The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@VodafoneAU And this is the speed inside my house! Lol, Speedtest won’t even run because there’s no data network available from Vodafone. I’m seriously considering switching to Telstra today. Had enough of this. Will move my whole family over too!

@maffygirl @Telstra Better not have an emergency!

  • fanging_it Robyn Wilson (@fanging_it) reported

@Telstra trying really hard to get an email problem sorted with your technical team. Not great when they tell me I'm not telling them what the problem is, when I have literally told them what the problem is!

  • HullKiwi ExHullKiwi (@HullKiwi) reported

Lol at Telstra making out they chose to bring call centres back here because they care about customer service

  • Hubert3Kathleen Kathleen Hubert (@Hubert3Kathleen) reported

@chrismurphys @Telstra Seriously……how long has this been going on? I think you have been having trouble before the pandemic started. Am I correct???

  • SammyYousef syousef (@SammyYousef) reported

@Telstra Yes, thanks for responding and telling me there is nothing you can do. To be clear I want my subscription through Telstra CANCELLED. I will renew directly with Microsoft. If I haven't had a resolution by 24 March I'll be making a complaint to Fair Trading NSW. 3 weeks is enough.

  • justweb Rob Web (@justweb) reported

@Telstra You know what, user switchable for the 4g (not that it's much good anyway, but better than nothing) would be a good idea. TBH, rarely have NBN problems, but it would be good to have control over the 4g connections. Thx.

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@bjw68 @BenDooley8 @Telstra Hey Ben, just wanna say that speed is the speed between your mobile device and the router (effectively your wifi speed), NOT the actual speed of your internet service. You need to be looking at either “router - internet”…or “phone to internet” for your connection speed.

@Telstra Stop talking and get it done. Make sure someone is out to fix the problems. It not hard to make sure you follow the complaints in file. You have a computer . Or does your connection out to. Omg. See people 4 months now still not fixed. It a disgrace.
