@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Emma_Janexxxxxx @Telstra I have no plan, cheers. 😚 I am with @ALDIMobileAU (pre-paid) which also uses the Telstra network but costs me $15/m.

@beyondbeeton @Telstra @Aussie_BB all the way. Flawless, instant local customer service. Actual NBN service has rarely missed a beat and on those occasions (NBN line issue) they advocated/escalated to resolution.

@paulwiggins @Telstra I had a previous complaint which was escalated. They offered a discount in recognition of prev issues. They then closed complaint, stated I said that I do not accept the discount & that nothing would satisfy me (I readily agreed to the discount). I cannot contact anyone about it.

@Telstra are you able to sort out case ref# 28128653. My understanding is that if the customer elects to get a phone repaired and you can't repair it and you also don't have a phone in-stock to replace it, you should offer a #refund. Not screw the customer.

Well, @Optus, I give up. No-one from Optus will assist me, I keep getting disconnected after spending 15+ minutes on hold. I'm going to tell multiple Optus customers that the problem is with Optus, and that they should switch to @Telstra or @TPG for mobile services.
