    @fuq_le When mine works I get faster than that but it’s unstable. I think the rain effects the infrastructure down the road but Telstra inconveniences customers wasting our time rather than fixing the problem permanently.

    That was my *fifth* "Hello this is the Australian Telstra NBN network, we are going to disconnect your internet" call in the last 2 days. I mean, I love stringing them along, the entertainment is cute, but it's getting boring ...

    OK @NBN_Australia - the NBN has been down the entire day - and we're talking completely dead, not even intermittent - it is compeltely offline, only the Power light shows. Telstra's website says an outage is scheduled for tomorrow - did someone randomly change the date? Grrrrr

    @fuq_le Yeah that’s the problem. The copper is a dogs breakfast. I’d love fibre but we’re just peasant, hillbillies as far a Telstra is concerned. I’m told the pit down the road floods and these clowns tell me to use the troubleshooting tool like it’s my error to fix.

    @Telstra Hi Luke As I said previously, I'm not willing to share my personal details. I'm following the process I was told to follow by my case manager. Your call centre is telling people it's closed. I'm not sure why there isn't an easy fix to this? Is your call centre taking calls?

    @Telstra 2/2 When they don’t contact you, have to start the whole process again. Today this has happened twice. They don’t record previous conversations so you have to start from scratch identifying yourself, explain problem, get same scripted responses. Is designed 2 make people give up
