The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Why are simple faults taking days to fix? Why does it take hours, which quickly turn into days just to get through to someone on the phone? Why is there a Telstra message saying long delays are due to COVID, when the same number of operators are working from home?

@domknight I recall when digital took over from analogue. Telstra have me a digital phone because I was a high end User. The system was so rubbish that Client's couldn't contact me & Vica versa for a good 3 months. I lost business but then got 6 months free service age a "Gold" number.
