The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

It’s like anyone I talk to can’t or won’t help. I have no doubt @Telstra will respond to this “oh no we’re so sorry you had a bad experience contact us to get help” but like ?? They don’t help. Just for me to get passed around again, like put me through to someone

@neutralee2020 Hahaha! It’s so bloody annoying! I had an automated message the other day telling me that Telstra were going to cut off my internet and I should press 1 for more options. I don’t have Telstra internet haha! Can’t believe there are some people who fall for this **** honestly..

@LesStonehouse The reason they are making payphone calls free is they want to put more of them out there- they are more an electronic advertising billboard now than a communication service. Telstra make far more money from selling the ad space than they would charging for calls.

@Telstra Ridiculous to think you have the answer when two technicians have failed & told me to now buy a smart antenna to get the wi-fi device to work better and say you don't guarantee a service, after I signed up. Why are you signing people up to Telstra if you can't provide service?

@auspostentgov @Telstra WORST DELIVERY SERVICE! Postie again didn’t even come near the house and said “attempted delivery but no one at home”. I was at home ALL THE TIME!!! This is so deceitful!YOU ARE PUTTING PEOPLE’S HEALTH AT RISK BY COMING TO POST OFFICE! I won’t stop until you fix it!

@pixelsmixel Telstra broke the landline configuration when the line was churned from Optus (pre-NBN). It won't receive incoming calls anymore. Not even mad. I should probably call them up to ask them to fix it and refund the line rental.. hmm..
