    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

    @Telstra I prefer to publicly show my displeasure, Angie. And if you are not a bot, know that I too work in customer service, and my frustration is that the last time my pay went up it was by $0.32 a week.

    @Telstra Nothing online. Just had another drop out between posting & your reply. We all have the same problem. Trying to find out if anyone has managed to report it?

    @Telstra The only option is changing provider to a poorer service or going down to a slower plan. Unless you can convince corporate to not go ahead in a time when monies are tough for many. There's little in the account you can look in to.

    @Telstra How many weeks is reasonable to wait for a call that was supposed to happen within 3-5 days? Escalated to case manager who still hasn’t found a fault or called? How often do I ring to chase up your terrible customer service?

    @Telstra I'm a technician so I appreciate how hard work like this can be. My problem is the complete lack of communication. Even Telstra's outage page has NO INFORMATION other than there is an outage. Please be more transparent. We can't work this.

    @suhas_sm @Telstra I have never used all the data as i am constantly in a wifi zone. And thats i think why we dont have unlimited data requirements on phones. Even though vodafone does have it. People have constant wifi connections that are unlimited.
