house and greet staff (because Telstra do not use Level 1 support for interacting with the public) that are able to resolve our questions, that is, they have the right breadth and depth of Telstra products and systems knowledge. It is not too much to ask, considering as services

@Telstra I've been an existing customer for 3 years or so now. Called in to change my mobile plan to another one. 50minutes into this call now and I'm still waiting for it to be finalised. On a scale of 1-10 how incompetent are you guys? #Australia

  • UdimWitt UDim Witt (@UdimWitt) reported

@Telstra How stupid can a company be to attempt to force an inferior product onto the community? how obtuse, how absurd, how idiotic.. Telstra admitted i would only get 25Mbps speed without boosters. the connection i had was so much more superior to this NBN crap.. that's a certainty

  • CA_22562_AN T:HE:JAMES. HMRH (@CA_22562_AN) reported

@Telstra that does not provide better service. I request a month ago to have the stored credit card provision restored and nothing has been done. I pay Telstra for service. If Telstra wants to change any of that service they have to ask me. The it David g grace if you cannot pull it

  • tim_mo_tay Tim (@tim_mo_tay) reported

@AlboMP Pfft. Cables. What about mobile spectrum? Wonder why Telstra happily sold its network to us? Wonder what they are spending their NBN cash on? NBN was a dud idea to start. It’s hurt competition and choice. It’s hurt quality of internet services. Government should have kept out.

  • billjoemick Michael Brennan (@billjoemick) reported

@ianclarkeAU @AlboMP During covid the public were let down by the failing copper and the overloaded fixed wireless and satellite (caused by LNP). Optus and Telstra execs say 5G it won't replace fibre

  • CA_22562_AN T:HE:JAMES. HMRH (@CA_22562_AN) reported

were upgraded from copper wires everybody had to be trained for how the new systems will operate. PMG has always afforded opportunities of employment, but has never stood for incompetence, and now Telstra show why Australian ingenuity is at the fore. Or, it must have slid so that
