@Telstra You really need to fix your Telstra stores. I do not expect to go into one to have to put my name down on a list and wait sometimes up to 3 hours to be served. 🤬🤬 I’d call your call centre…… but I cannot understand the people I’m talking to Keep jobs in Australia!

@ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra another day another service drop out. Wonder if the status page actually lists the issue this time rather then me having to call up to get that confirmed and then told oh yeah there is an issue check status page even after i explained its not showing outages

@jocasta1964 By cheque. Offer her double what she wants and she if she comes up with an address. Had a Telstra “bloke” wanting money to fix internet he quiet excited when I offered to pay whatever he needed. Had to explain no credit card no banks near me no online banking set up. I will pay!

@overit_miss I had one kept ringing me, they were from Telstra and my internet was being used for fraud across the world, I played along once, they wanted me to download this and that, pretended I was down loading, dragged it out for about half an hour and called them out

Looks like we will be ringing @Telstra tomorrow to get sorted we need a technician to come out dear lord we r having so much trouble atm with wifi and our phone line grrrr if telecom hasn’t got back to us so we r going to cancel them we r in a older style house yes omg so 😖

god im so tired of my internet. for the last month it's been dropping in/out even when there's nobody online and ive tried everything, i cant even ""upgrade"" or anything bc telstra things we're ineligible for some reason while literally having a pre-established service... ok

@Telstra Yes pass it on. Alot of ppl (like my dad, a Telstra customer) don't use Facebook 🤮 or other social media. Considering this affects all customers, it should have already been sent to all. I use Twitter & I just found it. It was posted on the 12th. They dropped the ball on this 1.

@harrietannc @Telstra @BellaNikita83 Strangely. Telstra might be the problem! Had private and unlisted numbers with Telstra and there seems a way they get the numbers strangely and just Telstra numbers. Friend got call soon after also.
