The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra She’s made changes being as old as world war 2, so I figure you can make them just as well. Her NBN service is not connecting and the mobile 3G has been capped and she can’t watch Netflix or connect to the WiFi with any reliable speed.

@bigalcomedy @Telstra Telstra are honestly one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Might be time to try Optus I remember my nan had a home phone with them and they were good

@Telstra I was told someone would contact me today to organize a technician to come out. I have heard nothing. Customer service has been atrocious from the beginning. We need urgent help with this.

@galumay @AussieBroadband With Telstra on 50 plan. They effectively downgraded me when switched to NBN late last year - was getting 110mbps down on regular cable for the same price. Thinking of switching to Vodafone 100 plan because they’ll bundle it with the businesses mobile plans and is ~40% cheaper.

@Telstra the service at airport west is Disgusting . You need to fire them all and get better staff who are willing to help and not being rude.
