@CavillJyckel Belong. It’s the Telstra network but no actual Telstra. Works and cheap.

@corduroy I cant imagine Telstra is any better at anything. I suspect the basis for choosing a mobile telco is service and cost, they are all forced by the Gov to collect lots of personal data so hard to know how to mitigate the risk of it being compromised.

@JarrodWhittaker The Ombudsman let Telstra turn a blind eye to their obvious breach of my privacy. They ignored the possible consequences & sited how they treat their staff, who were advised as part if their employment, I wasn't.

@decryption So pointless. The data's already gone. Lots are switching to Telstra which isn't any better. Cheap MVNOs like Boost and Gomo are the way to go - only pay what you want for the service you want, not lots more than you want for a service you hate... Same goes with big banks.

@Telstra @Telstra Look, that is not what I asked. That is why we should talk on the open channel so you can be seen to provide good service.

@jamiemgalea I'm on felix which runs on the network. Reception is good in places where telstra just seems to underperform (like at crown). **** all service out in regional though

@Telstra Hi Jo - Telstra's customer service and billing systems are always horrible to deal with. The people are fine - the systems are terrible. Need significant investment to make them less terrible

@jamiemgalea Been with them a few years. Never had any trouble with them. They took a while to roll out 5G in Adelaide compared to others but that’s nbd. I have only had one situation where I had no signal and needed to borrow a friend’s Telstra phone to call someone.
