The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra I was trying to buy a phone outright in EOFY sale for hours but it would not allow me to move past delivery address page. Sought support to no avail & now it's gone back to normal price I'm less inclined to purchase. Very long term customer is very unhappy 😥

@Optus is a nightmare and I wish I never signed up for a service with them. Even canceling is a massive pain. Making it impossible to pay bills, no support, and overdue fees in short time periods. Would rather overpay for @Telstra services because at least they work

Its been over 1 hour and the 'Expert' @telstra support widget has made me powercycle twice and done a port reset (hard reboot at thwir end) Nothing. The above takes 10mins. Max. Ive been online with this idiot for 1hr and 15mins.
