The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

@Telstra Really pathetic service from Telstra. I enrolled for NBN during peomotional period where i was promised 50000 points which were never credited and upon raising a complaint , customer Rep talked rudely and said we can not honour the points.

@9NewsMelb @DougalBeatty Unfortunately, that hasn't improved customer service even a bit. For resolving simple technical issues, the interaction with Telstra customer support still gets horrendous. They are just lazy so ward off customer requests at any costs

Rubbish Telstra 5G in North Parramatta still garbage at premium price. 2 bars of 5G but No Data - SHAME ON YOU TELSTRA AND YOU KNOW THIS BUT DO NOT FIX IT!

@Telstra The issue isn't when I'm calling you. The issue is when you call me unprompted and demand I prove my identity. I'm not sure normalising my reading out one-time codes to anyone who rings me and claims to be Telstra is a good idea?

@Telstra Yep twice. Was promised a tech to arrive & fix between 8&12 today. Never saw or heard anyone. Found out “tech was canceled” but never bothered to inform their customer!
