  @Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

  @Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

  @Telstra I texted them via message on iphone. I can click on the support number on google and it gives me the option to “Get help from a telstra expert”. Should I speak with them on the MyTelstra app?

  @Telstra 3 days now with no mobile service at Port Victoria, SA. Eftpos machines down too. Outage page has "to be confirmed" for restoration. How's about providing some sort of update as that's pretty crap.

  @Telstra Thanks for the reply. That’s another 24 hours this community has been completely disconnected from services. This issue appears to be ongoing and I trust that Telstra can do a better job in keeping rural and regional Australia connected in 2022.

  @Telstra They didn’t ! I gave up at 110am today. I said convert my sim to a post paid service, they then had the wrong sim even connected to my account. No solutions offered. No phone working! SOS

  I've received death threats, including premeditated threats traced by Telstra to a payphone in this era when mobile phones are ubiquitous. Death threats are awful to receive and experience. They are never ok, no matter who they are made to
