  @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

  @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

  @wheredidgogogo @luvmygoose Nah, ALSI uses the lesser Telstra *wholesale* network. Boost is the only budget MVNO that has access to the full Telstra spectrum. How long and securely they store D/L and Medicare numbers (which I had to divulge for my recent port) is of course anyone’s guess.

  @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I dropped Telstra after a year of being mucked about with overcharging and dead modems and took my phone NBN internet and electricity to AGL. Outstanding service since then. And $60/month cheaper.

  @Telstra I left voice messages twice, no callback. I'm trying to replace my phone and have had zero communication from any store. I'll let you know how I go; I'm literally going to walk into stores on the offchance they can help.

  @jayfeltulabing Telstra, probably most expensive but best mobile coverage & performance IMO - Wife is with Optus and has poor coverage often inc home, I never seem to have an issue except in one dodgy area between Parklea & Pennant Hills

  @emlypie Yeah it's absolutely awful. But I'm with Telstra so I'm ok. As a data & digital professional I am ******* appalled
