The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@telstra your customer service is horrible! I need to speak to someone about a credit refund and your call centers hang up consistently before before I can speak to someone. How do I get through!

  • JedWatson Jed Watson (@JedWatson) reported

Lately I'm getting at least one call per day from a robot telling me there's something up with my account with (Telstra, Amazon, etc) and offering to "fix" the problem. Not sure if I'm more annoyed at the attempted fraud or that they keep interrupting my day to try it on 😡

  • petermclarty 💧 Data Dot WFH 🏠 Sometime Sewer Rat - Jingeri (@petermclarty) reported

@Asher_Wolf I do know Telstra has done a lot of work. It's a network risk. Not sure what of this is in that work

  • KingCalmette Calmette Lahoud (@KingCalmette) reported

@Telstra is the worst company ever they don't communicate with customers all they want is money 🤑🤑🤑🤑 yet they don't answer and you can't organise anything uncontactable and very very annoying and time consuming with no ******* results.

  • GeckoIce IceGecko (@GeckoIce) reported

@Telstra Who cares ? Fun fact, telstra have been trying to scam over $600 from me by claiming I never cancelled an account I actually did. This is nothing short of extortion. Avoid the big telcos. Amaysim and iPrimus have served me well.

  • TheOtherDibbler TheOtherDibbler (@TheOtherDibbler) reported

@Tygati The modem is designed to switch to the mobile network if the regular network is disrupted, but mine never switches back again for some reason. After 2 days on the mobile network Telstra cuts the connection speed to force users to switch back, but it never works when I try it.

  • becsmedley Rebecca Smedley (@becsmedley) reported

@Telstra I’m talking in circles with the chat person about not receiving notifications for new voicemails and they’re trying to tell me it’s a setting on my phone. My phone settings haven’t changed since I switched from Optus and I never had problems receiving their notifications

  • Lady_Alenko ThatGamerMum🇦🇺 (@Lady_Alenko) reported

Making this poor Telstra guy work. My apple ID hasn't been updated or backed up in over 6 years. Sorry guy!

  • skybluedavidb David (@skybluedavidb) reported

We’ve gone backwards with internet infrastructure in Oz. I used to have a reliable and consistent @Telstra cable broadband. Now we have to live with regular @NBN_Australia scheduled updates and outages. A lot of us work from home and cannot afford to have such a degraded service

  • JenniferWoods6 Jennifer Woods (@JenniferWoods6) reported

@Telstra I am at absolute breaking point with the lack of service and understanding of the situation. Complaint number 07851683. #frustrated
