The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Crazy idea... Can somebody at Telstra IT not simply log in as me and try to visit the reward store to replicate the problem... rather than a regular customer try to explain a complex technical issue?

Good to see @telstra running a nice little scam. You can get $50 off a month for 12 months off their XL data bundle but due to “technical” issue you may be charged full price for the first 2 months. If it happens in month 3, they’ll look into it. You won’t be credited for first 2

@Telstra It tries to get email and it cones up with Account Error.. i tried ringing 13220 or whatever the number was and it wasn’t receiving any calls. Thats why thought you were having major problems. It is very similar to what happened when you changed servers. Very frustrating, Matt

@Telstra I am so close to just cancelling my services because despite explaining REPEATEDLY that there is something wrong on your end that’s preventing me from paying bills or accessing my account, nothing has been done to fix it. I shouldn’t get 404’d trying to pay my bill.

@Telstra Apparently Telstra does. Constant cable dropouts for over a week, and today support tech advised Telstra server is down and they can’t do anything to help customers.
