The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

I cannot see the pictures only read. Spotify has mind of its own. Not been able to stream 4 11days. As Telstra priority customer they r meant to have phone line fixed within 24hrs. At least I can read books and tweet. Hehe lucky followers. The whole 100. Am I a influencer yet?

@Telstra My internet is now restored after a marathon session last night with three different technicians. I was SMS'd by Telstra over this issue and I mentioned it's been restored and they're like "Oh, that's fine then" and don't care it's taken a week to fix

@Telstra Telstra. I've been trying to elicit a response from Telstra for weeks now. I have followed all instructions, to no avail. I have a serious complaint & am looking at cancelling my service altogether. I don't even have a reference number as I have never been able to get that far.

@Telstra my work productivity goes down when I have to rely on an internet connection. And that, is purely a Telstra problem. I truly hope all the management are sacked and sent to jail for incompetence.

@Telstra for around $200, As I have been paying the full amount since then, I consider that option met. If someone chooses to email or call, I can tell you more about my complaint if you wish. Can you please get in touch & let me know if this has been actioned.
