    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @Emma_Janexxxxxx @Telstra I have no plan, cheers. 😚 I am with @ALDIMobileAU (pre-paid) which also uses the Telstra network but costs me $15/m.

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @TimVanMartin @erietta @Telstra I’m told they’re moving to a “subscription model” How is paying monthly for a service, where you can add and remove features on a monthly basis, as I have been doing for years, not a “subscription model” already? What am I missing?

    Does anyone have ideas about getting @Telstra to fix an ongoing internet issue? Waiting on chat as requested then disconnected three times because I’m idle for 20 minutes, while waiting for them to run tests. @andy_penn Help!

    @TimVanMartin @erietta @Telstra To anyone following the “add a watch to my Telstra account” thread, after told in the app I must have dire debit to have a chat & must buy watch from Telstra, (wrong!) I finally read all I need to do is add One Number service to my account for $5. That took 3 days and 57 txts🤨

    @Telstra took 4 attempts to arrange an NBN installation, only for the technician do a no show without a call or message. Very poor.

    @Catalpa_Cap Yes, the app is crap but was more a Telstra mobile reception problem than the app itself unfortunately.
