The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Hi Lauren, Yes, it was sorted out when I rang yesterday. In all the commotion of trying to fix things after the initial outage, one of the cables here at home was in the wrong port. Apologies. It's all working now. Thanks for your help. Emma.

@Telstra The wireless nbn is not working, says it can’t get mobile coverage. Phones are also only 1 bar and extremely slow. Takes 5 minutes to load Twitter / everything.

So @Telstra who is apparently owned by a company called SIEBEL now have changed the mobile plan I was on for the 4th time. Every time it has cost me **** loads of money. @Telstra have turned into a criminal enterprise. Fu*k you @Telstra I've been a loyal customer for over 40 yrs.
