    @Telstra No I have not. I understand there was a problem earlier. I tried to call to sort it and was told Telstra had another problem relating to accessing customer details.

    @Telstra I’m still unable to connect. I understand there’s a NEW issue relating to accessing customer accounts. Very unhappy. Have been on the phone twice, into a store once and online chat once. Problem remains unresolved. Do not have sale reference number with me

    @Telstra You guys need any help over there? Constant connection issues and Internet dropping out. You cannot even hold a stable connection for more than 5min. I have been to 3rd world countries in the middle of nowhere that offer a faster and more reliable service.

    Hey @Telstra, I ordered my Xbox on the 3rd of October (the earliest day possible) and I still haven’t received it. I was supposedly Wave 1 according to an email I received however haven’t heard anything since. People in Wave 2 have theirs. Please help.

    @Telstra your message via app concept has fallen flat on its face. Tried since 10AM yesterday to get my sim converted into an eSim for a device upgrade... I’ve given details 5 times... the “help” has been appalling... it’s actually infuriating.

    @Telstra please get your **** together and tiny bit of attention to your most loyal customer of 8 years with the most expensive plans. Sick and tired of billing issues and travelling back and forth between stores. Telco sucks in Australia.
