Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@riffwithbiff Also, I was told by Spotify that it was an iPhone issue not a Telstra issue. I deleted and re-downloaded the app but now it doesn’t let me log in at all either.

@Telstra Signed up for 5G home, it worked for 10 minutes then stopped, then been troubleshooting with support for weeks, finally on Fri they said it is no longer available in Bondi, so seems a bit odd, are you able to investigate and assist please?

@Telstra Are you kidding me? Telstra have still been sending sms about the outage. This is appaling service. Internet is as important as other utilities these days.
