@VodafoneAU Why are my family and friends only just receiving text messages that I sent on New Year's Eve and New Year's day? They are Telstra customers. Why were Vodafone customers not told about this issue? Very frustrating. From a loyal Vodafone customer.

Being 2023 and as it is a service @Telstra sold me I tried calling but they told me to hangup as they are too busy to help today... seriously...

@AaronLessis Anyway you can buy outright rather than a plan? I ended up dropping Telstra $80 plan and going with a Aldi (through Telstra network anyway) $30 plan and just buying a phone, saves me a ton in the long run. Personally think the 14 future proofs you for a while.

@Telstra im not in qld this was years ago now. they looked in to it their was a complaint to the tio. they said this is not takent in to account and refused to give me a satisfactory offer to resolve the issues

@telstra will have a very unhappy customer today. We have a business account which I tried to log into as we both have new phones. That was a complete nightmare with the improved authentication stuff.
