The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Internet connection is OK. Webmail times out regularly during 'peak' times. It is a recent problem for about the past week. It occurred suddenly and I don't think that the problem is at my end.

@Telstra Happy to post it publicly. 17/11/2022. Telstra commit to a solution within 2-4 business days. No contact since then. When I've made contact, they can reach the appropriate person. What changes have you made to your system lately @Telstra to make it like this?

@abcnews I live in rural Vic. I use Telstra for phone and TPG for internet. I have crap phone reception and approx 15mb dl speed via TPG fixed wireless - if it’s not a little windy or raining. Both services were down for days in the recent floods. Both providers are useless.

To be honest, it’s also a privacy issue and data quality issue. My mothers records with Telstra are currently being sent to someone else’s address. Great for her privacy and her protection isn’t it @Telstra @ClareONeilMP
