@MrMonkyyy @Telstra I spent an hour on the phone to my provider SUMO just for the dude to turn off my internet not know how to turn it back on and not actually fixing the issue at hand lmao so I just get packet loss all day.

Dark days. Got home and my internet is super slow (even though the bill was paid, but I think there was a mishap with the name change after mum passed) so no online animal crossing or Netflix binging for me tonight 😭 @Telstra

@GeochemOz @peggymel2001 @JohnRHewson It stops the competition when they own the infrastructure their competition has to use like Telstra owning to network their competition needs to get access to. They make it hard for them.

@Telstra Just as I guessed, instead of being able to help me via direct message like they could in the past, I have to click on a link that has no Telstra identifying information on it at all and put all my personal details in there which I refuse to do.
