The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@pdeaudney I have FTTP, and my Telstra box is on my neighbours footpath and I trim around it for them because it makes the footpath looks# so damn clean when it’s well trimmed.

@Telstra it's sooo simple. When you have to delay a job, and you send someone a message to notify them about it, include this information: "we are delaying this job", "this is the date it will be done", "this is the reason why". Your message just said, "there is a problem".

@RonniSalt @Telstra I rang Telstra five times to get my new phone/NBN service. Each time, after about 8 minutes, the call was ended by Telstra because there was no one available in their overseas call centres. Only got through to them by going to the local Telstra Shop.

@RonniSalt @Telstra Yes I agree I have given up on Telstra customer service How the CEO gets to be paid performance bonuses is a striking example of executive pay not remotely tied to realistic customer experience. A previous good company sinking into a pathetic marketing and service reputation.
