    @Emma_Janexxxxxx @Telstra I have no plan, cheers. 😚 I am with @ALDIMobileAU (pre-paid) which also uses the Telstra network but costs me $15/m.

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    I never realised how seriously @Telstra worked to lose customers. 1 Order new phone 2 Telstra ship new phone 3 Receive message saying parcel has been delivered. (It has not) 4 Contact Telstra and told I should call @startrack 5 Spend 15 minutes on the phone to find... 1/3

    @abcadelaide Telstra the worst service in Australia, slow downloads, constant outages, unreliable service, rip off service charges.

    the order. I ask why can't they just send the phone I ordered? They can't. Policy etc etc 9 I'm told I have to order all over again. Hey, @Telstra. Are you suggesting I order with @Optus or @VodafoneAU ???? Terrible experience. 3/3

    Telstra bungling of its internet service and cut phone lines for five days cost our businesses a fortune. After going to TIO, @telstra are offering $1,000 and credit on some bills to cover the 5 days. Accept or fight on? Suggestions for good service welcome. #badservice

    @Telstra are there any network issues in NT 0832? My reception is at 25% inside my house, no changes from my end. across multiple devices. done resets, diagnostics, firmware updates, but no change. max 7mb/s download speeds. any recent upgrades to 4G/5G network?

    @meggsiek @Telstra customer care is well short of acceptable. My complaints were ended without telling me and promises made and then rescinded.

    It’s not just me having this issue. It’s our entire rural community. Would be nice if we could sort this as a community, buy, I don’t know, getting someone from @Telstra actually on the ground to see what we are dealing with?
