@Telstra Honestly it's not going to be fixed. There is no point. And the tonight MY MOBILE 4g is downloading at .47mbps..... yeah I'd say telstra can't keep up with demand when the NBN is not working well.

  • bryn_benn Bryn Benn (Beth Lehem) (@bryn_benn) reported

I'm a little bit concerned about @Telstra as I mentioned prior, they gave me a password GT when I got a phone for a rock. Following on from my first hit with a telstra staff member. Then I get contacted by Glenn & Tori via Twitter. @ibacVic like I said it's a pleasure to help.U

  • LKurovec21 Liam Kurovec (@LKurovec21) reported

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU @Telstra If you want my advice, never try to leave a provider directly. Go directly to the new provider you want and they will do all that for you. Thats exactly what I did when moving from Vodafone to Telstra, so much easier!

  • DStap4 alright, Dave then… (@DStap4) reported

Online support chat with @Telstra for 1.5 hours so far and on my 4th “agent” and getting nowhere fast.

  • aussiewongm Marcus Wong (@aussiewongm) reported

@joininthechorus @Dura_Ace The thinner wires there look like aerial copper leadin for the Telstra POTS phone network - again, with NBN having replaced landline nobody is going to notice if that drops out, unless you're stuck on FTTN/FTTC.
