The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

In 4 weeks my Telstra NBN went from most reliable service to 22 outages per day. 3 different call centres acknowledged “no issues, see issues, your line is bad”. @Telstra how can I help you to help me? I really don’t want to cancel contract or ask for refund.

  • ProwoodStuff ProwoodStuff (@ProwoodStuff) reported

Due to Internet issues (**** you Telstra), I'm doing the Stream at 10 or 11pm so then there'll be less internet traffic. Not a large issue, but it's still an issue at that.

  • darcytudball Darcy Tudball (@darcytudball) reported

@corymedia @Telstra Yep just some bullshit from them. I have no problem with being charged a fee for being later with me bill (which I never am), but I do have a problem with them telling me there's only one way for me to pay my bill - and that's them take the money from my account. I'm done.

  • liz1886 Lizzie (@liz1886) reported

@Telstra Another Sunday and Telstra is messing with coverage in Canberra but not owning outages on customers -just the upload speed 6mbps whilst download is 87mbps. They know we can’t get through to anyone.Who else is having issues with phone calls? How many vulnerable people compromised

  • 11fiftynine On A Roll (@11fiftynine) reported

@Telstra How long does it normally take to go from iiNet to a Telstra mobile service?

  • cold_shuga Katrina L. Hill (@cold_shuga) reported

@Telstra Without asking them what they want. How many billions did you make last year? If you don’t understand why some women need this security (and shouldn’t have to prove domestic violence to you) then you are part of the problem.

  • IDR93413102 IDR (@IDR93413102) reported

@margaretthrosby Go Aussie Broad Band .. I will never go back to Telstra and Foxtel is banned here

  • adeishs ade ishs (@adeishs) reported

@Telstra I didn’t try, and you guys seem to have fixed the problem. 👍

  • cold_shuga Katrina L. Hill (@cold_shuga) reported

The solution is to open a new bank account just to pay phone bills. The @JBHiFi guy says this is a soft launch - so they have told no one about it before making it compulsory March 9. #auspol #telstra

Can senate estimates find out if the person who developed the appalling @Telstra support app got a bonus? There’s a special circle of hell waiting for them #auspoI
