Good news. I’ve now found a more useless organisation than Telstra. Well done @CommBank and @CommSec it wasn’t easy to be that ordinary. #rantover and I promise to try and be positive, but it was here or the poor bloke on the phone.

@Phyjam @ConsulateKoT I got an urgent message from an old Tongan friend trying to manage from Vanuatu. His contact in Tonga had only a DVB modem. I was able to give him some contacts from Telstra and SES (couldn't find my Speedcast contacts) to try to find a DVB network to join.

Come-on @Telstra , you are a multimillion company ! You change the customers plans just by sending an email, then charge to an entirely different plan. No consent and even the new plan never match with old. This is bizarre, unfair and unethical. Be careful @telstracustomers !!!

@BarringtonCoast @Telstra So how many social media posts, fault reports, days with no service etc does it take for @Telstra to action a fault? We heavily rely on the phone service for our work and have had to divert divert the phone to a VoIP service - more reliable service and support.

Every time I try to get help, you're simply directed to a complaint line where your complaint is black-holed. Every time you get further, they look at a map and say "there's no black spot there, you're mistaken, maybe order a new SIM card". Telstra's service is utterly pathetic.

@Mr_Wolf_15G Would it be better for you to not buy games and keep GamePass or cancel GamePass and just buy the games you want to play? For me I am paying off my Series X through Telstra so I get GPU regardless. While I am studying I don't have an income so I budgeted to get all my (1/2)

I knew it was a mistake, but I signed up for @Telstra - now with a fault, unresponsive website, 60+ minute wait on the phone ... what am I supposed to do? Never again.

  • OriginalKurt OriginalKurt (@OriginalKurt) reported

@Telstra Fixing my Nbn would be brilliant when your page says no outage and your Gold Tier service dont have phones. Timely though 24 hours later it's on, just in time for your reply

  • Tito_Ambyo Tito Ambyo (@Tito_Ambyo) reported

If you’re Australian, yes, it was Telstra. Meanwhile, the Optus guy was out on the street, reconnecting the cables. When I asked him if he could help reconnect mine, he chuckled when I said I was with Telstra. ‘Good luck’ was all he said.

  • GasIsTheNewCoal 🌺 Jen 💉💉🌺 It's the climate, stupid. (@GasIsTheNewCoal) reported

@peters_malcolm 49 days without a landline, in a "no mobile phone area". What's @Telstra doing? Telling me they "appreciate my patience", and "understand my frustration". I finally found out from the ombudsman that it's a "mass service disruption" and they can't respond to my complaint.
