@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Emma_Janexxxxxx @Telstra I have no plan, cheers. 😚 I am with @ALDIMobileAU (pre-paid) which also uses the Telstra network but costs me $15/m.

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@1800Berk The only T mobile I know of is Telstra and yeah we have Virgin in Aus but I don't think there's any stores actually left in my state I know both the nearest ones and the Vodafone one shut down since start of the pandemic

@OurNewHomecoach Those Surveys come back to bite the kpi of the staff member , play with caution. Telstra only liked to use the good ones , any customer argument wasn't surveyed. We lost the top bonus on error calls too(phone survey)

we will of course all recall the time i could not extra a package from @telstra for weeks because of a failed delivery, after so ending hours calling different departments to untangle wtf was going on

@Telstra 90 minutes on the phone and the Telstra tech team can’t figure out how to transfer an eSim to my new phone. Told me if they figure it out they will call within a few days. Help.

@Telstra Also, what do retirees do? They won’t have the app! You assume that I am young therefore I will use an app is that it? Why do I get the app? So its another way to show me you can fail, you don’t provide stable internet, why would I think you can create an app?

@Telstra The problem only happens at night. The chat requires me to sign in. Why should I have to wait because I do not what to creat an account? That’s not providing a service to people who pay you for stable internet, and thats discriminatory
