    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    @Telstra You really need to fix your Telstra stores. I do not expect to go into one to have to put my name down on a list and wait sometimes up to 3 hours to be served. 🤬🤬 I’d call your call centre…… but I cannot understand the people I’m talking to Keep jobs in Australia!

    @Telstra @Telstra By no strange feat the problem is resolved. I guess there was something in the backed that was cleared, considering it was not working in three seperate web browsers as well as the app and now it is working on both. Thankyou to whomever for actually working to resolve

    @NiKKi_E13 @Nick56412479 It’s interesting because I was with Optus 4 6 months over a decade ago-but they were terrible!I hear they’re not much better now & Telstra’s security is definitely better.I’m glad you had a positive experience during such an awful time though! Also glad you’re not with them now!

    @Telstra can’t create a Telstra ID. Not receiving verification email or text. Moved from Optus the other day and need some help finishing set up of account and adding Apple Watch to plan.

    @ChrisMinnsMP As a blanket policy this is ridiculous. Take @Telstra for example, they should have remained as the owner of the network, wholesalers only and not involved at all at the retail level.

    @JennaPrice @gavinlmiller1 @Telstra T's so keen on privacy it's almost as if they use it as an excuse to deny service. Bit like being digitally disappeared if you don't sign up for their app. If they can't "authenticate" can't help. Can take your money tho. On hold, T's msgs say app'd save you... 4 whole minutes
