    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @Telstra Good afternoon @Telstra @andy_penn . Just wondering how long should I wait for a call back regarding a service (or lack thereof) complaint. The complaint was made 8 days ago and I’ve had several of your consultants tell me it will be ASAP. Are there that many complaints to sort?

    Hey @Telstra why are we forced to use the MyTelstra app for support when staff have been instructed not to act on requests for support? The complaint I made on 18 May was never acted on despite daily contacts via the app. Even after I had a case number - no action was initiated.

    @TKoutsantonisMP sadly I think the @VincentTarzia interview on ABC has just had an equal for being bad!!. The @Telstra guy was amazingly poor.

    @Martyfields @FatherBob Ha! Had approx seven hours on phone to Telstra on Friday, simply to cancel a landline where no-one even lives! Still has not been done, but they managed to disconnect the WRONG landline, which we can apparently never have again. Unbelievable. Good luck learning Chinese.

    How long does it take to fix that useless NBN? @Telstra been out “fixing” it for past 4 days.. So over it.. Happens too often in the STH East.. Bet we don’t get compensated for the missed days on our bills hey? #scabs #hurryup
