@NBN_Australia @roseannab16 @Telstra April that page has not changed in 4 days. All it ever says is that an unplanned outage is being investigated. No updates on what's actually happened. No estimated time on when it will be fixed. This doesn't count as updates.

@Telstra is f*****g me around so much that I am tempted to go to Optus, even after the data breach. Optus may be incompetent, but Telstra is downright rude and heartless, and incompetent sounds better right now.
