@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Emma_Janexxxxxx @Telstra I have no plan, cheers. 😚 I am with @ALDIMobileAU (pre-paid) which also uses the Telstra network but costs me $15/m.

@LovelockEdward @strangerous10 @softhardworker The three or four times I've been in the telstra shop the service has been so bad I've never gone with them, the girl in my local Optus shop is a very helpful genius and the plans are a fair bit cheaper so I don't really want to move.

@mads_g0 About the same really. I've had bad experiences with Vodafone after working for a wholesale customer of theirs in the past so I won't touch them. So if I move its likely to be Telstra. Haven't got the email yet.

@Optus You didn't answer my question. How long will it take? I'm done. I am leaving optus. I have been a customer for 20 years will be going to telstra or someone else when I have a day off. This is messed up situation and handled very very poorly.

@JJKALE2 There is three main telco providers for 4G & 5G Telstra Optus and Vodafone, They are all ****, But Telstra is the worst, Its the most expensive and also has the worst customer service

@Telstra hi, I’ve had nothing but issue after issue trying to order a new phone. I thought it was all ok but I got an automated messaged informing me of device updates and the device on my contract is wrong. I need to cancel or modify my order please.

@recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.
