  • DamienCWalker Farmering Dad (@DamienCWalker) reported from Windermere, State of Tasmania

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Valakay Dr Val Kay (@Valakay) reported

@AlboMP No - was told I had to get connected to NBN last year & after huge delays (TBF Telstra’s fault rather than NBN) finally got connected, but service is much worse than it used to be & dropouts frequent

  • 1TERRYPREST Terry Prest (@1TERRYPREST) reported

@10NewsFirst @ChloeBouras Only the DUMB would RELY on FACEBOOK as a FACTUAL NEWS SOURCE- Time for Australians to Grow Up & create its own Social Network- This could be done by TELSTRA

  • ciddyfent Ciddy Fent (@ciddyfent) reported

@DefectiveAirbag Imagine if, in objection to even just a telecom tax DISCUSSION, Telstra took down towers or your electricity network took everyone's electricity out for an unspecified amount of time to object to talk of a carbon tax.

  • WJ23A Will Jones (@WJ23A) reported

@AlboMP If you hadn’t lost the 1996 election to an unlikeable suburban lawyer, Telstra would never have been privatised and this would not have happened.

  • yarrabear Jason Ball (@yarrabear) reported

@Telstra Still not working, but I finally got a L2 tech to talk to me. Router and exchange don't want to talk to each other. New router being sent to me. Going to scrounge up temp router from somewhere in meantime.

  • kelliejustine Kellie (@kelliejustine) reported

@Telstra I keep asking for help. I can’t log into the Telstra iOS app. Now I can’t even change my email address on the website. It’s going to be a lot of fun when my email bills start going to an address I won’t have access to anymore.

  • JohnMeerabux John Meerabux (@JohnMeerabux) reported

@Telstra After four months of me begging Codi, you're complaint agent finally changes my mobile plan... Only he changed it to a different one from what I asked. Can you fix this? Do I lodge a complaint for a incorrect fix of a previous complaint? This is rediculous.

  • kenoath58 Ken Oath 🇦🇺 (@kenoath58) reported

@boyscoutash19 @BugejaLbugeja @AlboMP I know exactly what I'm talking about. They NEVER kept to targets. This is what they get for filling the joint up with Telstra flunkies. In a real job, they all would've been sacked. 10% leeway is standard in private industry, but the NBN was running at 10% of target from day 1.

  • psimpsonmorgan Peter Morgan (@psimpsonmorgan) reported

@SMSFCoach Personally don’t think it helps anyone by using words like “oscillation issues” when 95% of the population (me included) wouldn’t have a clue what they are talking about Liam. Also still out on Telstra there customer service is 3rd world & dumb.

  • MathKing14 Ashley King (@MathKing14) reported

@Fabiano_G7 @Telstra Similar issue for me last year. Telstra went to another part of the state and installed it at another address due to their mistake. #uselessidiots
