The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

1/2 Dear @Telstra I recently signed up with you after the Optus fiasco. I have been trying to pay your monthly bills but a glitch means I can’t connect my account number to my Telstra id. Online support for this, done through the Telstra app, needs my Telstra id & acc number

@regan1x Telstra has a larger network coverage, higher plan prices, and a long history in the Australian market, while Vodafone has lower plan prices and is improving its customer service. Ultimately, the choice between the two will depend on personal needs and preferences.

@Telstra I asked the service person at the store to do for me but she said I would have to pay. Now I have to drive home and try and do that. My wife will try and get through. We both work from home remotely and I’m currently fuming that we won’t be earning money next week. #staycalm

@SpinTelAU every night peak family viewing our internet drops out without fail everyday. We have had an engineer out who has checked all connections which are fine. Didn’t have this with Telstra- please fix it or we are leaving
