    @pblakez Looks like a new, quality 5g router plus external antenna will run to way more than a Musk setup (though monthly charge much lower). I could put an antenna on what I've got (4g Teltonika), but I dunno would help all that much ... unless switched to Telstra, but then I'd want 5g.

    I have been trying to arrange for my internet to be moved. I’m with Telstra. I have given my details again and again to the chatbots. My new address is never recognised. I finally gave up and went to a Telstra store at a major centre and have now waited 2 hours. Kafkaesque.

    @PeterKlages @Telstra Disastrous long term history with Telstea. Planned to ditch them when we moved down here 7 years ago but thwarted as the internet connection was through Foxtel cable so it was Telstra or go back to ADSL. Celebrated when NBN came as I could ditch #Telstra for all time.

    @PeterKlages @Telstra No, I reckon Melbourne Dental Hospital does. They're rude and really don't give a damn when you call, but at least the dentists and technicians and other staff are very helpful.

    @PeterKlages @Telstra I've had bad experiences before. But my latest issue was that the nbn went down. I requested a call back. They called immediately. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone trying to fix it. That didn't work. Booked a technician who came and fixed it 2 days later. I was surprised.

    @Telstra I’ve tried through the website and My Telstra app but still getting the same issue. Even tried on Wifi vs. 5G on the phone and different browsers on my computer but still can’t claim anything.
