@Telstra Hi Telstra, yesterday I bought a prepaid SIM with you because my local Optus network was down. I wasn’t able to activate the SIM because it kept saying there was an error. I looked at my internet banking and I’ve been charged 3 x $30 for every time I tried to activate.

@Telstra It seems I have to keep resetting my network settings all the time - although others in house receive mobile service

@johnny_doe2010 @mariewalsh18 @Telstra I get the caller ID bit, but to send text messages from a Telstra ID that I’ve read received text messages from before...then to call me a few minutes later. I’ve never requested email change and agree that’s obviously why they’ve done it.

@Telstra (part 3) I don’t need the SIM anymore because the Optus network has been restored but I’d like my $90 back. It charged me for every failed attempt at activating/loading credit. $30 for every time I hit the button only to get an error message. Please assist, thank you!

Absolutely pointless trying to get any work done online tonight because Telstra NBN won't let me upload even the smallest images! Really quite appalling lack of service!

@Telstra I just checked the complaint, you had until 5pm on November 19th to resolve this. I should let them know you have failed.

@gmtaylor @Telstra It is looking like this will be necessary. My poor hubby is trying to work from home in this chaos and his stress levels have skyrocketed proportionate to the number of times the internet drops out each day. It all came to a head on Thursday in an important Teams meeting.

@Telstra So is Twitter your best platform to solve an issue nowadays? Your automated phone support hangs up on me, no Live Chat. WTF? You're overbilling me $606 and hoping your APP will solve that? You haven't sent me anything to return my phone and self-service should help?

@gmtaylor @Telstra Blimey! I don’t think we have fibre here. Gotta laugh... I had some poor woman ring me back a moment ago for a call back and she chose to ring the home number... the NBN phone line! And she expected I’d be able to hear her!

@HankMeyerNAPP Instead of just being slow they decided not to answer the phones at all blaming the virus. You need to go to a Telstra store to actually speak to someone.
