    @BCoppick @SandyHorne61 @Qantas Indeed! At least Telstra seems to be making an effort. If you put their Twitter handle in a complaint on Twitter you’ll normally get a response. With QANTAS you may as well whistle in the wind.

    @Telstra @andy_penn Viktor was looking at this a few days ago. Regarding Apple Watch I ordered with points plus pay after Telstra held on to my money for 6 weeks they then said we can’t supply. Read above messages. Regarding the poor service

    @joshgnosis I did want to use it a few years ago during lockdown because I wanted the international news channel package - was cheaper than Foxtel with more news channels. But not available if you were a Telstra customer- you had to spend $200 to get a box

    @Telstra @mully I feel like it’s more something you just need to ask about than just go “I expect this to really be unlimited.” It’s better to have slower service than be charged extra because you reached a soft-cap!
