The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Extremely poor form @Optus Great company to work for 6 months ago....seems Gladys has turned it to ****. Direct debit without my consent extremely poor form...guess I will take my $250 a month to @Telstra where I also get a dedicated consultant and not someone in India reading.

@AmberMaySchultz Brian Harradine. Look it up. The old bastard from Tasmania used it as a bargaining chip so Howard could get his Telstra plans thru. RU486 could only be granted with Fed Health Min approval - he never gave it. Happiest day of my life when he lost his seat.

@Telstra @Wonderwoman1967 Calls are what is important. Away from a house or business wifi where you need to make a call, 4G/5G is needed. Car accidents medical emergencies and the like don't happen in your loungeroom. Accept and own the problem. This outage is too long. Stop with the marketing spin.

I'm beginning to think 5G is one big fantasy. No matter where I go with @telstra, mobile internet seems to be somewhere between non-existent and painstakingly slow.

So yet again, there was no 5G coverage at Marvel Stadium. I arrived early when there was hardly anyone there, so no 5G when it was quiet or busy. What's the issue @Telstra? This has happened all year.

@Telstra @Wonderwoman1967 ...no mobile coverage can be a life or death issue. A week of no mobile service is inexcusable and negligent.
