My experience with @Telstra has always been best to go in store and deal with a person. Not an option in Sydney right now. Just called 1800157494 to seek mobile service assistance. IVR said wait time of 5-15 minutes. Just gave up at 50 minutes of waiting. Selling TLS tomorrow.

@Telstra Hi Sheree so my internet was playing up cause i am on this app called twitter and account called telstra doesnt follow me not sure why this is happening. I have tried many things and nothing seems to work. If you could help out that would be great, Lawsyfishy
