@TimeForChangeAU @Telstra Hope is all that’s left now! Reality is a downer when it comes to American style service. Nice words, shallow actions

@Brixchip819 @MorpheusBeing @QuentinDempster After 7 months of trying to get Satellite NBN to work I gave up. The TIO got me a complete refund of all money I had spent on the NBN. I went back to Telstra ADSL 2 and though slow & on 60 yr old copper, it is more reliable & much less latency. I may try Starlink next year?

@Telstra I am not holding my breath. It’s been this way for years. Just fearful someone will be at risk in a life threatening situation and cannot contact emergency services due to poor signal.

@Telstra Bel, there is limited 4G service. The modem has a backup 4G modem, but that is a flawed backup plan when the mobile network doesn’t extend. If you are interested in helping please review how many times this has happened before and arrange a meeting for me and the top managers

Gazz, Put LNP last, where they put you!

@QuentinDempster Having worked in the industry fttn is just copper after the node, old copper that Telstra stated at the beginning needed replacing so don't expect any better service because you are on old copper.

@judyvw2 That's what I normally do, but the scammer had my personal info. Some months ago, I spoke to Telstra person in Australia. I asked, "does Telstra call clients about a fault?" He laughed, "why would we do that, no, clients ring us abt problems". I'll be writing to Telstra.
