@Telstra No I have not. I understand there was a problem earlier. I tried to call to sort it and was told Telstra had another problem relating to accessing customer details.

@Telstra I’m still unable to connect. I understand there’s a NEW issue relating to accessing customer accounts. Very unhappy. Have been on the phone twice, into a store once and online chat once. Problem remains unresolved. Do not have sale reference number with me

The bastards at @Telstra charge me $15 for paying my bill a couple of days late. How much can I charge them after they advise I will have no service on Friday?

Hey @Telstra if you choose to cut costs by having offshore support, can you at least make them competent? Otherwise, what differentiates you from other low cost telcos? you used to be a strong Aussie brand. Now you're like all the others. Examples: >>

@davidbewart Don’t have any internet connection 4G only in iPhone. Had a Telstra dongle signed a three year contract, I think it was $30:00 a month to run. It was a really shoddy service couldn’t even send an email without phoning Telstra to get connected. Black Spots have poor service.

The #nbn service from @Telstra is below any low. The order was created mid-Nov, since then no result. The technician appointment was postponed many times, the last one was for today morning. The technician didn’t come at all, without any notice.😟 The support centre doesn’t help.

Don't usually post much but @Aussie_BB did a wonderful job at getting my internet setup quickly (2 hours). While @Telstra could not provide me the status after 2 days of my order and took 4 days to cancel.

@soragon @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia Yep - Telstra HFC had me at 100/2 for over a decade with barely a technical hitch on the way. NBN on the other hand refuse to even address an issue if it isn't an issue at the exact moment they take the ticket on.

@Telstra how is it the only department in your whole organisation that's knows what an X21 data service line is the accounts department that charges @ReadingRadioQLD for the service. I've spent almost three hours trying to report a fault and no one knows how to help.
