    @tealou @Telstra Like the tech guy went oh yeah you can't get over 25 Mbps in that suburb and with the equipment aetc available but sales team moves me to a higher plan that they can't service. Imagine that in any other industry??

    This is the @Telstra resolution: I have checked the case reference number xxxxx. I can see that our Stay Connected team have escalated this matter for you. A case manager will be assigned for you and will contact you within 3-5 business working days to have this resolved.

    @IanSamuels3 That's not the NBN then, paid WiFi dongle is perhaps with a network like Telstra or Optus. I get the NBN through a private company, it is 50 Mbps and limitless downloads, for $53.50/mth. Then you can see more than WIN, I see the world load of programs.

    @Telstra I have spoken to @Telstra twice this morning. Nothing they can do as Stay Connected is a separate team. I spoke to Stay Connected. No phones. No help. No managers available for escalation. A journo has contacted me and wants to run the story.

    @JohnLutge @Telstra Yikes 😳. We waited ages for new business phones from Telstra & they didn’t send the new sims & phone numbers. Still waiting on 1 sim over a month later. Their supply & service is crap.

    Poor NBN tech who came to my place on Thursday had to go to a couple of locations to check connections and lost his $6000 meter. Wasn’t at my place but today while walking the dog I found it placed on a light bollard near one of the Telstra pits - he’s a very happy man today.

    ✅ Last night about 8:15pm the schools internet connection was restored. The DOE has reported that Telstra identified and fixed the fault. We continue monitoring. All services onsite are now working (problems? reboot first) and home access to Gateway is restored.
