  • thedangermoose Chris Tomkins (@thedangermoose) reported

I’m so done with @Telstra - it seems their whole support system is designed to enrage. Mixed messages, misinformation, outright bullshit. About 2% helpful.

  • mobilenova NovaG (@mobilenova) reported

@Telstra I wanted a new one as my phone kept dropping calls so thought a new sim might fix that.

  • psg_au Peter (@psg_au) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn Dealing with you, via your App is an absolute waste of EVERYONEs time. It's been nearly 12months since COVID hit, yet you still have NO workable solution for Call Centres. The App SUCKS & is NOT Customer Support.

  • simonehaigh Simone Haigh (@simonehaigh) reported

@Telstra Well I fixed the problem. I cancelled my data plan with telstra (after being told too bad we won't be upgrading anything in your area) and changed to @Optus now I have wonderful fast internet and better customer service

  • GreeGreece Tony Thomas (@GreeGreece) reported

@telstra I keep getting this message from Telstra Support: Refund bill number: 1605356828 Dear Customer, The last balance of your account has been paid twice due to a system error. Please complete a claim to get the refund . Is it a scam?

  • aj_aspire Dr Ann Jardine (@aj_aspire) reported

@Telstra we pay for premium NBN speed. Our NBN including phone has not worked properly since Saturday and we have spent a ridiculous amount of time getting the run around from your people. We are over it. We want the service we paid for. Please sort it out

  • Lilartist1400 Lily (comms open) ♡ (@Lilartist1400) reported

@Telstra Please check my dm. I'm having one issue after the other with telstra and am nearly over it.

  • ajEdenvalley1 Dr.ajEdenvalley (@ajEdenvalley1) reported

And the Telstra NBN saga continues. Day 7 new modem same problem. No proper phone service and download speed less than 1mbps. Run around continues. No care no responsibility . Same response every day It's like groundhog day. That's what you get when you pay a premium for service.

  • MsLettice MsL (@MsLettice) reported

Dear @Telstra — my bill enquiry is to dispute a charge, is there a way I can speak to a team member and not through self service link? Thanks.

  • GraemeNZ01 Graeme Hall (@GraemeNZ01) reported

@seravorn @dpfdpf The PSA wants to drive about in Telsa cars. Tesla Corp just bought $US1.5b in Bitcoin. Telstra's CEO Elon Musk is never wrong, therefore we should all buy Bitcoin.
