  The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

  @Telstra cant connect to internet service after yesterdays scheduled maintenance 24 hours later, outages not reported in area too.

  @samanthamaiden @GladysB @newscomauHQ I've been saying for ages that they have just shifted the problem around to look like they were doing something buy not addressing the problem. Kind of like Telstra restructures.

  @Telstra There is no point, our service in Baulkham hills goes down continually, I don’t have another hour to waste on your chat line. Unreliable service for a high price. Look at all the previous messages and you will see how often it goes down, ridiculous.

  @benedict303 @Optus @memonz05 yea also Telstra, TPG, not working, Optus, and youtube is working, I think the company/websites with competitors are not assessable ATM, everything works if I use VPN
