@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@TickHogan @MarcTennant I have very borderline mobile. 3G voice only works against the northern window and only with Telstra. 4G Data I have a small antenna and the tower is nearly 40kms over hilly country....I get 30+mbps down and 12+ mbps upload with Optus. On a 500gb per month plan $68.

@LauraMeachim In Drummonds Cove, less than 1km from a @Telstra 4G tower, there is nothing more than a weak 3G signal If it wasn’t for our generator powering the home wifi we would be without anything more than intermittent comms Even our neighbours are using our wifi system to make calls

@_StellarCon_ In that case congestion is rarely a problem. In that case go AussieBB as they have the better customer service. Telstra is better for FTTN as they are less likely to congest on the copper wiring, but have mediocre customer service when it comes to technical problems
