Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra You make me laugh. I’m taking issues into my own hands (for the third time in last 6 months). Spoon feed you what needs to be done; guide your operators like a child. Just to get the stuff done. Hire someone who can record conversation, and take matters into their own hand.

@Telstra Thanks for responding, but I've had multiple calls to no avail. Waste of time. Seems like you've degraded the service for some reason. This is what happened with 3G. It got bad suddenly overnight, then died in the arse at peak times, day time, until it was only usable at 2.30am.

Scam Alert. Guys with Asian accents pretending they're from Telstra phoning around from "spoofed" mobile numbers. Just had one. And i Hung Up. If you answer one, hang up, and manually Block the number. Telstra only phone you when arranged in advance.

@DarkMatterzine @peggymel2001 Thanks yes. 👍 I am intending when at the Telstra shop to advice them I'll be contacting the TIB if my data is not returned. I have watched lots of Iview and On demand, and never used up so much data.. I'm going to go in tomorrow morning whilst it's current. I'll post the result.

@Telstra So, there is a feature in your network that allows outbound calls to be masqueraded. Disable that feature and it all stops. Is it related to unlisted nunbers? Or just call groups for business nunbers? Surely you can disable outbound masquerading unless under certain circumstances
