    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    Omg @Telstra, its been 2 weeks and you guys still haven’t fixed a cut phone line in my street!! You guys keep pushing back the fix time date and that’s a joke!! I hope no one needs to call 000 because they can’t.

    @kyleigh_wylie yes as evidenced by HUGE @Telstra account accrued since I sold my house Sept2021. No web facility to cancel ONLY transfer to new home but there is no new home. Phone @Telstra & get "we are closed" can you hear me scream?

    @lenirobredo You never regret if the network system provided by Telstra Australia. Proposal back few years ago, partnership between San Miguel & Telstra Australia. Regulatory issues collapsed the partnership. No drop out during communication. Clear & audible.

    @rowey_au @OzzieOCE When I worked at Optus, I had people come in every day with reception issues with Telstra. The more remote you are, the better choice telstra is. In cities though, they can be unreliable.

    @Telstra No, why bother you have the reference number, I contract you for a service and you want me to do the work. You should be so far up the NBN they should not know whether they are Arthur or Martha. Typical I couldn't give a .... seen in corporate Australia.
