@Telstra Telstra keeps asking me to check my phone for a securely generated number to insert at the 5th login request before I can read my emails on their site. When I get into my Inbox, there is a message from Telstra telling me there is some suspicious activity going on: THEM!

@danilic @BelongAU Yep! We have x2 Belong and x2 Telstra in our house and the Belongs have been particularly crap for a while now. It’s been ridiculous. Time to change I think.

@Telstra on 2/8 I posted that ur service in Gingin WA was dropping out. I kindly reached out & blamed my phone. Today the town had no mobile or landline service. Businesses down, no way to contact emergency services. At which point do you start to listen to your customers instead

@Telstra I'd rather have a functioning nbn service - outage confirmed at 11am and no update since.

@Telstra No thank you. Telstra needs to validate. Company rules or laws Don't deal with a person if they do not do as Telstra ask's. Your all bullys backed up by laws to enforce your bullying. Telstra is not allowed to help I'm too stupid...

@Telstra 22 days later and still no result. Honestly the worst support model a human could imagine. How do you get escalated to level ‘some human just sort it the hell out’ ?! Please. 🤬

Help @Telstra! Emailed more troubleshooting on case 41076252 (INC000100959050) and got auto reply 'case resolved' & 'cannot reopen' 😠 Surprised me as I had no updates, and of course the problem is not resolved - issue still exists. Nb Im trying to spend more money with you...

@runbeagle @embingham215 the Telstra example in the module was really promising in the effect a fast and direct reply can have on helping to ease the impact of cancel culture #curtindigipr

@aeberbach @overjeer Yeah, nah. i know it's easy to **** on nbn. They're the worst client I've had the displeasure to have worked with. But it's always been like this for any infrastructure. Telecommunication including Telstra/optus,water, roads etc Alot does get done after hours, but most does not.
