@Telstra Nothing you can help with really - but for awareness there’s scam callers dialling Aussie numbers today claiming to be from Telstra. Good old internet scam (download to give us access etc)

im so annoyed i literally cant log onto my telstra account so i cant see my phone bill or when its due or pay it because the account is under my mums name and they updated the app so it kicked me out and wont let me put her details down 😐

@BillLord2 @Telstra We need new phones, so will consider all offers I think this time. They make the dearer phones 24 rather than 36 months which is deceptively shifty and customer loyalty means little.

@GladysB I have been @Optus customer for 20+ years. The past 10 weeks our internet goes on and off 10-15 times per day. Two weeks ago we were lucky to have it for a few hours. NBN & Optus each blame each other. I keep paying the bills for a substandard service. Telstra, here I come..
