    @Telstra how many times do we have call. Tried 7 times over 6 months! Hours speaking to call center with promises to receive order confirmations. Told it will be 2 days. Yet we are still waiting, months later!! Paying for a service we haven't received. Useless. #telstra

    @telstra How bad is your customer service when I request a disconnect for an international move on 26/3, they disconnect it immediately, and it can't be reconnected?! Atrocious.

    @k_r_n_o Haha my hubby ported from Optus to Telstra. Ended up had to deal with one of the most useless customer service from Telstra.

    @Telstra Hi Ryan, I've sent you a message. Would appreciate an update and how I can cancel my account without paying any fees as I have not received the service I've been paying for over the past 6 months.

    @shawnharry @carlosml But that's the issue. I've had people from Microsoft, Telstra, and a partner tell me the VVX units will work via 3PIP, even if they are currently configured for TIPT... but I've seen no way to register the handsets to Teams. Obviously, handsets like the Poly CCX make this v easy.

    @Telstra Thanks, Ryan. Checked the outages page and no confirmed interruptions in the area. My mother was advised today that the local area outage had been fixed - but that her phone line is still not working.

    @telstra has a really useless customer service system - why can’t you speak to a real person? Their system just hung up on me and asked me to use a messaging service that didn’t work the last time I tried it...
