    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Emma_Janexxxxxx @Telstra I have no plan, cheers. 😚 I am with @ALDIMobileAU (pre-paid) which also uses the Telstra network but costs me $15/m.

    @GrantWPhilpott @Telstra @amaysimAU Thank you for this tip. I have never been with Telstra, took me over 25 years and then I switched to them yesterday. I have never felt so disappointed and angry at incompetence.

    After 9 hrs of no phone, and numerous thoughts of “if I google *this* it might help then a “damnit no service so no google” it took exactly 8 min in @Telstra at Castletown this morning to have a new SIM activated & now I’m all good! They were great and so quick and easy!

    @cottonfarmgirl Agree had a proper Telstra tech my house to look at issue said even at 1 km from local exchange forget ADSL let alone NBN why I only use mobile or data dongle ironically my grandfather was his instructor in the PMG days

    @LaurenThemself Just MMS in general, it took a week before my mum got the message that I was rona possitive. Thankfully I'd sent it to my dad and to her again on discord so I was able to get supplies that night. I think its just the network since we all use a Telstra one.

    @Telstra Judging from the other tweets to you looks like there’s been quite a few problems for people trying to use pre-paid recharge in various forms. Hope it gets fixed soon…

    @milankakabaros @LFC_Australia I moved from Telstra to Optus a few years back and have had a much better experience. More then halved my phone bill, reliable service and much easier to contact. Apart from the dodgy twitter account they've been head and shoulders above

    Is anyone able to explain the lack of proper phone signal in #launceston cbd the last couple of days? Appears to be a ring around the city where 5G drops out and only 3G/4G is available 😬 #telstra #Tasmania
