    Hey @telstra @andy_penn They’re sick of telecommunications companies that promised the world when you sign up for the Internet, and then when you’re having a problem with it and it won’t work, they won’t pick up their phone to answer your call in any kind of timely fashion.

    @anthonylindle10 @twtrrr @YMangostein telstra put me on the default list twice and gave me a bad credit rating, the ombudsman made telstra take them off twice...

    @Telstra @KelexKrypton Contacting the Telstra tech team doesn't help. Still waiting on feedback that we were promised to get yesterday, and last week.... and last year. Only option is to cancel. Yet you charge a ridiculous cancellation fee. Even though we're paying for a service that we do not get!!

    @Telstra Long story. Telstra suspended my service without reason or warning. Lifting the suspension should only take an hour according to your website, but your call centre advises 24-48 hours. Not nearly good enough, and this is the second time you’ve done this to me in less than a year.
