@DrVicFielding Getting a lot as well...I have been thanking them for calling back, ask how their day is.. and that they are behind on their Telstra bill & are not entitled to more extensions. They hang up before I can finish my spiel tho.

@Telstra @pgoulding29 Telstra is the worst. I pay $15/mth for a feature that allows me to upgrade my phone early. Spoke to 5 people online and on the phone who said either I dont have it or they cant do it before i eventually got someone to do the upgrade for me. They train their staff to frustrate

@pgoulding29 @Peter_Lewis747 @Telstra Yes abhorrently poor . Check this out, in the middle of the flood disaster in NSW, whilst I was sick from having contracted COVID in the flood clean up. Telstra decided to add a WiFi Booster to my contract, rather than resolve my internet issue. If not for the ombudsman!

@MikeCarlton01 @BelindaJones68 It's funny how perceptions/experiences vary so much. I've never had problems with Telstra, CBA, Amazon (AU, US, DE + UK), all in 20+ years of being a customer, nor Miele or Bosch (12+ years). I guess I've been lucky.

@Telstra Train your staff better. Some of them are quite rude and disrespectful. One of them said I was silly to be upset about having no internet for 7 months even though I had been paying for it. Pretty crappy really.
