@TimeForChangeAU @Telstra Hope is all that’s left now! Reality is a downer when it comes to American style service. Nice words, shallow actions

Dear TELSTRA. All I want is to get my mobile phone bill via email, but because I also have a wireless broadband account with Telstra I have been unable by phone and on line to get that done. It rejects the phone account number, because it confuses it with the broadband service.

@Telstra I try to communicate with the ‘Telstra Team’. Unable to talk to ANYONE during business hours with Telstra our biggest telco. Why!? As your service is currently suspended, you cannot buy or remove any Data Packs at this time. Need help? You can chat now with an agent at 24x7 Chat

I don't... understand. There's literally a line on their website that says they'll replace faulty devices. But as soon as you ask, it's "not their fault or problem" BUT THEY HAVE POLICIES IN PLACE TO FIX IT. @Telstra EXPLAIN!?
