    @Telstra well we still have no internet in Suffolk park Byron bay and it seems there is no news when normal service is going to be restored ;(

    @Telstra I haven’t been able to to reply as I haven’t had service! It goes from sos to 1/2 a bar of service but texts bounce back, calls aren’t getting through. Than magically it will for an hr & bam gone again. How can internet work on my mobile at 1am but not 9am?

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia internet outage at 4152 (QLD) - internet dropped out completely, basic troubleshooting and resetting of hardware hasn't fixed it. Just letting you know.

    Hey Dutton why are our defence personnel helping Telstra to restore services. I am sure there are things they could be doing for individuals. Your governments support of big business is disgusting and these businesses, if operated well should be able to fix their own problems.

    @Telstra I’ll DM you the number. I eventually got to speak to someone good. He actually said our service is poor & faulty so is sending a technician out Monday morning.He also arranged the new modem. the text messages are bizarre
