@Idealaw @Telstra I have spent a couple of weeks trying to solve a Telstra issue (in a previous role) and finally raised it with a friend (worked for T) who both got it sorted in an hour and told me off for not coming to him in the first place.. which says something about the support black hole..

@Telstra I first told @Telstra about this than 20+ years ago. Was told you’re aware of the black spot – I live a suburb of Melb, nothing remote! – and was told the solution was to pay $1500 for a booster in our roof to get a signal. Probably go back to Optus. No black spot with them.

@Telstra Jessica, I can log in, but I cannot access any service. I get an error saying “something went wrong”. I’ve contacted support many times, they all promise to fix it, no fix. I also cannot access my locator account. It appears something is wrong with my profile.

Hey @AppleSupport , am I correct in saying that the only carrier supporting iPhone SE “ family sharing “ in Australia is @Truphone ? I’ve just spent 8 hours trying to work thru the issue w @Telstra and local apple support.

@Telstra I am lodging my complaint to the telecommunicatiins ombudsman as I said I would do. Telstra has lost our familily home phone number of 55 years where it is critical now as my Dad is dying of cancer and no family can phone him and all the Doctors have a disconnected #
