@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@gilestbaldwin When my second bf died, because we were unable to marry back then, I had no legal rights and couldn't cancel his Telstra contract without a death certificate which goes to next of kin, not a bf. In the end, a Telstra employee, in tears, whose son had just come out, helped.

@Telstra Is there no limit to your harassment? I spend half my day checking login codes on my mobile phone to check into my Telstra Webmail, and just now have received notification my account has been suspended FOR SECURITY REASONS? Get your act together Telstra!

@Telstra It's always crap, particularly during working hours and you know it. This helpful tone fools no one. Your tech support always give up, make a BS report, acknowledge it's at your end and fix nothing. You always send bills, though. Sydney should be fast. It's a major city. Resign.

4. Telstra is legally allowed to provide a poor quality service. It is not, however, legally allowed to lie about something as easily quantifiable as download speeds. I will rain down upon them a maelstrom of legal action until I receive satisfaction for those it's deceived.
