    I buy apple 🍏 products only, today I had a problem with after changing from Telstra to Optus with everything on my Apple products , Apple technical support spent 2 hours on the phone with me trying to sort my problem, which they did, Optus couldn’t give a stuff

    @antoinette_news No one ever answers me. I do get constant calls claiming to be Telstra about to close my service. I don't have a service with them.

    Jobseeker hotline message says "wait times are more than 35 business days". A major Telstra outage. Another Centrelink phone line says "Go to your local service centre of you need an issue resolved within 72 hours".

    So @Telstra just issued an email informing us "As part of supporting Australians' changing data needs, your home internet plan is being updated." Well @andy_penn, not ALL of us need to pay an extra $5p/m for extra data we will never use, thanks! It's a dumb blanket decision Mate.
