    @BeauGiles We got nest wifi for the In-laws after testing it ourselves. They have problems when their devices switch back to their Telstra router wifi so remember to disable that so they only use the nest wifi. They have no phone signal so they use wifi calling too

    It's wonderful that @Telstra keeps acknowledging that there is a problem with my NBN service and fix it. I have reminisced what the old dial up services were like for long enough I am ready for the 21st century again.

    @Telstra Hi @Telstra today I replaced the SIM card, I’ve tried different device, rebooted,upgraded software and I still can’t make or receive calls.No-one knows what the issue is. It has to be network at this point. My residual feeling of interactions with Telstra is that its useless

    @telstrahealth @telstra mum’s ‘emergency’ landline, as she’s on some Special Emergency phone package with you due to her age-isn’t working again. This happened on Christmas Day and another two occasions since. WTF?
