Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Optus threw my data away and wont give me any signal. When I have complained to them they give bullshit excuses. The only option is telstra and they are en more vile but can generate a signal.

Fortunately most places had WiFi. But that's not the point, I paid you @Telstra $5 a day for a service that only worked maybe half the time. So I'd also like a refund of half my roaming daily charges.

Is yelling at the void still a thing on Twitter? Anyway: @Telstra and @madebygoogle.. Let's talk about Roaming. One of you has stuffed it up so that I almost never get service in NZ on my Google Pixel 7 Pro. Is it the carrier settings or the lack of 5G support on the Tensor chip?
