@Telstra I’m still unable to connect. I understand there’s a NEW issue relating to accessing customer accounts. Very unhappy. Have been on the phone twice, into a store once and online chat once. Problem remains unresolved. Do not have sale reference number with me

@Telstra No I have not. I understand there was a problem earlier. I tried to call to sort it and was told Telstra had another problem relating to accessing customer details.

@Telstra what's with all the missed calls from landline numbers which when you try to call them back report as could not be connected. Could you put better filtering in on your network please....

Apple lack of phone support by person when you have a security issue with your phone is a seriously flawed business model. Is it so time critical when the Telstra app has made your account accessible to others by default and without your permission.

24hr after I first provided details to @Telstra, my neighbour suffered through an hour long voice call to Telstra and was promised a technician would investigate on Wednesday 2 June. It was actually resolved 2hrs later, probably a 2min remote fix of exchange as I first suggested.

@TheTeetering Am only watching Binge at the moment because as a Telstra customer they've given me a 3 month trial. Definitely won't be paying for any subscriptions after the free trial is over.

@propinqua Turn it into a game on hold music - ask to speak with supervisor - my difficulties with Telstra amplified when I had to cancel my fathers service, he died, they kept sending bills refused to do anything unless they spoke to the account owner first - a long hold on that one

@Telstra @lb7707 Hmm may want to check that advice. Widespread outage on Foxtel being reported. Foxtel now on both tv device and browser both either showing staff from over an hour ago in a stuck loop - or throwing errors entirely
