Hey @Telstra. It's well established that your carrier configuration profile on the @googledownunder Pixel 6 and 6 Pro has issues. Many people complain that calls drop out, don't get through or when calls answered you can't hear caller. Just have a look at the many online forums .

@Telstra the most useless corporation to exist.. Spent 24 hours with their online customer service over 3 days all saying they have fixed yet done nothing Awesome now being flood effected + having to follow up something that I have been told now by 12 people is "fixed"

@skybluedavidb @Telstra I am sick of Telstra after today. Trying to fix my Mum’s phone at the nursing home. Despite the fact I organised the phone going in there and that the bill comes to my home address today they tell me that I have no authority on the account and still had her old address showing.

@NBN_Australia I’ve reached out to my ISP multiple times over the past 2+ weeks. Both Telstra and Optus are reporting NBN network outages in my area. The upstream light is blinking on the NBN box, and there’s no online light. It’s been 2 weeks now and you still haven’t addressed the issue.

@Telstra Hi Ash, No this is not an outage or a maintenance issue - My speeds have just suddenly dropped, with no reason. When I spoke to Telstra on the phone they didn’t have an explanation for me. I waited 2hrs on call for someone to tell me they didn’t know what was going on…

@Telstra Hey Telstra, yeah I got a call first thing Tuesday morning, thank you. Didn't fix the problem but reduced my bill by $20 for 12 months, which is 75% OK but very quick I guess. Anyway case closed I guess. Thanks for checking in Febey. Appreciate it.

@Telstra So I should buy another service to replace a broken service I am already paying for? That sounds like a solid business model if you can pull it off.
