The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@CraigKellyMP @Telstra Those installing NBN are committing crimes against the commonwealth, it never went to referendum & John Howard clearly committed constitutional felonies by still selling @Telstra when he had no legal authority to do so. People should outright deny the forced installation of NBN

Cannot believe it. @Telstra took 6 weeks to get my 'dead' phone back to me. Now, they 'restricted my service' (slo-mo/no internet) as was not going to pay bill until, um, quid pro quo? Have now obvs paid bill but am beyond flabbergasted. Customer all my life. Seriously.😟#telstra

@Telstra sends a text to cut off the internet which they are supposed to be upgrading on the 19th March 2021, but you cant speak to anybody about it. Great customer service.

@Telstra No I upgraded my package because you guys changed it from 1 terra to 500g now I'm unlimited for $90 a month and it still absent taken effect plus I had to go into the store to do it cause your b.s call center is just a robot now and also when you actually get someone they hang up

@Telstra I am in the app and on hold. Coming up on 3 hours now and counting. The app guys stopped responding an hour ago. Also, without wifi, I am blowing my data continuing with tech support’.

6 days and counting since being able to make or receive mobile calls in Sassafras 3787 @Telstra - have gone around in circles on Telstra 24/7 message app. Nobody seems to be able to provide any ETA for resolution. Very hard to work from home when I am unreachable by phone.

@Telstra I no longer have my smart modem. It was removed months ago for being faulty. The technician reinstalled the old one. I think. Honestly, if I were a techy person I wouldn’t need tech support... ...what I do know is homework is not done and my life is harder.
