The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

@talkingkoala I want trackers on Telstra executives as well, still no landline... now in 5th week of fault. Mobile reception is crap and can only get limited access to internet in the wee hours. 24/7 chat wont work... given the royal run around (Have tractor can destroy system for service🤬)

@Telstra It's 45 days and I've been in touch twice with issues. One issue improved for a bit, and then a few weeks later the phone failed. Is there no discretion? For a premium pixel 5 phone?
