The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Wow. I left @telstra due to poor customer service. I chatted with support to get the remaining credit: "sure!" I thought "wow, that was great support, just a bit late" Only to realise 3 months later it was a complete fabrication. Credit is still sitting there. Sorted.. but gosh.

@MPX_Trader @Telstra We had same issues. I think what fixed it for us is having the NBN box connect directly to a power point on the wall and not through power board. Is your computer an all in one?

@Telstra No matter how much maintenance you do to the rewards store mine remains forever broken as it has been for months and months. I have a heap built up now because I can’t use them. Does a case even really do anything to fix it?

Tried out a new response for the "I'm from Telstra, we're calling because of a problem with your internet" scammers. When I asked "But if you're from Telstra, shouldn't you have put me on hold for 4 hours", he hung up.

Every time I try to get help, you're simply directed to a complaint line where your complaint is black-holed. Every time you get further, they look at a map and say "there's no black spot there, you're mistaken, maybe order a new SIM card". Telstra's service is utterly pathetic.

@Telstra Looking to talk to someone with some authority that can actually listen to my issue and provide real help as opposed to telling me to turn my mobile off an on, leave my mobile data off or upgrade my plan to a bigger plan.

The website still directs you to the Telstra Building and I had to be told by someone on the 5th floor to go to the RHH reception. Anyway, if you know anyone who uses the service, please pass on the information. :)

Come-on @Telstra , you are a multimillion company ! You change the customers plans just by sending an email, then charge to an entirely different plan. No consent and even the new plan never match with old. This is bizarre, unfair and unethical. Be careful @telstracustomers !!!
