The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra This is also messing up plans for regular users who need to top up their accounts. What if someone had an emergency? Why is a cellular company selling concert tickets and if they are why aren’t they using different website to sell it instead of causing inconvenience to other user
