The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@auspostentgov @Telstra WORST DELIVERY SERVICE! Postie again didn’t even come near the house and said “attempted delivery but no one at home”. I was at home ALL THE TIME!!! This is so deceitful!YOU ARE PUTTING PEOPLE’S HEALTH AT RISK BY COMING TO POST OFFICE! I won’t stop until you fix it!

@DanielOCnr the main issue unfortunately is Wi-Fi calling - very few providers actually offer the protocol :( So far as I can tell: Telstra, Optus, Boost.

Am I crying over @Telstra cancelling my contract after I was late on a payment? Yes. 🥴 how is this even allowed? I didn’t consent, I didn’t want to cancel my plan.

@LesStonehouse The reason they are making payphone calls free is they want to put more of them out there- they are more an electronic advertising billboard now than a communication service. Telstra make far more money from selling the ad space than they would charging for calls.

@Telstra could you please provide a link to the doc that states Telstra does not guarantee service or connection to networks from indoors. 2 technicians have told me this in 3 days as the resolution to service issues. Customer Care online don't reply. I want to see it in writing

@pixelsmixel Telstra broke the landline configuration when the line was churned from Optus (pre-NBN). It won't receive incoming calls anymore. Not even mad. I should probably call them up to ask them to fix it and refund the line rental.. hmm..
