@daveclark178 @JBHiFi They are going to do the same. Honestly, the JBHiFi guy was MORE help and explained things better than the @Telstra guy who was dismissive and basically said "tough".

@AlboMP This is what is now being replaced by FTTC. NBN is responsible NO longer Telstra but it has become unviable to upgrade these cables and joints as they know it’s becoming obsolete. No money to fix.

Hey @Telstra, in one of your stores today I was told they could help me but it would be a 90 minute wait. We're trying to recover economically from a pandemic, you're an Australian company, why not hire more staff? You clearly have the business for it.
