@kane_grubb @footyindustryAU It made sense when you compared basic Foxtel package w/ sport to Kayo and maybe Binge was almost half the price even more so deals for being a Telstra customer or NRL Live. If they keep raising the price, they are going to eventually price people out.

Anyone who thinks Telstra has bad service should see what really bad service is and become an Optus “customer”! Our local tower needs upgrading but Optus won’t fix either of its issues, we are simply not a priority!

@Telstra Tried the troubleshooting, in fact have tried it over the past few weeks and no difference. Probably wouldnt think it would be quite a few phones with the same problem . In fact while typing this signal went to 1 bar then 2 then back to 1

@Telstra Just got a call on our landline claiming to be from you with notice of a planned landline outage overnight due to urgent work. It had a "Press 1 to confirm you've heard this message or press 2 to speak to a consultant" prompt. Is that a legitimate Telstra call?

@Telstra FYI I’ve spoken with a cust service rep on the phone and it was an issue last week which they thought had been resolved. This needs to be fixed ASAP, given the time of year. A cynical person might think it was a deliberate move to block cheap access to digital sport…

@Telstra My problem is that the text said the United Kingdom wasn’t a Day Pass country rather than Guernsey. Therefore I ignored the message because it contradicted the previous message and my subsequent experience. So when I was notified I’d been charged $100 for data roaming….
