Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Will see how quickly this issue takes to resolve, and if I’m dissatisfied, I’ll consider moving to another provider. If it’s on the same network & cheaper, why not? We need to save where we can these days with everything going up.
