Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Upgrade on Adelaide Hospital, Footscray hospitals and NBN ( never liked it) all done during last 29 years. And don’t forget labour sold of remaining Telstra ownership on 2011!! Come at me

No idea when NBN/Telstra will restore the connection, it's been 3 days already so I assume it's very bad. Today is Sunday and tomorrow is another public holiday.

All you can do is download a few random receipts. Telstra Support claims, and I quote, “oh this is normal now…” I’m sorry to say Telstra but you’ve been infiltrated. Perhaps you should investigate the current and all past complaints and you’ll likely find some interesting information in the touch logs. 129472997 128259673 117509219

WTF have you done to us now (@melissajay77418) reported@BrowntownBrew @robb_j_m Some people paid for full fibre to afterward be told connection in that area is still to direct to node & were in a dead spot. Telstra occasionally do a few upgrades but it never really fixes anything. Its a big country, we don't all live in the city.

Steph McG (@oohaah_67) reported@Telstra now it’s a joke hey! Hamlyn Terrace and surrounding areas without 5G for the last couple of days. If you can’t fix or find the fault how about deploying mobile towers. Not everyone has NBN connectivity.
