The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Hi Telstra, could you please tell me why my cellular data not working outside, especially using foreign applications. That’s not individual issue, there are a lot of similar cases reported by Chinese customers in social media from 2 days ago. Located in South Yarra, VIC.

@Telstra Dont think telstra is taking it seriously. Last I was told that resolution will be done by Friday. If there is no resolution why there is no response suggesting why service can not be resumed. I have not seen this level of lack of accountability any other telco

@joshgnosis Who'd have thought. As a former cable jointer for Telstra I could have told you everything from the pillar to the house was **** in the 90's. The fault guys were working 7 days a week.

If you’re a Telstra customer in Adelaide, I would strongly suggest not using their default DNS servers. I made a change to two of my domains yesterday. Most of the world knew about it in an hour or two.
