Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Made 5 calls in 2 days to speak with a complaints case manager or supervisor b/c my case manager decided to close my case before she went on holiday. Last call is still on holding for 1h40m. Pretty sure they’ve gone home.. 🤬🤬

Andrew Colley (@AndrewColley) reported@MatthewBevan Are you being asked for your password repeatedly? Or are your devices simply not being allocated an internet facing IP via the router? I have the latter problem with Telstra kit. If the former then I'd suspect a de-auth attack aimed at mobiles because it's less obvious.
