@Telstra after being on the phone for an hour, issue not solved, only to be told I'd be called back in 10mins (that was an 1.5+has ago), I'm not happy. Our business CAN NOT go 2 days without landlines and internet. We need and want answers!

@Telstra It is resolved at my end. At Telstra’s end ; maybe you could look at procedure of your collections department and make sure they have the details of the amount they are collecting in a format able to be sent to customers. It is not my job to fix your company.
