Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • nathanthorson Thorson *🏆 (@nathanthorson) reported

@beerboy182 It's terrible on Telstra TV aswell.

  • nessbow Nessboo-urns (@nessbow) reported

@Telstra Nonsense. You won't do a thing. You'll continue to ping pong it back and forth with the NBN, each blaming the other but never fixing the issue. But also, expecting to still get paid by your customers.

  • dmfreedom David Fuller (@dmfreedom) reported

@Telstra There must be an AI fix to that. You must be able to stop it, but I guess it's revenue for you if a call connects so... Why do anything about it?

  • Pickleman232 Pickleman23 (@Pickleman232) reported

@Telstra yo can we get some internet… you’d think paying for a service would provide you with that service but apparently not. Also why do I keep getting texts for someone named Wanda, I don’t even have a Telstra sim.

  • NTGServices Duke & Duchess of Suckeggs (@NTGServices) reported

@tesswil94391742 @Twittter_Suks @samanthamaiden Great news Amanda Stoker's vile sign for her Senate Office (Not that she would help you) on the Telstra Building in Slacks Creek, next to the M1 has been removed. Thank Christ I don't have to see her vile dial everytime I drive past. The dog **** brown paint over looks beautiful.

  • AJloveslife2 AJloveslife (@AJloveslife2) reported

@Telstra Cannot link Telstra one to my Telstra ID to activate the service.

  • nessbow Nessboo-urns (@nessbow) reported

@Telstra This places an unacceptable burden on clients who are already dealing with the stress of being unable to work, unable to connect with social networks, unable to believe that the issue will be fixed. Internet is a basic utility. It should be fixed promptly without this nonsense.

  • AJloveslife2 AJloveslife (@AJloveslife2) reported

We pay premium price for @Telstra knowing they have famously atrocious support. It’s criminal how they operate their chat help. RAGE 😡 😤😤😤

  • ivanofivanhoe Ivan (@ivanofivanhoe) reported

@Telstra It says nothing but my neighbours down the road are reporting no service too! Whats the issue!? ETA for getting back up???

  • ausnetman Shaun Amy (@ausnetman) reported

@nascom1 @astro4242 @mdinn PTI has long singe been retired. The microwave radio gear has been removed from the "link room" at Parkes (which still has the Telstra rack and some other network equipment). It was fun and who could forget the 1200/75 baud modem to text chat with the Tid controllers!
