The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@JonnoSimpson I need to look into this, but as an existing Telstra and Kayo customer (currently separately) I would assume there’s a win somewhere in this.

@JETZO_10 @sophierachie I used to be as Telstra customer up until about May last year, but yet even after I switched to Optus my Live Pass still worked?? 🤔

My main issue with Kayo is that it’s so expensive. I used to get the footy and rusty for free through Telstra. ESPN only cost $5 through fetch. So the only things I was missing was some extra cricket games which I didn’t care about at all.

@Telstra Have you checked the instructions recently. I don’t get the option to add another service.

@Telstra now that you guys have screwed over AFL and NRL fans from taking away the free streaming service does that mean your sim plans will become cheaper 🤔🤔🤔 My guess is I highly doubt it. #moneygrab #theworst

@redhead27 @theage @Telstra Not happy with this change. I see Telstra is spinning the $5 a month for 12 months with access to 50 sports Thing is i don't want 50 sports i just want to be able to stream the AFL like I was free on my plan. They can spin it anyway they want but crap way to treat loyal customers

@krantikoganti @barefootbloke @Telstra Absolutely. The Indians who run their support are abysmal. Much rather pay extra to speak to an Australian.
