    @SpotlightForYou @MifWhy @Telstra They say they are s premium service, but can't explain what is premium about their service. I asked they couldn't answer. After double bills and an ombudsman complaint later, I left. Saved lots of money and headaches.

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Feel your pain Ronni ... Whenever I have to contact Telstra, which is on a regular basis btw, I literally start hyper-ventilating & anxiety levels max out. For a business model that is > "communications" > they are the absolute > WORST! And getting worse. If that is possible.
