@Telstra @punkionaire Imo Just keep upgrading the network and offering more competitive deals. Try not to fall back into the monopoly mindset that plagued Australia prior to the NBN. Think rual tower infrastructure should be shared but that's not fair if you paid for it I guess.

@SallyLawry @Khaliter1 @CommBank Definitely. I don’t think most of it is outsourced for frontline customers but the model they are using is broken. Telstra is way better and faster which is saying something

@annaspargoryan I’m being ripped off by @Telstra on an old expensive broadband plan. I can’t get access to my online account to change it myself and tech support hasn’t fixed it in over a month.

Optus data breach is not on their own. Telstra recently dispatched three new iPhones to a fraudulent order. The Telstra Customer was particularly concerned with how this online order was authenticated. The customer told me his passport was used.

@PeteBelt @Optus Yes, we as a family decided today enough is enough with yet another service drop out and no help from their lazy, rude & USELESS "tech support". We are signing up to Telstra tomorrow. Their prices are competitive & we don't have to worry about our personal data being compromised.

@Telstra Thanks for responding but it's a handset issue not a network issue - Telstra calls work well over 5G 4G and WiFi... The issue is the phone randomly refuses to make wifi calls and shows the "radio off" error.

@Telstra Ok, so, I'll DM and let's get the address changed. Then Telstra can continue on ignoring the problem and if I want it fixed for everyone, I have to make the effort to raise a change request for something that has nothing to do with me.
