Hey @kayosports & @binge, just so you know, every time you force me to sign in to my account again - on my Telstra TV, etc - I get one step closer to not bothering to do it and just cancelling my subscriptions. Can you not, please.

And @Telstra did it again! Disconnected my service even though I made a payment last week, and spoke to someone on the phone about my payment plan. I reach out to the 24/7 service on the app and they tell me to call… lol, HOW? I don’t have an active service!
