The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra I am one of your customers, can you explain why I am still able to call these #scammers on the inbound number that I reported to you a week ago? Are you not able to black list numbers on your network to prevent your customers from calling them?

@AlexBallhausen @TonyHWindsor NBN for rural & regional areas were complete screwed over by the LNP, thank your electorate if it’s a national voter. If you had reliable broadband you could have used any instead messaging service which is way more reliable than Telstra.

@Rich_Willliams @ParamountPlusAU I’m having this issue as well with the same episode and can’t turn the audio description off. I’m streaming it from a Telstra TV box which doesn’t have audio description settings. Is there any way to turn it off?

@8DavezAWeekes @deniseshrivell Would be almost impossible to unwind so for aged & childcare I'd put a cap on profits to keep it sustainable (& make it highly regulated). I'd invest massively as a Govt in renewables & then shut down fossil power. Telco - Govt buys 75% Telstra. It's cheap

@AaronDodd @Telstra No, they win hands down, no contest. “Can you help me with this billing issue, please?” “No.” “That’s a different department.” “But you all work for Telstra, don’t you. You’re employed by the same company.” “(Blank look) And…?”

@skippy092 @Telstra It’s 5g, hard to flood out the mobile signals. It replaces a FTTN service which does have flood/water issues.
