    @Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

    @Telstra Hi Greg, I have been a long time customer on a 50Mbps plan. I was told that I could save money by changing to the Core Plan, at the same speed. This isn't the case, as it is 25Mbps. (1/2)

    @andy_penn Before fixing the climate. Any chance you could fix my phone fault, for the second time, caused by Telstra for the second time - but twelve months apart! Hard to take a CEO seriously when his own backyard is a disaster. #cantchewgumandwalk

    @DrShaneRRR @Telstra @Plantronics I just hate plastic crap/landfill and never buy cheap electronics for this reason. But cos points rather than 💰, I didn't realise it was cheap electronics garbage. 🤬

    @Telstra That's not my bag. I don't want some poor Customer Service person, who probably hasn't been given all the information themselves, to wear this. That we are in 2021 and can't change a connection speed more than once a month is simply laughable.
