    @about15 Haven’t had an issue with Telstra. It’s $110/month 245Mbps, unlimited. Think it’s an older plan they just roll over.

    @Telstra Telstra incoming emails have not been working for some customers for 2 days. Telstra wants to charge $66 month program for tech support to fix a problem they admit is their fault. This is crazy. Feedback from customers makes no difference. Pls fix now for free.

    A big "thanks a lot" to Telstra, who, several weeks ago now, reportedly "upgraded" the NBN. What they actually did was stuff it up. Now, the page freezes all the time...mid tweet. Every day!. Can Google ok, Facebook ok, but try getting Twitter up! Worst internet in the world!

    @Telstra I still don't have a working mobile phone service. This is beyond frustrating. If you're not able to activate a SIM, just say so and cancel the process so I can go elsewhere.

    @Telstra Ok thanks Nicky. I unplugged and replugged my NBN Connection Box from the wall and it got me back online but it must be temporary fixes while there's an outage. Thanks.
