    @Telstra I wanted to talk to a human in front of me about my iPhone ear speaker not working properly and possibly purchasing an Apple Watch. And as far as prebooking, not everyone has time or knows what they’re doing every hour of the day to be able to do that.

    @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

    @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

    @Telstra You really need to fix your Telstra stores. I do not expect to go into one to have to put my name down on a list and wait sometimes up to 3 hours to be served. 🤬🤬 I’d call your call centre…… but I cannot understand the people I’m talking to Keep jobs in Australia!

    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    Ugh. The technical difficulties are driving me bonkers. Nothing is being #FIXED. @Telstra keeps stating there is no outage but so many people in the area affective. No internet, no @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help !!! My connections all are fine. It’s clearly an outside issue FFS

    Super perplexed by @telstra's NBN service. After I sent an inquiry to upgrade a couple of weeks back, I've had some of the most bizarre, incoherent communications I've experienced from any business.

    @Telstra Hi Team. I and the estate now has connectivity again. Please pass on thanks to the team responsible and I advise that your front line support team get better communication to pass on to users as the outage pages don't supply any detail.

    @Telstra Who was the genius that thought messaging service was a better customer experience? Needs to be sacked immediately! All I want is to upgrade my internet... 10 year customer and get treated like garbage. See ya

    So Telstra's latest trick to never provide any service to you is to not publish their phone numbers on the Contact Us menu, but force you onto chat, then leave you waiting on the chat so long that it goes past 8pm and no one is answering at all and they've just gone home.

    @bobbiejay14 @sallymcmanus @ellenmfanning Everyone's concentrating on the small fry Uber rip offs. Never forget it started with labour hire firms which morphed into so called employment agencies. Telstra had people all doing the same thing on 8 different 'deals' at 000 when I worked there. No one claimed employer status.
