The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

It is not yet known if customer data was affected by invoicing by some companies that use this service. Telstra customers data is not affected.

Must commend @Telstra for their outstanding service. Lost our phone line and internet connections yesterday morning and less then 24 hours later all is fixed. Shoutout to Tin and Hansel for their help.

@Telstra hey thanks for telling me to recharge, taking my money and then disconnecting my number all within an hour..also thanks for having zero support options to get it back up and running asap. Thanks for causing heaps of mental stress on top of everything that's going on.

From my @Telstra ‘For this upload speed issue I can book a technician for you but what they will do is they will check your line remotely and they will place a note that service is working hence cancelling the appointment and again from the beginning we need to start’ 🤨

@Telstra 2/2 Coles trying to get everyone to sign in on paper sharing pen etc. My phone shows only SOS. While always patchy in the centre it’s never been completely off like this. Been like it for a week now. Any update on when this will be fixed?

@athena_pinecone Like Telstra's phone plans are dog ****, but their home internet plans are surprisingly decent XD I think I only pay like $10 more than my old friend who's on TPG :P
