    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    @Telstra You really need to fix your Telstra stores. I do not expect to go into one to have to put my name down on a list and wait sometimes up to 3 hours to be served. 🤬🤬 I’d call your call centre…… but I cannot understand the people I’m talking to Keep jobs in Australia!

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra I wanted to talk to a human in front of me about my iPhone ear speaker not working properly and possibly purchasing an Apple Watch. And as far as prebooking, not everyone has time or knows what they’re doing every hour of the day to be able to do that.

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @vigilcnteshit @joshspankindun I personally didn’t get tickets to Rep 😭 but another Aussie mentioned she bought seats in a certain area near the stage but once processed the seats changed to a different area. I don’t know if it was a bad experience for everyone. For concerts Telstra usually has a presale.

    @GadgetGirlTracy It morphed from one thing to another to another but last I checked Customer Service and Sales -Small Biz for Telstra working remotely full time. Works with the ailments and they seem very accommodating

    @Telstra No because every time I use your outage website, it says there are no outages in my area but then I go on another outage website and there are a BUNCH of people complaining about how slow their internet is and how ****** it’s been. You need to up ur game I’m furious Ash 😠

    Hi @Telstra I have been an internet customer of yours for many years. The other night I upgraded my internet speed. And this afternoon my internet went down. When I log into my account my NBN service is GONE! Have you completely removed my account?

    @Telstra still the same hold music.. but service is way worse. Apparently the call centre via the telstra app can only raise an issue relating to them and have directed me into store to raise an issue about something that happened at Telstra store George st Sydney 1/3

    2/3 are you serious? They said the error on my account has to be directed to the store manager … why did I call? Is this how it is Telstra? Silos of business? The account error created in ALUP has now created a difficulty … which apparently call centre can’t fix …
