    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    Hi @Telstra! I use my iPhone as a remote for my #TelstraTV. However, I did an update last night and now my iPhone can’t find my #TelstraTV on my network. Any advice? Thanks

    @Telstra You really need to fix your Telstra stores. I do not expect to go into one to have to put my name down on a list and wait sometimes up to 3 hours to be served. 🤬🤬 I’d call your call centre…… but I cannot understand the people I’m talking to Keep jobs in Australia!

    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    @Telstra Level 2 case files were opened and closed without telling me. If I had been told to contact tech support I would have done it rather than waste a week. It shouldn’t be this hard for someone to get some decent customer service - should it???

    @Telstra @andy_penn Sure - will send through what I have - though apparently the case was also closed without anybody telling me. After a week of this runaround I am so over Telstra it isn’t funny. Kafka would have loved this Telstra support set up!!!!

    @Telstra Sorry - all I think you said on DM was to wait for contact regarding the 7&8 Dec faults and then raise the booster issue. So I don’t see what you have actually escalated? Won’t hold my breath on tech response timing either given it is now 12 Dec (6 days passed already from 7 Dec)

    @Telstra I have been without 4GS reception due to "planned maintenance" for over a week. This is significantly disrupting my business. Telstra never tells mobile users, never makes up for it and very poorly manages expectations. 5 years as a premium customer paying hundreds per month.

    @Telstra I have not had internet for 4 days. I cannot contact anyone at @Telstra. I have been on the message help all day waiting for someone to answer. Can someone please help me?? I pay $100 a month and would expect a bit better than this

    @Telstra , what is going on with your 134 944 number? I’ve on the queue for more than 3 hours and I’m still waiting for my turn. You are wasting my afternoon and night. Not happy with your service paying a lot of money with you and as a customer I deserve better!!!!

    Finally went into a Telstra store to sort it out once and for all. Had to wait 45 minutes to be seen and admonished because I didn't come into a store to set it up in the first place. Because I buy things in stores all the time, especially in a pandemic & they couldn't help me!

    @Telstra hi Telstra again, I have spoken to one of your representatives and they said I have PHANTOM SHAPING. I have a business account for a reason and haven’t had normal internet for 2 weeks. Texting on your service is like speaking with a table, get absolutely nowhere
