The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

@Telstra One of the average 5 per month it seems. I get more texts from Telstra, informing me of outages, than I do from family & friends these days. A premium price for a lemon service. Time now, like many others, to pull the plug on this rubbish

In one last addition to the retake model is telstra nighthawk mobile network dangles after you have each previous retake trenchline hipbone. In place servicing 3g 4g 5g

@Telstra we've just bought a house that has a current Telstra service, and we're having problems signing up because of the existing service at our new address. Is it possible to set an account up ahead of time, or do we have to wait on the ex-owners disconnecting?

Another scam going around. Somebody calls claiming to be from Telstra to alert you that your IP address has been changed from private to public. They try to get you to download an app to 'fix' it. Don't fall for it, any doubts call your ISP.

Disappointed to hear my friend having rubbish treatment from @Telstra - getting really slow 4g since moving (from a Telstra affiliate which got much faster speeds), and completely insufficient effort at their end to fix the issue
