@mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

@GeorgeL737 @Telstra Yeah. The problem now is that I no longer have access to my bigpond email account - I wonder why? - or any of the docs that I’d need to prove I’m the person they owe money. They know it, they‘ve sent emails for 7 years tracking that they owe me $, but they won’t give it back.

@ShiannonC @Telstra Did the same to us, but told us beforehand, although not able to argue. Not able to "grandfather" to earlier plans. Crap.

@heresyfinancial In fact the government used laws to break up that monopoly and forced telstra to lease its network to other companies which allowed them to break into the market and begin installing some of thier own infrastructure.

I’m done with Telstra. ******* DONE! iPhone hasn’t even shipped yet - if the first rep had actually processed the order, I’d have it by now. ******* fuming. Definitely lodging a formal ombudsman complaint - the only way to get anything resolved.

@corduroy Plenty, @Telstra refuse to allow the retailers of their service access, eg Boost, I suspect Optus the same. One for the @acccgovau to sort out.
