    @Telstra the fact you bought such an inflexible billing system shouldn’t be my problem. You can’t sell the inflexibility as a feature. Without autopay I’d upgrade, I’ll just wait instead. Makes me angry that I’ll have to switch phone companies for such a petty reason.

    @koobs @Telstra If you work at a help desk you get to hear all of that, it's expected. I had to hear all of that and people trying to scam free pizzas all night when I managed a papa John's. One woman claimed she had purchased over $10k worth of food over the years and demanded a freebie..no.

    @Telstra That’s the problem. Your website won’t let me purchase one. It says I need an id. Which I cant get without a plan. If I have a plan. I don’t need a guest pass. I would like that but a guest pass!

    @Telstra Righto, as it says in the other thread Telstra have taken the TIO decision on ONE particular unrelated matter to use it as a blanket answer to anything relating to my account and wash their hands, you think that gives you the ability to charge for a faulty service. Hence, Crooks
