@Telstra Appreciate? We have no options but to be patient. Fixed and its ongoing permanent issue. Mobile is better but only slightly. Can hardly even hotspot due to terrible connections. FNQ Queensland check the speeds up here and tell me you provide a good service.

@raywilton4 @Telstra I can only get mobile internet. Maximum 210 and very unstable. Needed $2000 tech just to get a signal to the house. 5km from towers. Telstra sucks!

Aaaarrggh not you again. (@CricketnBeer) reported
@Telstra If he uses a random generator to spam the country you can’t block him as his message has no sender number . The above does not work and you know this. It’s disingenuous to say it. You should not be able to send a message without a sender number on your network. Telstra can fix it

@icathler @Telstra I’m not holding my breath. Five weeks my complaint has been with them.

@Picketer My FTTC is very unreliable, maybe @NBN_Australia will care enough to do what their own techs recommend, and we'll get reliable service. When it works, it's consistently great - getting what we pay for. When it doesn't, even our crappy Telstra mobile connection is better

@Telstra why is it impossible for business customers to transfer e-sims - we’re now paying for useless iPhone 13’s because your support cannot provide any assistance with transfer and provides instructions that DO NOT WORK - FUMING !

Ross Symons (@RossSymons) reported
@Telstra I was too fast to give credit to @telstra - four weeks on and the service is still stuffed, no ETA on being able to sort it - they can't even tell me what the problem is that they are trying to solve, only that it's not a physical problem - it's paperwork!

@Telstra @icathler How will you follow up? Will you boot the antenna and network teams up the bum and get them to find the problem and call me back?

Dear #auspol. Is this true. I went to the plenty valley #telstra store to change my number due to massive spam txt and the guy said this started happening when QR codes were introduced. He said he did his research #spam he said even if I changed my number it wouldn’t help.

@Telstra 2 weekends in a row your so called 'updating' has completely cut me off from using the internet. Actually pathetic, I cant wait for @SpaceXStarlink to make your service irrelevant. $100 a month for this garbage should be illegal
