@hughewilliams @Telstra @NBN_Australia That's odd, maybe depends on location or you moved and they didn't have contact details. I'm just guessing...as a Telstra customer, I (and others I know) was getting regular mail updates in the post advising about the hard cutoff dates as well as promos from other ISPs about it.

  • coringl Corin Garnett-Law (@coringl) reported

Decided a 5G phone needs said network. Swapping to Telstra today

  • John_W_Power John Power (@John_W_Power) reported

@hughewilliams @Telstra @NBN_Australia FWIW, I had HFC to home for years with Telstra and it still took 3 weeks to shift to NBN. Was running on backup 4G. A possible quick fix (2 hrs) if you go to store, forget NBN and use 4G/5G mobile broadband solution if you are close to a tower etc.

  • timeimp James (@timeimp) reported

@Telstra everything is so slow today. The heat affecting things?

  • abodera Artur Bodera (@abodera) reported

@Telstra Your activation website is cactus. I've been trying continuously for 4 days, even tried on wifi, it hangs with a loading indicator. Waited up to 20 mins, after which the iPhone Safari browser gives up. I got activated by going through the annoying phone support.

  • mitchcallender Mitchell Callender (@mitchcallender) reported

@Telstra Your automated steps say to make a booking with nbm which won't be til December 11??? What do you do if you work from home and can't even contact anybody , why can't I call for support ?

  • AidenHowlett Aiden Howlett (@AidenHowlett) reported

@Optus Don’t put up with Telstra’s and Optus’ poor customer service. Say hello to Vodafone. (Been seriously impressed by them since switching from Optus. You can actually call and talk to someone! Can’t do that with Optus)
