The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra nothing wrong with our connection. Furthermore one of the technicians swapped us to an ADLS2+ port at the exchange, and we had no issues for the few weeks that we were on ADSL2+, however Telstra then reverted us to ADSL 1 again, where all the issues are happening again (2/4)

So @Telstra’s credit check, despite me having been a customer for close to 20 years, won’t let me put a new iPhone for over 12 months at $155 per month but will let me do 24 months at $103. Lunacy.

@Telstra Why? It’s clear as day what my issue is. I have been unable to access my internet settings within my account for two days because of this “error”. It’s 48 hours of bullshit from your site. You tell me what the issue is. Gimme a list of reasons.

@Telstra As can be seen in the video, I am experencing drop outs and abnormally high ping (+5000ms) which results in severe desync and rubberbanding which makes online games entirely unplayable as can be seen in the video. Same issues while in audio calls, high ping/drop outs etc.
