@stevesi 10 years ago an Australian friend told me that Telstra was doing a “bulk plan” where you’d just buy 10GB of data for your mobile device, it never expired, you just used it until it was gone then you added more. I’d do that in a heartbeat, but US carriers don’t do things like that

@Telstra PS: I appreciate the response, and I'm keen to get this sorted. However, having had email to the postmaster address *also* bounced, I don't know what to try next. The solution you quote won't work as long as the postmaster address also bounces my emails.

Had a "@telstra support, your internet will be cut off in 24 hours" and because I'm a little bored this morning I decided to play along. Pressed 1 to speak to someone. "Does anyone fall for this crap?" "Sure, stupid people like you" A bit more back and forth, then I hung up

@Telstra your phone service is a disgrace. We have accidently cut through the copper cable providing phone line and internet. Your geniuses on the phone directed me to NBN then hung up. They're wrong. Telstra provide copper phone lines, not Nbn. Please contact me and fix this

@SydneyMetroIIWT Yes I noticed this last Monday. Reached out to Telstra about it and they said they were not aware of any issues. Glad to know it wasn't just me as I experienced this on both rides to and from work.

  • JayDeeLew Jayden Lewis (@JayDeeLew) reported

@Telstra Technician (Uziar) arrived promptly today. He was very cordial and professional. He seems to have resolved the issue presently, but suggests it may have been caused by a hardware fault with the modem. Will likely need to address it at a later stage. Thank you for your time.

@Telstra 2021 and still no Disney+ app on TTV. TTV is so bad! So many other good streaming products, avoid TTV at all costs!
