Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Everything was planned and well thought out. All the others had either ups issues or suffered from old gear or spaghetti cabling. I believe they're buried in OHS these days, too hard to access.
