@IanSamuels3 They can be annoying Ian, like any other company can be, the area I live in which is western Sydney Telstra is the only internet that works without having black out spots, I’ve had issues but not as bad as other companies overall. We have a new tower which didn’t help with it all

@Telstra Hi. I'll DM you the details. Summary : international roaming is disabled on my phone but on two bills for one day the international roaming charge of $10 is applied. Customer service insists I changed the setting. PS: I wore the poor guy down. He just refunded me.
