The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Can you tell us when we will get service back here in Lismore NSW, please, @Telstra ? The Southern Cross Uni evac centre is not coping, the uni students have no internet, and the TOWN has no service to access vital assistance to Gov services!

@MareeEdwards4 @Telstra They will say anything to get you off the phone, yes we will credit you etc, it never happens then you start over, or give up which is their intention, it’s clearly their policy.

@telstra that quality of support through your online chat system is outstandingly appalling. Mid-conversation, the agent goes missing for 20 minutes! This isn't a once off occurrence either

@Telstra We tried, Greg. Unfortunately, we were unable to draft at our selected time. There was no obvious reason the draft wouldn’t start. We had a full league and the commissioner calculated the correct time. Something similar happened last year. Obviously, no one cares to fix it.
