@brettoaten Cheers mate appreciate the feedback. Getting frustrated with Telstra as it’s been 6 days and still haven’t connected our internet and keep saying “we are working on it” etc etc. Aussie BB are cheaper and customer service seems great

@joshgnosis @telstra and @optus would know which sms gateway service it’s coming from, they should be able to refuse wholesale to whichever company it is until that wholesale customer drops them

@joshgnosis @Telstra @Optus All gateway services in aus buy wholesale #s and the ability to use alpha codes (the UAP text address) from one of those two companies or interchange so they absolutely know who it is, time for them to look 4 “reputational damage” clause in the wholesale contract

Honestly, @Telstra has no clue what is going on department to department. One Small Business Support staff says our order was cancelled, and the next says that it is still there. No wonder it is too hard for them to update our address.... O_o
