    Hey @Telstra signed up for postpaid plan on 15/1. Using your “message” service since 18/1 to get it connected. Each new person asks me how they can help & then radio silence. Next person asks how can I help. Same issue for 5 days- why so hard to get a new service?!?!

    @Telstra @andy_penn Time to get a new Head of Service Delivery. telstra service unbelievable. Have had smart modem disabled but broadband also down. Got text msg telling me it is my fault. Ridiculous. Nothing but bots to speak to. Useless

    @Telstra Telsta post about the new Samsung and are immediately inundated with every customer they've fecked over throughout time. Definitely deserved considering that they've fecked over nearly half the nation the past 20 years. Bastards..

    Okay , I’ve tried too many times to get my issue sorted , @Telstra , @andy_penn as CEO I’ll give some really important feedback, your messaging system for customer service interactions is terrible. I’ve waited over 24hrs for a solution to my issue.

    @btckr @RobMax4 AND on top of that we have new notification that our Telstra bill will be going up in October. Its unbelievable. more so when we keep hearing no wage rises. And prices guaranteed to come down.
