    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    I’m going to rip @Telstra a new ******* tomorrow 2 days of NBN not working. They promised me a technician will come out today and nobody showed. The guy on the phone said “100% someone will come today” @Telstra are the worst when it comes to customer service.

    @Telstra hello, My NBN service was accidentally disconnected, a new order has been placed to reconnect. I was told I could use the mobile back up but it’s stuck at “connecting”

    @telstra We shouldn't have to wait 3 min every time a PC comes out of sleep mode for the Bigpond router to find the internet again. People have been complaining about this since 2019 and you still have recurring problems. Does 61.9.134.49 work or not? Attribute data YES OR NO?

    @telstra After a good couple of weeks since last time, once again your DNS Servers are very slow to respond. It seems you block ping commands to your DNS with the added convenience of blocking customer traffic to it as well. We shouldn't have to change to 8.8.8.8 to get out.

    @Telstra Thanks @Telstra and Lauren. I got through to the Velocity team at last and they confirmed I can have a Smart Modem. They are arranging for one to be sent here to help with the outages that have been happening. Should have it Monday all going well. 🎉

    Jesus... @Telstra 's after sales service is mind-blowingly bad. Horrible. Waited 5 days for my order to be completed and if it wasn't for my complaining, no one would have even looked into it. Now I have to wait another two days.
