@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

14 June – internet not working. Contacted @Telstra via Twitter. Now at 8 days of no internet. Was told every outage is different so this can impact the time of resolution. Thanks for nothing. 17 June – internet not working. 30 min call.

@Telstra Maybe if your customer service reps started actually listening to customers, reading notes, keeping appointments etc I'd be less displeased. Don't worry though, Consumer Affairs will follow up.

Got a scam call from #Telstra (from a potentially drunk Indian lady) telling me I could have hackers using my home internet. "I don't use Telstra," I said. "I know this," she said. "But we're the only ones who can help you remove the hackers" Do people really fall for this ****?

@Telstra Tried that, but for some reason as with Manila, you have my Account linked to some Big Pond email I have never heard of. So sending me one-time codes, which is also a new thing is useless.Telstra has gone downhill since Penn took over, once upon a time the customer rated number 1
