The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

@Telstra support is beyond hopeless. If I billed the amount of time I have wasted solving a problem, they would owe me at least a year of service and a fancy new handset. Building a great network is not enough - you need great custimer service to back it up. Do better.

Mysterious but streaming services imposed secret charges on us without our permission which are costing me about $100 a month. Adobe developed software called Akamai to help with file sharing. I can’t block nor can Optus or Telstra. This is outrageous shifting of costs onto us

@cazjade @Telstra If @telstra spent a fraction on customer support from what they do on marketing/advertising, (eg: supporting customers over acquiring new ones) current customers would get the service they deserve. It's a flustercluck inside a shartshow. Keep on plugging, tenacity often wins.

@FeathersMcGee @Telstra Nope. This is @Telstra chat. I have an issue with the data they say I'm using and have tried to follow up to see if they've discussed it with NBN Co, which was the issue last time this happened. The help is woeful - you talk to multiple people without realising it.

It’s mean tweet time again. 5 weeks later and I still cannot get effing voicemail turned off mobile phone (not in my possession) by @Telstra. It is a useless and cruel service for my Mum. Get in touch with me and for heavens sake just TURN IT OFF!

@Telstra my phone line and internet have been down for 4 days now. Have tried multiple times to get this resolved via technical support to no avail. The support staff literally say they are running test and will be in touch and then nothing.
