  Good riddance to @Telstra - crappiest customer service (“You can have monthly discount as long as you keep your account with us”, only to then, after one year, keep sending me full price bills). Never again. Don’t appreciate deceit.

  @Telstra I have moved into a retirement village which has no NBN but your telephone operators don’t understand that there is no NBN here and keep telling me to plug my smart meter into the NBN box and turn the modem off and on. Frustrating!! Help!!

  @ashamedaustrali @AlexBallhausen @gwendabgilbert If my home wifi (with Optus) goes down, I have no internet reception with my mobile carrier, who uses the Telstra 3G/4G network. Internet and network reception in Australia is woeful - is this because we are a massive country with a small population relative to our size?
