Still no working phone service from @telstra. It’s currently “stuck” with provisioning (for over a week now). 😡

Oh my word, I didn't realise John Howard banned RU486 in order to get support for privatising Telstra 😳😳😳 Imagine if women could have accessed that medication in the 90s! How disgusting that this deal was made solely between men. #msrepresented

WTF @Telstra TRYING to pay my bill due 29/7, via your app as usual. Wouldn't access PayPal yesterday, nor this morning. Decide to use credit card, & pay fee. You want me to make my card accessible to "half a million merchants" - NO NO NO. You're forcing me into a LATE PAYMENT. 🤬

@kylee7kylee @mjrowland68 @BreakfastNews It's a Corporate tactic. Ever attempted to solve a problem with Telstra? I'm convinced barriers ie: "customer service" are designed to frustrate and time consume so time poor customers give up.

@MissHissyKat Their 'service ' is absolutely dismal, I was told to wait 24 hr, so i mentioned to the tech guy we are in the 21st century and mobiles have been around for the last 40 years or so, surly it's not a big thing. Every time I have trouble with Telstra

@Telstra I lodged the complaint via the website and was then in an SMS exchange with someone from the complaints team who demonstrates zero understanding of my complaint or concerns and then closed of the case without asking me if that was OK.

@Telstra customer called recording convo with Telstra call centre before sign up to double check everything and said a customer could add it straight away on $15 month to month but it actually turned out she was wrong. You can’t and the Xbox all access promotion doesn’t say that.

Seriously has something happened at @Telstra ? I literally tried to recontract with them and after two weeks of delays, mistakes, etc. I missed the plan I had wanted. Now they keep offering to call me about my phone that is not working...on the number that is not working
