    Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @Telstra After hours on the phone. Wifi is still weak. Ask the techs who have to keep calling back due to drop outs. Only 70km from a capital city and have to stand outside for a signal. No 4G. And spruking 5G?

    @Telstra It’s a shame that the person she spoke to after waiting an hour didn’t get it sorted out. It wasn’t a complicated issue. Now it is.

    @Telstra your team needs to do better I just spent an hour & 10 minutes of my jobs time going back & forward with you're customer service only for them to realize I was right all along! I feel I should be compensated for that hour & 10,I got extra ol age wrinkles on my ***** now

    @Telstra My problem is that the text said the United Kingdom wasn’t a Day Pass country rather than Guernsey. Therefore I ignored the message because it contradicted the previous message and my subsequent experience. So when I was notified I’d been charged $100 for data roaming….

    @Telstra All good Rish, I now have an appointment, the form, the letter and will make a third visit to the store tomorrow. What can be done is to consider if this really is good customer service. All the best.

    Transferring a phone number from a business to a personal account with @Telstra is proving an experience in wild customer service. Telstra says it’s easy - fill in this form and head to a store.
