    @Brad__73 @Telstra @andy_penn I was offline for three weeks. If any other business treated customers like this they would lose all their customers. Telstra does have horrible customer service. As a premium customer, I completely agree that the CEO lacks accountability. The 4Gx service isn’t reliable.

    @Telstra After numerous DM’s and being promised a call back 2 days have passed - nothing. Now your consultant wants me to use the chat function again because there was a misunderstanding and no complaint was lodged. IOW start all over - well done @Telstra

    @Telstra I sent the message it is up to you wither help or not as I said in many msgs. but dont threaten to me. I will put complaint to further with TIO as yo guys did not help me when I went with right channel on chat etc. I have all evidence and screenshot for complaint.
