@azzzzlil @Telstra General principle everybody should know is *never* fill out personal details on a link in a text or email, or from an unverified cold call on the phone. Even if it's legit, companies should know better than that in 2022.

Wow... in over 50 years of life, @Telstra are now the WORST corporation that i have ever had to deal with and need service from... where they blame everyone else for their errors/poor service... handballing the customer from department to store in a cycle, until they give-up...

@azzzzlil @Telstra (I know this one isn't legit just saying that there are companies who still do this and they should be called out). If anything ever notifies you of a billing issue, always just go to the billing portal that you normally go to, from your browser directly, and check.

@oysta Once had to go into a telstra shop to use their phone to call NRMA for this exact problem. The Telstra guy came out and loosened it like it was nothing.
