The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

@andy_penn I have never experienced worse service than with telstra. I have been through multiple departments just to sort a plan. This is ridiculous. I would genuinely hate to be in a position of needing real assistance. 46min with an operator and no help.

got a free fitbit with GPS from telstra. it's fine but they seem very sure that people have memoried all their dumb little different metric icons. what does 108 of 250 mean bro? i can see the little man, they all have the little man, that doesn't help

@phil_honey @Telstra The router drops out. Do a reset and it'll last a few hours and then drop out again. All the devices stay connected. The problem is, it was working up until they started playing with the exchange.
