@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra The outage site still says 22nd Sept 2020. Thats old information. broadband went down 1st January 2021. Id like actual information about situation, as work from home is important and impossible with no internet access.

@peterastein @Telstra Good luck Peter - the chat does work, I used it a few months ago and it solved the issue I had. It did take 3 days - I had a copy of my issue in the paste buffer so it was quick to “resend” into the chat each time I was transferred to a new agent during those 3 days!
