The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@VodafoneAU I am counting down the days until I am no longer locked in as a Vodafone customer 🥂 Overpriced and barely any signal for almost 3 years now. Nobody can hear me from their end when I make calls in metro Melbourne! When I put my telstra sim in my brand new phone

@thesiswhisperer @Optus Belong (Telstra network) is a good company. They just doubled my monthly data for no particular reason and for no extra cost, and it rolls over each month. Plus they are carbon neutral under Climate Active! 🌳

@daveray99 @Telstra I never had to call Vodafone while travelling outside AU. Roaming just worked n my phone just transfers over to the local network seamlessly even before my plane lands or b4 my cruise ship docks. That’s for $5/day which is most of the time cheaper than buying a local sim card

@itsRyanUnicomb @Telstra @NBN_Australia Yeah. I love how Telstra staff treat you like a moron... I got tired of it. Moved to Aussie broadband. It's still Aussie NBN... Which is trash... But at least it's reliable. And I get the speeds I paid for.

@Telstra Yeah we tried getting help for over 1 year but that was all a fail as well. You bet there's something not quite right; that's why TIO is investigating. Just letting the good community know how poor your services can be.
