The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra have lost all sense of reality? I have had a business account for near on 20 years. Every cpl of yrs we upgrade. Your new rules cost me 2 hours of time filling in applications + I have to wait for a credit check I AM A RETURNING CUSTOMER THAT HAS NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT!

@paulwiggins @Telstra I had a previous complaint which was escalated. They offered a discount in recognition of prev issues. They then closed complaint, stated I said that I do not accept the discount & that nothing would satisfy me (I readily agreed to the discount). I cannot contact anyone about it.

@KrysisAU @Mattox_81 @AussieBlacBeard I'd say they will iron that out soon with Tesla's phones planned to run off starlink network. But I'll still take praying to sky gods than picking up the phone to telstra any day of the week.

@Telstra My boss has had his business number for over 30years and it had been disconnected because of some internet change, we specifically asked not to disconnected our main number. But it now doesn't work. We are losing business because of this, your help would be appreciated
