    @Telstra24x7 we have made 3 separate calls over the past 3 days regarding no internet with the promise of a “callback” all of which were broken promises. Overall we have spent 3.5 hrs on phone trying to sort YOUR lack of service! Telstra reference number 10553995.

    @Telstra how and who do we contact to have the cable connected into the pit. The lead in line has been damaged and 4 hours on chat to support which netted me the same result ... nothing but nonsensical repetitive questions is infuriating. Who can we call? Anyone else know?

    @noplaceforsheep Just porting into Telstra - as you have to have them for inland travel.. and not only did they stuff up the order they stuffed up the delivery of the new Sim - No Service - Tech support wasted 6 hrs finally got a human and succeeded in half the order.. bleeding now..

    @noplaceforsheep I feel your pain, Telstra's lack of customer service was the reason I joined Twitter. I too needed to shout to the void in frustration.
