@MRowlandMP hey Michelle are you happy with @Telstra plan to remove x small data plan therefore increasing minimum plan from $15 to $25..? I understand the corprate greed angle but don’t they still get enormous government support to ensure community service obligations?

@Telstra Yes - the INC number is INC22334000. Failed router. Raised fault and ordered a new one. Told to wait 24 hours as delivery was yesterday. Confirmed this morning that there was a problem with the order.

@Telstra you've just emailed me saying you're switching my data plan from XS to S, because you're no longer offering the XS. That increases my monthly data cost by 67%, more than 2/3 - is that legit? When people are facing cost of living issues, this is you being "for Australia"?

@AusGroucho @Aussie_BB ABB's customer service is unquestionably better than Telstra's. But that's a pretty low benchmark. I too have had very good customer service from ABB.
