@Telstra But like how can I ask for a chargeback of $38? When all my transactions to Telstra would of been $89.99? Can you transfer it to another Telstra customers account? Genuinely never found a company more difficult to deal with!

@pyro_ct Telstra was a bit disingenuous about its concerns there arent enough domestic carbon credits. The issue was likely price that made them go for international credits. This is the article. Itss about Telstra going it alone with a small tree planting project rather than ACCUs.

@andy_penn For your reply to Telstra, a request for information is not a complaint! This reminds me of the days CEO Sol Trujillo and his secretary Mary Berejiklian used power imbalance to force signing of Release and indemnity. Telstra won’t be given benefit of doubt/trust again.

@Telstra must the most incompetent company in Australia. Three times I ordered a new modem via the customer help system. All confirmed and nothing happened. When I raise it again, the ‘team member’ acts like he’s never heard of my request. A complete cowboy outfit.

@telstra outage where I live - except no notifications, because they claim we aren't affected. Outage map alleges half of the township not affected, but it is, every time. Asked about compensation as we can't properly use phone internet or home internet as that's mobile too.. 1/

Anyone else having issues accessing their @Telstra Plus account? Haven't been able to for weeks now. Not working (time out - white screen of death) on both Chrome and Edge. :(
