    Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @CapitalLutra @Telstra @andy_penn "do something at your end and we'll help". Do my bit... And no help forthcoming. And I pay thousands and thousands of dollars a year. Probably worth thirty grand plus in income to the company

    @ACurrentAffair9 The #arseholes at @Telstra stop sending paper invoices to eldery Australians and then sending invoices to a made up email address on their part without approvel from the eldery customer, in the meantime not receiving a bill months on end.. #disgracefulasalways

    @Asher_Wolf Are you aware of @Telstra latest policy if you change your plan that they want you to do a credit check, even though you are a long term customer? They dangle paying less money for plans to collect data for foreign credit check organizations. As yet, not enough uproar about this
