The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra service outages in Shepparton VIC 3630. Numourus businesses are having issues with internet, yet no reported outage on Telstra outages! And Telstra online chat has taken over an hour and still has not given a definitive answer to an outage or not.

@Telstra Jo, it’s been over 60 hours since it was activated. I have spoken with the live chat team three separate times and they continually do not solve the problem and try the same thing that the previous agent tried. Can you help or do I need to escalate my case to upper management?

@MisterSalesman used to have a land line...then a land line and a cell phone and then now land line is gone and just have cell phone and never looked back...and landline was monopolised by Telstra and they knew it.

@Telstra Hi, could someone please provide an update of when the current Internet outage in Kenmore 4069 might be fixed? It has been saying 6pm since 9am this morning - It wasn’t a planned outage so this seems a little crazy.

Telstra the absolute worst ******* service. Two hours just trying to get through on the phone. A multi billion dollar business. Who ******** is working there???
