    @Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

    @Telstra This is a joke. Its been almost 3 weeks this has been happening! 3 weeks! I live in the suburbs not Siberia, why is it so hard to get this fixed? And where's my compensation for the multiple days I've wasted on the app and phone doing the same troubleshooting for nothing to help?

    @MarekRivers I've got that one too... we need to change the dealer! lol And another one, posing to be from Telstra, telling me my Internet service was about to be terminated and that I needed to get on my computer and follow his instructions to stop it! ... they are busy these days!

    And yet again @Telstra manages to outdo themselves in the worst customer service experience ever. It couldn’t be worse if you deliberately went out of your way to make life difficult for your customers.

    @Telstra I'm really fed up at this point. Once this issue is resolved I will be changing my internet provider, because I have had next to no help. And the speed at which you help your customers is non existent. Never had this much trouble before the NBN. But now it's hell.

    @CraigKellyMP Melbourne CBD currently has a Telstra outage, so no live feeds are coming out, coincidence? I think not
