Hey @Telstra it is pathetic that you cannot maintain 4G signal in the eastern suburbs line tunnel. It is 2021 ffs!

  • joey_eileen Jo-Anne Leu (@joey_eileen) reported

@Telstra Got a message from #Telstra that they are doing an upgrade at “Talebudgera” which could interrupt our service Hope the persons doing the work are more intelligent and suited to their job than idiot who wrote this. Check spelling!!!

  • JuliaIrwinator Julia the Irwinator (@JuliaIrwinator) reported

@Telstra Just sent me round in the same circles again. No resolution. Such a simple issue should take one phone all to solve!

  • TamblynBlaire a Blaire in there (@TamblynBlaire) reported

@Telstra once again you mess up a simple task like moving house. I don’t want a new plan. I don’t want to pay more. I want the exact same service at a different address. WHY oh WHY can you not carry out a ai@ple instruction?

  • SunflowersChai Michelle ☕ (@SunflowersChai) reported

@Telstra PLEASE get Australian's on support. It is so hard trying to sort out issues with people whose first language isn't English. So much confusion in online chat and on the phone.

  • liquidparanoia Gareth (@liquidparanoia) reported

Bought an Apple TV, so I didn’t need to use the awful HDMI out setup I’d been using for Apple TV+ and because the Telstra TV seemed to run out of RAM and need a reboot every other day. Very smooth control interface, touch control remote takes some getting used to.

  • TraceyBarry1376 Tracey Barry (@TraceyBarry1376) reported

@Telstra Thanks Stacey. It won't allow me to create anything as it doesn't recognize my email, weird cause my bills come to email. Do you think the issue could possibly be the phone, it's a #Samsung s7

  • KosmicCowgirl Jess (KC) (@KosmicCowgirl) reported

Oh hey @Telstra classic lack of communication when you have stuffed up my mobile is not working and your Live chat team have been radio silent to my pings for 40 mins and counting. I can't call so how else am I supposed to resolve this issue????

  • ZOOTV19783 ZOOTV1978 (@ZOOTV19783) reported

@Telstra Gone are the days of “our network is better” rubbish. The truth is “Our back pockets know better” we won’t be ripped off anymore. The market and technology has caught up. 4G can still operate 100% of phones and apps with no issues. 5G is just convenience for the Uber impatient.
