The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@catedempsey @Mrs_Slocombe_ Telco Act 1997 Cth has provision for law enforcement to request denial of service as reasonable assistance. Telstra/Optus then just shut down selected towers. Streamers will simply go home and upload presumably.

@Telstra This is a joke. Its been almost 3 weeks this has been happening! 3 weeks! I live in the suburbs not Siberia, why is it so hard to get this fixed? And where's my compensation for the multiple days I've wasted on the app and phone doing the same troubleshooting for nothing to help?
