The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

I know its scary to have to contact a disgruntled customer however its not all photo opps and jeans and sneakers in small business mate. @Telstra 9 different people have tried to 'help' so far, promised it will be fixed, to no avail. It seems that no one in there knows how to swap $ over to another account. Supposedly a 'manager' of sorts was going to call. That was midday Friday.

In Waratah, and I have full service with @optus and Kayla is on 3G with no connectivity with @telstra. This NEVER happens in Tasmania! 😱

@andy_penn @PressClubAust Hi Andrew Ive just had a reply to my tweets from Telstra. obviously you dont reply to your own twitter feed and have someone reply with a section from the play book. the service wasnt interrupted, it was illegally disconnected . Again Illegally disconnected. read the tweet
