@Telstra That’s ridiculous. You don’t need my authority to chase up a problem affecting thousands of customers. This is just the sort of treatment that annoys people. But here’s a hint. Talk to your “chief customer advocate” who has also been informed.

@MarcWigan @Telstra They really are a joke generally. My last two communications from them have been to say they are discontinuing my internet plans but will give me more data (which I don’t need and will never use) for hundreds of $$ more a year.

@Telstra Febey, what I would like is for my matter to be escalated internally and be understood. Surely that not too much to ask? I thought Telstra was after all an organisation that focussed on customer service
