    @AlexBallhausen Fixing the blame isn’t going to fix the problem.Telstra, like all essential services was sold by Howard, and like all companies must remain viable.Farming is a high risk occupation and requires a risk management plan so that solutions can be put in place to manage all activities

    I found heaps in stock in other stores with the new iPhone SE 2022 3rd Generation iPhones at good prices, I’ll wait until 9th April and then I’ll buy one and if I need help setting up my iPhone, I’ll go to Telstra to help or I’ll ask the store if they can help me set up my number

    @karinstark79 @AlexBallhausen @Middleton_Says This is true in SA too. Telstra is awful where we live 30km from Nuriootpa and only ~80 from Adelaide CBD as the crow flies. Fortunately, Optus put a tower up and some get decent coverage but a lot are still with Telstra and the risks are massive.

    @Telstra Unacceptable. The app isn't installed and all correspondence for the account is via SMS and email Honest question: why does all Telstra cystomer support have to be conducted through the office of the telecoms ombudsman?

    @fixedblock I had the same dilemma when installing conduit for my NBN install - in the end contractor didn't even care, just hooked the cable up to the Telstra rope I'd run through it, and asked if I could help pull it through from inside.

    @alextcullen Not only that but mobile phone service is deteriorating. @Telstra makes money from data downloads but doesn’t increase tower capability. Time to upgrade mobile phone towers Telstra
