The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Thanks for the referral to iMessage Telstra chat. Thanks to the unnamed agent who said yes this problem exists with the back end team and we will email you when it's fixed. Then... asked if I deleted the app and reinstalled it.

@Telstra That link fails probably because my mobile service doesn't work that well despite my location. The issue is that the outage page is advising restoration COB tomorrow. No explanation as to why HFC failed and what's being done to provide an alternative.

@Telstra I am no longer interested in the NBN account I signed up for. The plan I was put on was a lot more expensive than my existing ADSL plan. This was NOT flagged in advance. Please cancel my NBN and leave me on my existing ADSL plan for the time being.

I have a Telstra prepaid mobile -which is renewed monthly by debiting a credit card. I want to cancel this payment method but it appears there is no way I can delete my credit card. Anyone else had this problem? 😟😞

@NBN_Australia @Telstra booked online for nbn via Telstra on 18th Dec, nbn technician can only come on 22nd Feb!I am 20 minutes from sydney CBD!I thought Telstra was pathetic service it seems @NBN_Australia takes the cake!
