@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

@GregGibbo28 Was it a verbal threat on telstra app or did you lodge a complaint online with ombudsman?

@ClareONeilMP I am an Optus and Medicare customer who received a very plausible Telstra bill look alike scam email today. Companies must be required to their improve cybersecurity and have expensive consequences for not protecting customer data.

  • D_A_Stafford David Stafford (@D_A_Stafford) reported

@Telstra Your boilerplate response is offensive, as is Telstra's disregard for customer service. The level of stupidity exhibited by this lack of process shows exactly how mindless the decision and policy makers at Telstra really are. Can't even manage your own product set. Imbiciles, all

  • Kathleenmary211 Kathleenmary21 (@Kathleenmary211) reported

@Telstra issue seems ongoing with log-in using two step authentication with the pin. Never had issues before I set it up. When I contacted mytelstra the lady et others problem at your end.

@Telstra My phone having no service at all case number is 46307265

  • OzandyHoward Andy (@OzandyHoward) reported

@Telstra Thanks, but can you put a limit on spoofing so that we have a target to report? Every scam call and text uses a different number. Is there a global ID you can use to track them from within the network, or a way of reporting while connected?

  • itsjustjules97 Jules (@itsjustjules97) reported

@Telstra We already have called them yesterday when they didn’t call the first time after we waited the first hour. It’s beyond a joke. Considering we have already paid for a service that Telstra is failing to provide.

  • 4XTraderAUD MelbourneTrader (@4XTraderAUD) reported

@MrKRudd Still **** that NBN just ask Telstra #nbn

  • libertyscott Libertyscott 🇬🇧 🇹🇼 🇺🇦 🇰🇷 (@libertyscott) reported

@LewisHoldenNZ would have been Telstra, but it decided to invest by another means, and ultimately the RMA and Councils made the costs of installing a full third network seem prohibitive

  • mishyloan Michelle (@mishyloan) reported

@natasha_yann Dropped a car off at Sydney airport & watched in horror as the attendant backed the car straight into a concrete post. Another time: new car was in for its first service. Back was totalled & they blamed us. Apprentice confessed he backed into a Telstra box outside our house 😭

  • OzandyHoward Andy (@OzandyHoward) reported

@StuddertNatalie It's really hard if you need to accept a call. I just got the LINKT SMS scam text for some reason...they probably sold their customer data, or let the script kiddies take it. I hope Telstra fixes this soon!
