@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

  • TraralgonTiger 🐅🏆 TraralgonTiger 🏆🐅 (@TraralgonTiger) reported from Traralgon, State of Victoria

@Sam123Price @pudlet37 Always relied on Telstra's time service 1188. "At the third stroke it will be..."

@GregGibbo28 Was it a verbal threat on telstra app or did you lodge a complaint online with ombudsman?

@Nicole87740873 @Telstra Here’s what I can’t work out. It’s not good for their customers, it’s not good for their staff and it’s not good for their shareholders? Why run such an ineffective and inefficient system? And I work in the public service…

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported

@Telstra No I don't. I know how to look up the hours of my store. Telstra have done enough to "help" today thanks.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported

On to the third muppet. Still no activation. Still no explanation of why @telstra are completely incompetent. Were at 3mins to complaint time

  • BizzaroSmurf1 Bizzaro Smurf (@BizzaroSmurf1) reported

@Telstra Pretty clear what the problem is. I don't want to be direct debited. And I'm currently not. But if I change my plan (which is completed) I'm being told I can only remain with Tesltra if I switch to direct debit. I've paid all my bills previously.

  • KiduDj Dj Kidu (@KiduDj) reported

@Brad__73 @andy_penn Surely better than other. Have a plan to use backup. I think your problem is not with Telstra, but the person who architects your comms platform. Change your IT advisor. I think potentially Telstra may have advised you to invest on backup?

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported

Ah Telstra, 11/10 for consistency. I had low expectations and yet again you didn’t fail to disappoint. We’re almost 40mins into a chat session and my new esim still hasn’t been activated.

  • elizabeth_BBC greg (@elizabeth_BBC) reported

@Telstra @chilenitos22 Just cancel and go to Optus

  • karLcx karlos (@karLcx) reported

@Telstra only in that it seems like telstra's network just isn't as good as optus' network in my area. i get half the signal i got with optus, and just as many if not more blackspots. not that impressed to be honest. i thought if anything i'd be blackspot free.

  • DuffmanGay The Duffster (@DuffmanGay) reported

@lukesmindright Most of the other Telcos don't put you through this garbage. Just cut your losses and select a new phone company today. Cheaper, easier, better support and better selection. You know I'm right Luke. Anyway - good luck and hang in there if you stay with Telstra.

  • Nicole87740873 Nicole Moore (@Nicole87740873) reported

@lukesmindright @Telstra **** I seriously hope you get it sorted. Sucks to loose so much precious time dealing with **** that should be so simple.
