@TimeForChangeAU @Telstra Hope is all that’s left now! Reality is a downer when it comes to American style service. Nice words, shallow actions

@Telstra It’s not a new account; I’ve been a customer for years - I am currently $200 in credit! The CSR wouldn’t even LOOK UP my account without me showing photo ID AFTER online reps told me everything I wanted to do could be done in store with the ID I have.

Vodafone's service standards have really dropped. Staff read from a script, dodge questions. This is Telstra's big opportunity to finish them off. Been a customer for 20 years and the service has gone from exceptional to pathetic.

@LauraLorian The excuse was Telstra monopolising the hosting in Aus charging WAY too much for business services but no longer is the excuse when there are more businesses hosting now than before. I know 60ms sucks but from Perth to SYD and NZ to SYD basically gets the whole region reasonably!

More trouble with @Telstra speeds at 5% the usual & has now booster has stopped working. Tech support a waste of time & I got berated by case manager for complaining to #TIO….sent letter to executive responsible for service who hasn’t bothered to respond. This is insane!

@Trixie_Boo These bulk SMS are being sent through the mobile service providers Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. They are being paid for this. Register your complaint with your provider asking for it to be blocked. Do this by going personally to their storefront. Mask up and march in.
