    @Telstra we did when the last outage hit but that was with flooding that happened, this time im not sure what it is, like i said its only upload speed our download speed was perfectly fine,just gotta wait it out on 4g till its fixed, is there any timeline for this that you can give?

    3/3 long strong short: I’ve been with @Telstra since 2013 and spent well over $20k with devices and contracts. Do you know what they offered me for being 24 hours late on 1 bill, barred from service and a waiting period of 1 day.. A $20 credit. #FuckTelstra

    @Telstra Why are there issues in Pacific Palms/Blueys Beach? Not a flood affected area & goes off between 1200 & 2100 every day. 1st World problem I know but we pay a 1st World fee.

    @Telstra Your company had a level of mismanagement, ingrained corruption, gross mistreatment of customers and a contemptuous attitude to your legal obligations to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Telstra operates a de-facto monopoly.

    @Telstra I'd settle for decent wifi in the Hawkesbury, you air-thieves. #Telstra . This is a flood area and we have little or no internet service. It's not due to Covid or Floods, either. Always poor. It's SYDNEY, not the 3rd World. #ScottMorrison and #PerroTIT are hopeless. RESIGN NOW.

    2/3 ..but because I was 24 hours late, #Telstra barred our service. In #Brisbane. During the floods even though I paid. Fully. So I called them.. waited.. and spoke to ‘Precious’ from Manila and 2hrs later: nothing.
