    @bugwannostra They’ve been having a lend of us since the day Turnbull took over Labor’s planned roll-out and stated buggering it up. I’ve given up on the NBN, gone to a 5G Telstra modem. No problems with that, works every time I use it, anywhere, unless I forget to charge it.

    I told the Telstra service agent doing the switch that I had held out so long because I knew the NBN would be inferior. He said a lot of people had said the same thing, and were unhappy with the situation.

    @boostmobile @Telstra 25 days and counting since trying to port to boost. Have been promised many times for resolution. Stuck on #vodafail right now. Ridiculous.

    @Telstra Forget the rubbish service you get with #Telstra and try satellite internet. At least your service won’t drop out with every problem on the ground like Telstra does and at least you don’t have to wait years for repairs.

    @Telstra very disappointed. No internet 6 days. I get there are problems in the line but each interaction you say its fixed when it’s not then next one starts from scratch going over old ground. No estimated fix time. Blaming nbn. Take responsibility & look at past conversations

    Phone line dropped out (again) this time in the middle of a telehealth appointment. Can't get calls or make them, including to arrange surgery for my son. Text messages are hit & miss, mostly miss. So glad there isn't an emergency. @Telstra why??

    @Telstra our company's emails to #BigPond are getting rejected. Bigpond Postmaster isn't replying and Telstra business support say 'bigpond don't block emails'?? Hundreds of our customers aren't getting order notifications and are fed up. Weeks trying to get it fixed. HELP!
