  @Telstra are you able to sort out case ref# 28128653. My understanding is that if the customer elects to get a phone repaired and you can't repair it and you also don't have a phone in-stock to replace it, you should offer a #refund. Not screw the customer.

  @beyondbeeton @Telstra @Aussie_BB all the way. Flawless, instant local customer service. Actual NBN service has rarely missed a beat and on those occasions (NBN line issue) they advocated/escalated to resolution.

  @paulwiggins @Telstra The email box bounces back because complaint is closed, live chat is only bot, I call and wait for hours and cannot get through. I now have another issue and I’ve been sent round in circles again.
