The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra We will need the cost of our tech compensated and if according to Telstra records the service was disconnected prior then we need a refund for the bills paid almost $100 per month.. does anybody at Teltra know what is going on ?

@Telstra hello! Someone claiming to be from Telstra phoned me saying that my internet connection is reporting lots of errors, but when I asked him to advise me of the account details he hung up on me. His mobile showed up as 0417403204… thx!

@Peter_Fitz treat every phone call from your bank, Telstra, Microsoft, Amazon, and so on as a scam call; tell them to email you about the problem and you'll sort it out; they never do

been on hold with @Telstra for 1hr 15 because they still haven't fixed the overhead cable damage I reported on the 23rd of Dec Don't even know if they're there bc the line is silent, no hold music or anything

@Telstra No. I am cooking for the shearing team and have not been able to string enough time online in one block without dropping out to talk to the bot. The grandkids will be here next week so will probably change servers then. Awful service.
