The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Green. It's apparently not just just not working well at all. Plus when it does go to 4g backup it's nearly as slow and no way can I upload work in a few minutes. Make it 30 minutes for one photo upload.

@BetteMidler When Australia's "Telstra"(Biggest Telco)gave all the customer information to the Indians in an outsourcing agreement, the 1st thing the Indians did was onsell the database info to criminals. Now we're plagued by fraud & they target the elderly esp. with non-stop calls 24*7!

@GailCCallaghan @mariewalsh18 @PetieWilliambil ALDI is on a part of the 4G Telstra network it works well in populated areas but you get better coverage on a Telstra plan but pay twice as much. ALDI mobile is not much chop in country areas and no good if you happen to go overseas.

@Telstra 3 days of no service is enough. Impacted assumes intermittant service, not 3 days and 2 evenings of absolutely no service.

  • alistairp89 Alistair Pattinson (@alistairp89) reported

Hi @Telstra - we were just refused service while trying to purchase a new phone at 4:14pm because the store was closing soon. At 5pm. Is this how you treat prospective customers? Not sure if you're aware but some people work during the day and can't come earlier.

  • fareesh Fareesh Vijayarangam (@fareesh) reported

@Telstra @ZBasyouny This seems to be related to ipv6 - can you confirm if the Telstra 4G network typically returns an ipv6 address instead of ipv4 for a DNS query?

  • coffeeisbrill Some Internet Random (@coffeeisbrill) reported

Oi, @Telstra, you want to explain to me why it is that you have randomly reassigned my home phone number to a local business? The number is the same when I dial out from my landline, but I can't dial my own home when I'm out! FIX IT! We had that bloody number for years first!

  • Judanne Judanne (@Judanne) reported

@mariewalsh18 @PetieWilliambil I'm with Aldi $25 a month, it's on the Telstra network, and I love it! SO much better than Optus.

  • wattleiwear Lorraine Osborn (@wattleiwear) reported

@TelstraEnt It would be good if Telstra had a simple, easy to access customer service system. Time consuming, opaque & frustrating.

  • howdy7121 Bob (@howdy7121) reported

@Telstra If you want one bill for your mobile services, bad news thats beyond Telstras capability
