@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

@capnstarlight Not sure what your issue is but feel free to lodge a formal complaint. Advice given to me my a Telstra employee once. They have to act on the complaint and in my case it meant a month or two of free phone/internet.

@TheCracksAU @FreezeSPreston Literally couldn’t pay for higher speeds. We were stuck getting 12 on what was supposed to be a 50 plan and when I complained they said it was an issue with the line. Asked if I could pay more for a higher plan, told there’s no point. Switched to Telstra and immediately get 100+.

@AaronDodd @Aussie_BB Back now, here, at least. The last time Telstra mobile went down in my area, it took 10 days to restore. 7 of which they refused to admit there was a problem. The problem, you ask? A road grader had torn cables apart. Not as obvious as one might think, it seems.

@MRowlandMP hey Michelle are you happy with @Telstra plan to remove x small data plan therefore increasing minimum plan from $15 to $25..? I understand the corprate greed angle but don’t they still get enormous government support to ensure community service obligations?

@Telstra Am now doomed to using 3g only and 4G just doesn’t function. WiFi is hopeless, drops out constantly. We were away in India Dec-Jan and a treat to be easily in touch (via telstra roaming) but a shock to come back and find this.
