  • DamienCWalker Farmering Dad (@DamienCWalker) reported from Windermere, State of Tasmania

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Tell Mr Penn to stop taking customers for granted. When I drop this service I will have ditched Telstra from all of my internet/mobile services. Good luck.

  • davispg Paul (@davispg) reported

@Telstra Hi Laura, I tried phone, was directed to a link to the app. Tried the message in the Telstra app; which was disjointed and just tried to have the bot instead. So thought to try this channel next :) FWIW Seems I’m not the only one having billing issues atm. Thx for your reply 🙏

  • AndrewSidhom79 Andrew Sidhom (@AndrewSidhom79) reported

@Telstra now that you guys have screwed over AFL and NRL fans from taking away the free streaming service does that mean your sim plans will become cheaper 🤔🤔🤔 My guess is I highly doubt it. #moneygrab #theworst

  • WPRaskell WP Raskell (@WPRaskell) reported

@redhead27 @theage @Telstra Not happy with this change. I see Telstra is spinning the $5 a month for 12 months with access to 50 sports Thing is i don't want 50 sports i just want to be able to stream the AFL like I was free on my plan. They can spin it anyway they want but crap way to treat loyal customers

  • I_quacker_I Corey (@I_quacker_I) reported

@HSydneyHC @Foxtel I see Telstra is removing their free AFL and NRL streaming service and pushing everyone on discounted Kayo subscriptions. At least now I no reason to stay with Tel$tra.

  • rossco65 Rossco65 (@rossco65) reported

@NBN_Australia Done the line test, NBN & Telstra - told by both we have a poor line. Since November it cuts out completely when it rains. Called Telstra, they said Call NBN. Call NBN, recording says call ISP. I lodged a `damage to node' form. Nothing. Can't find way on website to lodge fault.

  • dexswans Damien E (@dexswans) reported

Are @Telstra @optus @vodafone doing anything to help people identify spam calls that come from numbers that are disconnected? (all the spam calls I've got in the past few weeks have been from Sydney numbers that are disconnected!, number spoofing is such a joke)

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@jessdotceee It's a plan to get Kayo subscribers. For Telstra customer's $15 per month. Clearly a long planned move. But yeah harsh if FTA is your only option

  • davispg Paul (@davispg) reported

@Telstra Hi kind folk, might be worth checking for an error logs with your App. Trying to resolve an issue using its messaging feature is suboptimal. What should be a simple “can you please ensure I can see my bills” is taking much longer than expected to resolve.

  • dtatt12 Harry (@dtatt12) reported

@krantikoganti @barefootbloke @Telstra Absolutely. The Indians who run their support are abysmal. Much rather pay extra to speak to an Australian.
