Umm just tried to sign in to My Telstra app on a flakey connection. Asked me to choose 2FA from number or email then immediately said “locked for too many attempts” Signed me in anyway, full account control, no 2FA verified Sent me an email to warn of my “failed” sign in attempt

@Telstra It's outrageous that customers can never get to speak to senior management in Australia to let them know the problems they are experiencing. If they actually deigned to speak with customers, they might find out why they are moving to other telcos.

@telstracareers @Telstra_news Turned on Telstra Velocity Foxtel - got a message telling me I had no service. Rang #Telstra and got put onto Foxtel call centre somewhere o/seas. Told I can wait 24-72 hours for someone to ring me. Telstra Velocity was so good once ! @TelstraBcast

@Telstra have been experiencing dropouts on my connection. It took 14hrs for a response followed by an accusation that I was violating your terms of agreement because my connection was defaulting to 4g!!! How about giving me what I’m paying for! How’s that for a solution!!

@Telstra Complained to Telecom Industry Ombudsman about #Telstra. My complaint reference number is: 2020/11/08755. Telstra must work with you ... Telstra has until 5pm on 7 December 2020 to do this. I haven’t heard from #Telstra. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIEVING #TELSTRA
