@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

I've had a decent go at @Telstra and @NBN_Australia on here when they've screwed up. But we had the NBN go down last week, the Telstra app was thorough in diagnosing then booking an NBN tech. The NBN tech was excellent and worked hard to resolve the issue, which he did. Bravo.

BWAHAHA! Just had a scammer call, female voice falsely claiming to be from "Telstra Internet" so I just put my phone down. Next thing I know I hear a male voice "Hello? Hello? I can't hear you?". They had opened another line and called someone else without hanging up on me.

@Telstra 22 days later and still no result. Honestly the worst support model a human could imagine. How do you get escalated to level ‘some human just sort it the hell out’ ?! Please. 🤬

Hey @Telstra I’ve got a few awesome ideas on how to improve your customer service: 1) Don’t charge customers for things they don’t want! 2) If you “accidentally” do, don’t continue to charge said customer every month, even when he keeps coming into the store to get it fixed!

@runbeagle @embingham215 the Telstra example in the module was really promising in the effect a fast and direct reply can have on helping to ease the impact of cancel culture #curtindigipr

Help @Telstra! Emailed more troubleshooting on case 41076252 (INC000100959050) and got auto reply 'case resolved' & 'cannot reopen' 😠 Surprised me as I had no updates, and of course the problem is not resolved - issue still exists. Nb Im trying to spend more money with you...

@Foxtel_Group Last week after 20 years, l cancelled your service due to changes happening and Telstra restructuring what they provide. My Foxtel unit is HQ 2. Should you need it back, send a prepaid satchel. Thanks.

@Telstra It doesn't help matters that today is 2 months since we lost Mum. I'll never hear her say my name again and that sucks.
