OMG. At 9am this morning I messaged @Telstra help chat to ask how to access my data history. How many GB per month I use is pretty basic account info right? Apparently not. 9 hours later I am told I have to pay $25 for the privilege of 6 months worth?!? #customerservicefail

@Picketer @Telstra Their automated service is shocking. 5 times it dropped out. Their online interface for ‘help’ is just a nightmare jungle that leads to no resolution.

@Wil_Anderson Telstra indeed. I switched to Aussie Broadband whose customer service is the exact opposite of Telstra or Optus with some other pluses. Recommend highly.

@Telstra @Wil_Anderson Telstra sucked before this Covid started, don't believe what they tell you, let my ABN lapse and it took 2 hours to convert me over to a normal Customer, got told I could swap over when activated my ABN, later that night it took 5 mins to reinstate my ABN, Telstra lied again! FU!
