    @Telstra Maybe try employing some Australians. Every Telstra office I have been into is 99% Indian, not saying that is what caused the problem but also I'm saying that it couldn't have helped.

    @crankyanni You do understand a network the size of Australia cannot simply be turned off and rebooted ! The complexity of so many outdated and incompatible software programs interacting is very problematic ! What happened with telstra will happen again ! The whole system needs a rebuild !

    @marquet_yvette Oh no! Watch your passwords, in your notes? Or easy to guess passwords? i set up passkeys to avoid using passwords, you register your fingerprint (passkey) harder to copy. All this happened around the Telstra outage. Telstra and Google acs were affected for me.
