    @Telstra Telstra Facebook told me to call Telstra Faults who are now telling me they can't help & to have our customers call to complain they aren't getting the email, which our customers don't want to do. Many of them are in their 70's and navigating all these support systems isn't easy.

    @Telstra I have been trying to get my NBN connected for nearly a month. I am getting no help at all, they keep saying it’s ‘being looked at’. I’ve now wasted HOURS on this it’s ridiculous. You really need to sort your customer service out, wish I hadn’t switched. 🤬🤬🤬

    @exetel I just got a voicemail message from (02) 8030 1000 saying: "Hi this is Yani calling from Exetel. Please call us back in order to change your plan to the Telstra Network. Or else your phone will be disconnected." Can you please explain this message??
