    @telstra customer service. Been online trying to get help for 9 hours and the usual response "I will pass you on to somebody else who can help". How many people cannot help me in one day?

    @anthony_gerrits @Optus Not defending Optus here but you are aware that the NBN outage is nothing to do with Optus, they're only a reseller. You would get the same result of no internet when the NBN itself is down with Telstra, or any other reseller.

    How many customer service officers can you deal with in one day with @Telstra? o many people do the "i'm here to help" then end with "I'm passing you on to somebody else" who starts with "I'm here to help" and ends with "i'm passing you on to somebody else"! Can somebody help?

    @Telstra restarted my phone and still can't call out at all, it says the number is unavailable from this service, it seems like it might be disconnected but we have received no communication advising us this will happen, we haven't even had an overdue notice so not sure

    My home NBN has dropped back to the back-up 4G sim, looks like a Telstra outage. It's working, but working with a container based environment you *really* notice poor multi-gigabyte containers ruining your day on a limited bandwidth link. :(

    You have to love when somebody at @Telstra hands you to another staff member with "they can see the previous chat so you wont have to repeat yourself" Then eventually when somebody comes to help you, guess what, you have to start all over again. #ShootMeNow
