@johnsy123aus @RandaltsRandal Do they have mobile phones? These usually come with an internet usage data allocation that can be used on the phone, or by tethering to the phone from another device. Perhaps someone could set it up for them. Companies like Aldi, who use the Telstra network, have cheap plans.

@Telstra So telstra I have $145 credit on my telstra bank account but it seems it wasnt reconigsed by your machines and it still tried to withdraw money from my bank account and now says i'm overdue... Can I get some help so the credit pays the overdue bill??

@Telstra As the offer expired due to the delay in customer service calling me back after your technical difficulties I am less than thrilled. I still have not received a call from a customer service manager as I was advised.

@gabriellechan Yep. At the beginning of the week Optus 4G dropped back to 3G and service died. Swapped SIMs to Telstra 4G on the same tower and all was ok. N idea why. Just happens now and then.
