The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra it's a known issue. Neighbour was advised 6pm today. It's a repeated issue, though. Consistently poor performance and failures.

@Telstra Just letting you know, it's finally fixed. Though you should not use oversea base for customer service....repeating same explanation to quite a few people for a one simple problem to fix.

@Telstra U asked for report. After a month of Upgrade work, 4G Reception in Bowral now down to 1 or 2bars at best, when it was 2 occasionally 3 bars. So after all the upgrades for 5G, it turns out, 4G is worse. -. You did not tell us that this was 5G work. And 4G is worse! Wow!
