    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @Telstra @GoBeaded There is definitely an issue @Telstra I was at the mall yesterday; no reception - data or voice. My wife works directly opposite the mall and she had the same issue. I was just back at the mall today an hour ago, and same issue.

    @Ginger_Dalek My FTTP cost me nothing. Just lucky I was in an area that was being done before out Tories managed to totally **** it up. They went FTTN with old copper cables left in place to the property. I guess that Telstra won't be pulling them up to sell just yet.

    @Telstra Still problems with signal in brookvale and Allambie heights and still not acknowledgement of an outage on your website. Half the businesses at Warringah Mall couldn’t take eftpos payments yesterday.

    @Telstra the bigpond outage issue continues. Almost a month of pain for the small business owners who depend on this for dealing with customers, Suppliers, service providers and accessing various web portal based services!! Why is it so difficult to fix this minor server issue??

    @Telstra @SydFootball123 And your recommendation of using other apps doesn’t work either. It’s no longer an “inconvenience”- it’s negligent, and disgraceful service (i.e. lack of) you expect payment for.

    @Hackwithliam The Missing Phones I am interested in . My Samsung went missing six maths after buying it ,I still had to payout the Two-year contract , They- Telstra ,who sold it to me on a 'plan', Never helped to recover my phone ,Go figure . It's still out there somewhere
