    @PyeTrevor @nationalpost @acoyne They too have only 2 service providers. Telstra and Optus. They are behind in cable internet but are way in front for cell towers and coverage as well as 5G service. They just don't seem to gouge their customer base.

    @Telstra I was ultimately unsuccessful in buying a phone from you Telstra because I couldn't sign in to your system. Thankfully, I don't own any of your shares. It's comforting to know that some things never change/improve.

    @Telstra Probably but I was shunted from one platform to another, one system to another Why a major corporation can't look up my account number and find the case beats me. My case number is 20861236 I'd love to have a technically competent senior person ring and fix the problem

    @jasper_darby @telsta They will never get to you. The ombudsman advised me if after making reasonable attempts to contact them the only option you have is to stop paying your account. Drop the phone off in a telstra office and go to optus

    @Telstra If I have a post paid number am I able to get it swapped to another number I have without adding a second service? If I have 04xx xxx xxx on Telstra post-paid, and I have 04xx xxx yyy on boost am I have to change my post paid number to 04xx xxx yyy? Losing pp # is fine.

    My phone number has been cloned & is being used by scammers. I know this because I received a call from myself. Despite receiving a few hang ups just before the call, @Telstra will not escalate it until people start calling me with abuse. Great work yet again by our Telco.
