    @Telstra Thanks for your response. My wife switched from Vodafone to Telstra. Her name is Pamela Mary Fairnington and her number is 0420848687 - post paid service. She paid the upfront fee on 21/3, and put the SIM in last Saturday. Since then, it has still not been activated.

    @Telstra 5642 Kielpa and 5632 Karkoo. Might be more but those are 3 homes ive heard about in last few days. This is not an unusual occurence on EP. Landlines die quite regularly. Old infrastructure. But limited mobile signal so this is a safety issue & must be fixed ASAP

    @MelissaMaykin @Twitter Apparently the app 'Echofon' will work, and has the advantage of being 1/4 the size of Twitter's app. @TwitterSupport is still getting lots of inquiries about this problem but still haven't even acknowledged the problem exists. (If Telstra ever fixes my ADSL I will try Echofon.)

    Pretty furious with @Telstra breaking all of my 2FA. Why? Because Telstra themselves recommended me and upgraded mobile service, instead they broke my mobile service, and now 1 week later they've informed me just now they're unable to resolve the issue or restore my service!
