@Chrys_Stevenson @BIGW 1st world problems I've lost $400 (2 days off work) plus $60 in prepaid credit waiting on @Telstra to install our internet to our unit we moved into TWO WEEKS ago with our 12yo son who needs internet for homework for his first yr in High School. And they still haven't turned up

@Eunice24224785 @chaser VIC gov own the bookings & they failed to make online bookings system available & they blocked vaccine centers from taking bookings - either would have solved this. This is not the fault of Telstra. This is atrociously poor planning by Vic Gov & 100% their fault - nobody elses.

@georgiecrozier There are not infinite lines, Telstra are working on it, plus there's a new number. Businesses/workers are suffering, so why don't you toddle off and speak to your mates in Canberra about Jobkeeper and Just. Fix. It. Or do you just want to whinge from the sidelines? Typical!

@Telstra what's with the issues in wynnum we called your help lines today and after an hour of on the phone run around we finally get an answer oh yeah there is an outage in your area but we don't know when it's going to be fixed this has been an ongoing problem for 4 days
