@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra Jessica, I can log in, but I cannot access any service. I get an error saying “something went wrong”. I’ve contacted support many times, they all promise to fix it, no fix. I also cannot access my locator account. It appears something is wrong with my profile.

@Telstra I have been trying to add a service to my account, porting my wife's number from another carrier. The verification tool is not accepting any more than 1 digit. I have left several messages via your chat tool and have never received a response.

@Idealaw @Telstra Kinda, I got a case mgr . Telstra cancelled the NBN Booking and I had to go through it again. NBN told me it was a known issue in the area, eventually it was fixed.

Extremely poor customer experience. As a long time customer I want to tell someone about how bad this service has been and give Telstra a last chance to retain my business before I port to another service instead.

@techAU Have a Telstra plan with 5g, have a 5g capable device yet no 5g. Telstra tech support has been utterly useless
