This week @woolworths provided me a $35 refund as missing product replacement as per their Point of Sale (PoS) system from poor service, @merchtable immediately shipped me my correct record colour they got wrong but @telstra refused their wrong information, faulty sim and refund.
Thanks @Telstra! Ring up about an issue and it’s 100 times worse when you hang up the phone!
Thanks Vodaphone. I'm missing a little pin for my iPhone we use to change or remove a Sim card. So first stop phone repair kiosk they can't help. Next Optus nah but try Woolworth's. Next Telstra not at all helpful and no suggestion. Vodaphone interested to serve and handed me one
@Telstra I have been a loyal Telstra customer for 35 years paying my bills every month. Unless someone from your Bunbury depot arrives here in the next hour that will all change
@Telstra Well I am going to the Ombudsman because your Phillipines supervisor can’t solve the issue. They finally quoted me the number they have sent the SMS to but it’s not one of my mobile numbers. Honestly - hopeless customer service
@Telstra They didn’t say anything about a temporary solution. Just that we have to wait.
@messbian @Optus Omg, when I was with eden we set up an internet thing together( bad decision) but it was never actually connected properly. They didn’t disconnect it until JULY and they told me the outstanding amount was wavered. It had been disconnected and didn’t appear on my Telstra app
****. Telstra said the internet should be back by the 24th. THE ******* 24th. I have work to do and NEED the internet.
@iiNet They discussed with me. As I told them, your issue with @Telstra Is not mine. As stated you are bound by the act to provide a basic phone service n to have faults fixed within a reasonable time. 48 hrs is reasonable, 120 hours or 5 days is not reasonable... #iinetfaults
Telstra said my new phone would arrive overnight, it's now been 5 days 😭 it's not that long but they went out of their way to bang on about how fast and efficient it would be making promises they can't deliver on. I would have been fine with realism but I don't like let down
