At @telstra shop listening to grumpy bloke being rude to extremely polite young rep. I hear it all the time and I hate it. Be better or no-one will wipe your arse in that nursing home. @abcperth

Well, that was a game! (Now that I can get reception because the one thing they fail to fix every year is the @telstra reception during games at Kardinia Park 😫) Our Catters were good! #WeAreGeelong

Did you know that if you have a problem with the #mytelstraapp you can call @Telstra and they will advise you to use the #mytelstrapp to resolve your issues quicker? Repeatedly. And that people using the #mytelstrapp get priority. Lucky things.

@NickRossTech @Qantas Normally way more than an hour, and with dozens of companies mostly @Telstra ... the most I've spent on one issue Telstra made was around 100 hours.

@Telstra absolute joke! Try to use my points online. No cigar. Try to call. No one cares. My points are about to expire. I am willing to pay you money. Can no one help? #telstra #fail #badservice

@blu3potion @Telstra After over two hours of messaging they still would not talk to me. Telstra you need to have a good look at yourselves and treat your addiction to not wanting to speak to your customers.

@beourmate can we have an update please for those in Melbourne who don’t have Facebook. I’m generally a bit of a doormat but even I am frustrated and grouchy and upset. 1st world problems and all that - but there is really no excuse in 2023. Can’t you piggyback off Telstra??

@GeoffHutchison @Telstra @abcperth Says a lot about a person, the way you treat workers/staff. Boofheads abound sadly.
