@Telstra It started about 7:45am and any work colleagues on Telstra were experiencing the same issue. We go from 1-2 bars on 4G to 3G to nothing and SOS only

@NBN_Australia For everyone's reference, I've been DM'ing and they basically told me to **** off and talk to @Telstra (who are saying to **** off and talk to NBN). Leaving it with the TIO.

@Telstra Finally says my internet is connected but now can’t connect on any device without a modem login page coming up. Log into modem and when close it doesn’t connect to the WiFi

Anyone with @telstra account that is a long term customer: warning - they will leave you on a plan that will see you pay more for less data allowances that have penalty costs too. Like a shop that scams their long term customers who didn't doublecheck the new menu prices.

For instance I was sitting on a $95/month plan, with nowadays a small data volume, but with penalty prices for going higher. They say this is because I opted out of marketing - nice story, but they notified of a cap to the excess charges of $100/month. Worst case: $195. @telstra
