The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra The Pixel 7 Pro, with the pixel stand and whatnot. When I tried to get that today, the website shut me down because I'm not a Telstra customer, but the addons are fantastic and would have bought it from you if I had the chance.

@TheDiscoSteve @igorsushko Its false claim if youre in your hatred bubble and refuse to accept reality and force yourself to come up with reasons to hate. Oh btw. Just set up my Starlink. Before I had Telstra mobile max 8 mbps down, now I got almost 200 mbps download speed. Thanks SpaceX!

Dear "Companies who ship expensive items" (spec: @Telstra here), requiring a signature is *LESS SECURE* than allowing something to be delivered to an @auspost Parcel Locker, when people can't be home and a random person in the complex can sign for it... Fix your process.

@Telstra does your support usually shut the phone in people's face when they ask to block a non-telstra device by IMEI? quoting ur website "if you’re using a non-Telstra device or isn’t included with your current plan, you’ll need to supply your IMEI number and proof of purchase"

So you find your business mobile number is being spoofed so you call @Telstra "help" and speak to someone who, while trying their best, struggle with the English language and can't. So you try to use their mobile app - MyTelstra - which you find is unusable garbage. Poxy company.
