    @Telstra Some feedback for you - not only was the Complaints Officer you allocated on 2 March redundant and as useful as a doorbell on a coffin in resolving my wifi functionality issue ... he then tried to rewrite history by stating we had spoken before today which was UNTRUE

    I have to say @Telstra I smell bollocks when your Conplaints Department confirm the planned outage has been resolved and organise a technician to investigate your NBN service but 4 hours later another Department calls you to advise your wifi functionality will be fixed by 5pm

    After reporting the unreasonableness of a 10 day outage to my wifi functionality to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, your Complaints Officer assigned has been as useful as a doorbell on a coffin ... fails to return calls and out of office so far @Telstra

    Just moved house, been unhappy with Telstra for a while so switched to @Aussie_BB because service supposed to be good! Need a @NBN_Australia tech to connect us, he says not very busy atm @Aussie_BB say it will take a week! #nocommunication #badservice

    @markjs1 @Aussie_BB @Aussie_BB are honest retailers and give the lowdown on your issues. @NBNCoLimited are lying ***** who blame everyone but themselves. It took an old @Telstra tech that #NBNCo had to bring in to sort our issue because they had no idea where we connected into the network.

    @Telstra I fail to see the humour in a now 28 hour old NBN outage that has meant I have spent the best part of 2.5 hours in the Telstra app chatting with 3 separate customer service reps asking the exact same questions and still no further along with answers

    And on the tenth day of a planned service outage to my wifi functionality, my internet service provider gave to me ... NOTHING ... wifi supposed to be re-enabled but STILL NO WIFI ... so very disappointed and underwhelmed with the disservice @Telstra

    @NBN_Australia I’ve been checking @Telstra ‘s NBN outage website for the past 10 days and each day it says no outage in my area despite Telstra assuring me of a planned outage between 21/2-5/3 which they failed to notify me about prior

    @Telstra It is simply not good enough and unreasonable for an internet service provider to fail to advise customers of a planned 2 week internet outage ... especially when that customer relies on that service to work from home, do University study and connect multiple devices

    So @Telstra even when there is CLEAR miscommunication between your various departments leading to incorrect expectations being set you STILL pass the buck ... DO NOT reach out to me - we’ve done this dance >3 times and you STILL pass the buck ... FIX IT

    @Telstra ALSO disappointing and underwhelming that my complaints officer fails to return your call of yesterday and just “happens” to be on a rest day today when they advise they work Monday-Friday ... no other Officer is available today to help me

    @Telstra How on earth do you suggest I resolve my problem when your app won’t run a diagnostic or tells me the NBN diagnostic failed and you are prohibiting telephone call contact due to COVID 19 ... how do I study or work??????????

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia Thankgod for a switched on technician ... my wifi issue was the result of my modem disabling the wifi functionality during a firmware upgrade and had you bothered to run a diagnostic @Telstra could have confirmed this 12 days ago - 👏 ineptitude #bravo

    @Telstra also unreasonable and NOT good enough to have had NO wifi functionality for 9 days ... I have multiple devices and streaming services that rely on wifi connectivity ... I have been unable to back up my devices for 9 days ... no-one is able to help me with my complaint

    After 10 days of a planned outage, you only NOW consider and investigate a potential modem issue ... something my complaint raised 7 days ago ... I think each & every employee of your service should have to go what I’ve been through and see how you feel at the end of it @Telstra

    @NBN_Australia Even though @Telstra confirmed at 11am yesterday the outage was resolved and a technician needed to be organised ... at 3pm yesterday I get a call from an entirely different department of Telstra saying my wifi service would resume at 5pm yesterday = bollocks

    @skaye My friend is on Telstra and going to the NBN. I want her to stay on Telstra due to the built in 4g backup, but this support is horrible.

    @Telstra Hi Amber. Thanks for the reply. The outage information is incorrect currently about who if affected. Given the dangerous flooding circumstances I’m trying to establish when this will be fixed, as Laura said early yesterday it would be a day, day and a half, which is now.

    @Gunsinaustralia @KKeneally I live on a corner block, & the Node is right outside on 1 side & around the other side is the (telstra) dome. So the existing copper only travels about 10m to my modem. Point being, I don't have to pay a higher rate to get a decent connection. Sucks to be further down the end.

    @Telstra Hi Telstra, still nothing. Intermittent rubbish but not a real signal. The waters have subsided in that area for the day before another big lot of rain tomorrow so unsure why it wasn’t fixed completely.
