@Telstra your live chat is a total shitshow. I wasted 20 minutes there with an issue and got non coherent answers from a team leader. I’m so sick of you and your shitty service, and your inability to send me a paper bill on time, or in this case at all.

@Telstra Yeah, I will. It’s a real shame that this service is the norm. There’s a lot cheaper options out there, and you’d think service would be amazing from Telstra, but nope.

@GBI_JG_FTW @twtrrr OK I'll play because I've actually done this. So, pull data from where? If you're with Telstra but they swap out a Vodafone sim, Telstra doesn't know about the Vodafone cell tower datastream so they'll never see it without permission. Telstra might see a

I hear @Telstra is going to index the price of my mobile phone service to CPI. They didn't say what that decision was based on. Are the costs of providing the service determined by whatever influences the CPI? I look forward to seeing the price decrease when the floods are over.

@Telstra Business account & consumer accounts have had merge issues that your store reps can't resolve at two locations, meaning I can't access my online systems. Try providing specialist system support lines, so your stores are supported, because great #UX matters.

@JaspersWonk @ELegra_J @VirginPlus Fine Australia is comparable. Anywhere from 25 to 80 bucks a month depending on the plan. Telstra has coverage in the Outback 68 a month with 180 GB of data. Canada is pathetic and is considered one of the worst nations in the world when it comes to Mobile/Internet.

Hey @Telstra do you still operate your online help from overseas? Because I'm tired of being lied to and having the story change depending on the ineptitude of the contact. TIO are involved just so you're aware. #ShitCustonerService

Hey @TheKouk I just got a message from @telstra that they were adjusting there mobile/internet charges in line with the CPI. Is that how it works? Surely that would lead to a spiralling increase in costs. They should be trying to bring down costs??

@Telstra 0.16mbps at T4 Melbourne. How about providing an actual service for the premium you charge.
