@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

@HappySinger @Telstra @andy_penn Its ****** that you had to go through it telstra is a o er valued company that has **** all care for there customers or staff. I only use telstra services for my mobile for obvious reasons. If they didnt hold the tower monopoly they would have gone bankrupt along time ago

@Telstra We did this trouble shoot thing on your website and it detected a problem I think and they fixed it. But the upload speed is still inconsistent. I 5 upload and on your website it says I should be getting 6-8 upload

Just had the funniest phone call ever. Someone impersonating Telstra said I got a virus through my internet connection and that they need info to remove it. Just wondering, do people actually fall for **** like that?

@Telstra but you know... as with all things @telstra... nothing is ever easy... it's taken what an hour to do a 5 minute task and chat support as still pissing about trying to validate using a number that hasn't been active for 5 years... go telstra
