    @julerin8 @Telstra @NBN_Australia Yes it’s a crying shame that we have to put up with this nonsense and have no say. Can’t understand how the entire country doesn’t revolt over this ‘service’ or lack thereof? You’d think by now they’d have figured out how to make it work?!

    @Telstra Yep, home internet and we are on ADSL. Outage checks say no problem in out area and we have made no changes to home connections or settings. Just suddenly occurred and has been going on for the past few days. Have had to hotspot from phones.

    @Telstra I'm without home internet after an area outage yesterday, which seems resolved, yet I'm still without internet? Spoke with agent who had no idea and said I need to move to NBN tomorrow because they are closed!? This doesn't help me now for a service I am paying for!
