@Telstra Finally got through to someone as a business customer with a few big plans this process was not a good one you guys need to have some better service for business customers who need things fixed rather than waiting days to speak with someone who can help

@stiffuppercut @Telstra To be trueful I was with Optus years ago and it was slow and 4g use to drop all the time. But Telstra NBN I seen people without internet for months waiting for install because they cant get technician to turn up and Telstra you can’t call directly once it’s working it’s ok.

@DeadlyScience Well done! What a shame Telstra isn’t actively looking for opportunities such as this to support Indigenous communities given the recent investigation that has found deplorable exploitation of vulnerable customers on the part of Telstra.

Bloody Telstra, doing maintenance upgrades in this weather, how friggin stupid we’ve been getting fierce storms all week and now getting another one! and the internet is gone again, yesterday it was off for 8 hours, gawd knows how long it’ll be off today. #*********😠

@Telstra No it’s not going to plan. I finally got a box and the technician hasn’t shown up. I waited in all Saturday and no one showed, I then went to your help function at 430pm and waited all night for a reply. NOTHING. #telstraisajoke If you want to help, why don’t you call me.
