@anthony_eden @Telstra Okay, let me save you guys on hold some time. There is a known outage affecting customers country–wide. They are working on it, but have no information on the cause or the time to resolution. If you have businesses to keep online, time to dust off your 4G backups.

@Telstra Um what has happened to the exchange. Just realised another (non-Telstra) NBN service at the same address is gone as well…checking the third but not holding out much hope
