—> UPDATE <— my internet connection is suddenly working again. No technician had to come by to fix anything on my hardware or home connection. My neighbours didn’t experience any issues with the internet. I am waiting to hear back how Telstra fixed my internet connection.

@Telstra And why do I have to report it anyway - can’t you see your service is down on your end? And can’t you just do the right thing and give us a credit for the days you failed to deliver the service as contracted.

@Telstra No there isn’t… when I rang last week @telstra said it’s not on the site because it’s a partial outage only- the affect is everyone is suffering. Could you please look up and provide update as they did last week.

@Telstra My Grandstream DP752 doesn't seem to connect to my SIP service since moving to 5G home internet. Any suggestions to a fix? Soft phone apps work fine

Telstra and NBN is nothing but a joke. 5 weeks in and still no connection to the network. The problems here are due to years of infrastructure neglect from privatisation and a half baked NBN roll-out from LNP. Time to try 5g from one of the others.

@aldimobile Aldi mobile is worthless in country QLD...no reception anywhere along A6...it's says it works on the Telstra network...clearly not true...no reception in Richmond

Who’s going to follow @Telstra s lead and bring their call centres and other service support jobs back to Australia?! Surely Qantas can…and oh oh oh…what about Pacific Brands? Remember when they sacked hundreds of manufacturing jobs? Bring it all home.

@Telstra Just tried that, they can't help me until they verify my identity by sending a code to my phone, which obviously doesn't work. Please escalate this as it's ridiculous - I can check my email but they won't send a code there.
