@Telstra Can’t use those sorry, work supplied mobile. Please note this is evident on multiple devices using your network. (Telstra my phone, 2 x Woolies mobile using Telstra network). It’s now today showing two bars, so still one to two bars short of normal.

@Telstra Placed an order for migration from existing NBN provider to Telstra. Three days into it and your team disconnects my NBN without even sending a new modem. Spoke to customer support multiple times. I must say they are not helping.

@VLTaylor Hahaha oh my god I didn’t think of that. It just says “influential” at the top of my bill. Drives me mad every time but I was told I can’t change it because it’s a company account and I’d have to change my number…? @Telstra can you help a sister out please?

@drewtrucker550 @ALDIMobileAU @Telstra Telstra only resellers access to their Wholesale network, not the entire Telstra network. Only Boost and Telstra provide you access to the entire network.
