@Telstra No I have not. I understand there was a problem earlier. I tried to call to sort it and was told Telstra had another problem relating to accessing customer details.

@Telstra I’m still unable to connect. I understand there’s a NEW issue relating to accessing customer accounts. Very unhappy. Have been on the phone twice, into a store once and online chat once. Problem remains unresolved. Do not have sale reference number with me

@75merc @AlboMP I agree the roll out to bigger cities and towns should have been FttP however NBN Co needs to get rid of the CVC charges it levels on providers. Many rural users have gone to Starlink and Telstra is a couple of years away from offering a low earth orbit satellite service

Frustrated with @Telstra service. Have spent two days trying to replace a broken phone & get new plan online & in chat app & error message every time. Now in out of town store & 1.5 hour wait for service. I have a life. 40 year Gold level customer wondering why.
