I’m sure I speak on behalf of many Australian @Telstra customers when I say they’re customer service is an absolute disgrace. I don’t know what @andy_penn & his team are telling the off shore workers but it’s clearly a concern. Telstra’s rating should be that of 0 these days

So now @Telstra has cut off the landline, without being asked. So so can’t port the number to iiNet. So I call Telstra. But it’s a business number, and the business team don’t work on weekends. So I ask to speak to someone ANYONE who can help.

@Jackobsen @mrmintslice Yep, and now we just need Telstra to make some smart costing decisions with its 5G network and the NBN will be bankrupted and gone forever. Along with the wasted $51 Billion.
