@JulianBurnside Everything about @Telstra's 'service' is about non-communication. Every interaction is elevated to high farce. I had to go to the Ombudsman to get action.

@JulianBurnside Telstra is awful. A company that has a long history of predatory practises especially against poor people.

@NBN_Australia Been down this road half a dozen times in last few years. Not nbns fault. Not Telstras fault. Backwards and forwards. Went all the way to ombudsman last time. Telstra said, sorry, can't do anything. Change companies if you like. All using nbns gear so whats the point.

@actualfredsmith @JulianBurnside Seconded. One plus of moving away from rural area is not being held hostage by Telstra. I found seeking help actually distressing on some occasions: wait for ages, repeat yourself over and over and still getting rote-response-to-keyword answers - & that's the humans not bots.

@JulianBurnside The Twitter initiated @Telstra service is, for reasons I don't understand far better than that you get from calling them. It is worth reposting your original Tweet, but use the @ handle so it comes to their attention. Good luck.
