The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Maria my @Telstra Complaints Rep, called me three weeks ago to tell me she couldn't get through to the Velocity team as the queue was too long, and she kept getting hung up on. I suggested she make a complaint. She's not called back since.

@slpng_giants_oz Telstra try to push you to their mobile app. I had a mobile data issue, no access to wifi, and the automated phone system sends you an sms with a link to a bot/chat, that needs data 🙄. It's almost as if they dont want to talk to us after selling us their "premium" service 😑

@Traderknow1 @saysgrumpysuzie @LDTFerguson Except we've seen the exact opposite, Aus grid spending months to reconnect towns that have suffered natural disasters and even then needed support by the ADF to do so or VLine and don't even get me started on Telstra

@Traderknow1 @saysgrumpysuzie @LDTFerguson Medicare and Centrelink are state-owned you realise the same with a lot of the utilities but they've been sold off like Telstra, VLine and Aus grid which are all terrible now

We've had no workable #Telstra mobile or internet service since Feb. Worse that before that our Telstra service was brilliant. Now our little post office has closed for a week due to Covid so no snail mail, parcels or banking services either. This is 21st century #rural living!
