The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra i checked the outage website and it says there are none but still having issues not being able to use data or make/receive calls in Kew 3101. Not just me as well

@FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you're really only in and around Melboune it shouldn't be an issue, if you travel regionally Telstra is still well ahead I think.

@Telstra We have had the worst experience calling Telstra over these past 2 weeks. Everytime get a different story and a different number to call. Our aerial lead-in cable is physically discontinued, but no-one will send a technician. instead we're asked to check the lights on the nbn box

@FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you deliver regionally I would go for Telstra to be safer. Costs a little more but I think by far the best network. i'd struggle without it too even locally where I am in regional Vic. Telstra drops out far less than others on the 3-4 hour drive between

@Telstra Well, I attempted a 2nd time for another problem but gave up quickly. I bought $30 SIM online from Telstra, which said 30days extra free, but it was never added to my pre-paid. I got the feeling they hope you will give up quickly, and I did.

Hey @telstra seems your NBN service has **** the bed in Sydney. Our box is on the blink and the wireless backup is no better than a 14.4 modem.
