@Telstra Now back in the greatest country in the world, so I don't need your help. Spent hours on the LA hotel phone with your customer service consultants (yes, plural) and all I got was a sore ear, an elevated BP and no solution. Appreciate your concern, albeit two weeks too late.

@Telstra More frequent bushfires and floods mean more power outages, and increasing danger for people in regional, rural and remote areas. Have raised this many times. The government and Telstra are not listening. We need better emergency services, not a reduction in services.

@Telstra I am not able to use it when there is a power outage (multiple per year here). Used to be able to contact power company by plugging in old school phone directly into socket. Now, as soon as owe outage commences, no phone line available.

@Telstra Not sure, it was sent as sms, Bottom line is portal does not work, and redemption finishes 19 august. To be blunt I won’t be happy if I do et get Xbox because telstra portal does not work. Blaming the customer and telling me to try another device is total. Done five devises.
