@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Cheers. Internet speed is fine - once the wifi connects. I get 107 down and 18 up. It’s the wifi that’s rubbish. Any tips on the Smart Modem? I’m sitting right next to it and performance is poor. Loathe to get a new one in case the same thing happens.

@Telstra I know. It’s interesting that Optus has worse coverage (fewer bars) but perfectly good data speed in that coverage. I’ve never been here except in January. It’s certainly not busy/crowded (Covid etc). I’ve also tried a few locations a few km apart with no change.

I don't think I've ever disliked a company as much as @Telstra. Paying for a service that is consistently not provided. Hotspotting most days. Just terrible.
