Hi @Telstra. Almost two years ago, I contacted you with issues regarding my modem. I've spoken to customer service countless times, undergone multiple fault testing and my modem still hasn't been replaced. Two years.

@Telstra I sent messages about this almost two years ago unfortunately as well. I've reached the point where I'll be looking at another network soon. Will message to have this resolved.

Said the only ip address that was coming up was my local 127.0.0.1. (I lied). They then transferred me to the "internal help centre" this is when I hung up. #Spam #Telstra #PhishingAttack

Is there Customer Service that rivals how bad @Telstra is? Been trying to get a phone unlocked from the @Telstra network for nearly 3 weeks now & cannot even get as much as a phone call back!!
