    TIO tells me it will take up to 11 weeks be assigned a case manager due to overload of complaints and I should try sort it out with Telstra before then. hm. wtf. @ausgov What a load of ****. Most cases get resolved within 10 days… and number of complaints have dropped?

    I'm going to look into switching to @Telstra 's 5G next week Been using @Optus for a few months now and it never gets 5G (despite me being close to a tower) and the 4G completely turns off 2-4 times a day every day requiring constant modem reboots Support never gets back to me

    @Telstra Around 9am the service dropped out and phone said either ‘no service’ or ‘SOS only’ Its not just happening with my device/sim card as I’ve spoken to about 100 people who are all having the same issue so I had to come to the conclusion it was the tower or something around that.
