Telstra says no problem yet all ADSL users in Toolangi do not have internet. Rang operator said they would test then cut off. Rang 5 times but cut off. Please help. My business relies on #TelstraADSL No NBN here

@Telstra the SIM card in the modem isn’t working whilst we are waiting for the nbn to be connected. No internet for days! Very frustrating. The sim was meant to allow a small amount of internet access but nothing. Any thoughts/help?? Please!
