@Telstra I had a full Telstra check over two nights ago. It’s a localised capacity problem which is caused by equipment fails. It looks like we are getting the internet version of load shedding

And yes I have had my set up tested by Telstra and it appears there’s a program of load shedding to cope with congestion that is an ongoing problem in my area. Repairs seem to be an ongoing battle

@amy001m @rgell1 @kayosports_help I did that too.. Wi-Fi and 4G. Browser and app on both iPad and iPhone, and soon Telstra tv. Absolutely no luck 😭 I’ve never had the paid version

@Telstra So apparently @Telstra - our internet has been out because of a local issue. Whole suburb is down but you don’t have this registered. Spent 2 hours yesterday troubleshooting my modem, and then again today - wonder how many new modems you’re sending to Pemulwuy
