@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra You really need to fix your Telstra stores. I do not expect to go into one to have to put my name down on a list and wait sometimes up to 3 hours to be served. 🤬🤬 I’d call your call centre…… but I cannot understand the people I’m talking to Keep jobs in Australia!

@Telstra It’s not been a short term outage issue. It’s been a problem for an extended period of time. I have customers that come into my office and anyone with Telstra can’t access our app/website due to poor service. Optus and Vodafone customers are fine. I have to provide the clients with wifi details just so they can interact. It’s substandard.

@Telstra I lodged a complaint re mobile service in Middle Head Mosman 2088. Told it was being worked on estimated completion monday 8th. We still can’t use our Telstra mobile phones without 10 dropouts a call with awful service. Advised when it will be rectified please.

Next to no mobile signal on Unley Road - a main arterial road (we are 5 minutes south of the CBD). @telstra, it’s 2026. May be a “first world problem” but seems unacceptable. It’s actually hurting business for me.

@HaveeSnowball I worked in Telstra for 10 years and I managed a group of about 100 peeps and vast majority 70 per cent were Indian, the women were fine as for the men, i have never been as shocked as to the level of poor behavior and disrespect I saw and had to fire so many of them. Even the Indian women said they are the worst men and even worse in their homeland.

@Telstra 2 days to get expiring account management authorisation 4 2 people 4 elderly relative [mobility issues], MOBILE but NO internet renewed. She verified both on phone. Had to use “Fault”with my phone number to get a human to deal with. Have Ref number today only 1 verified
