@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

@HowardLacy6 @MikeCarlton01 Main issue, is Telstra et al don't provision their towers to deal with the load mobile broadband requires. Live in a zone that had rubbish adsl (ie <1Mbps) so most used mobile. Tested at 3am with few using = 50Mbps+. Any other time during day, <2Mbps purely to congestion.

were upgraded from copper wires everybody had to be trained for how the new systems will operate. PMG has always afforded opportunities of employment, but has never stood for incompetence, and now Telstra show why Australian ingenuity is at the fore. Or, it must have slid so that

@JohnVilnis @NBN_Australia @Telstra I'm with Aussie Broadband and I very rarely have any trouble with them. In fact, when I told them I played games online, they tweaked the settings to improve my gameplay.

Does @Coles now have the worst customer service in Australia or does @Telstra still hold that record? #pathetic #customerservice

  • aFaeryHasNoName a_girl_has_no_name (@aFaeryHasNoName) reported

@Telstra No, you guys are horrid. I wouldn’t recommend you if my life depended on it! Worst telecommunications company ever. Issue after issue, it’s never ending.

@SynapticThread @RobbiePHannan Our home internet is shite a lot of the time. FTTC but no where near as good as FTTH, despite paying the top tier thru Telstra. Again today I had to connect my Ipad to my phone hotspot, which was on the mobile network, to get online.

  • anncherie49 💧Ann McGlynn (@anncherie49) reported

@AlboMP Still waiting for NBN. 50km from Sydney CBD and relying on ancient Telstra owned copper network for shonky ADSL2 connection. Frequent dropouts daily, informed 18 months ago Telstra abandoned the line, i.e. no repairs. #NBN

  • usaussie01 David Brown (@usaussie01) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MikeCarlton01 Yep utter Bullshit Mr Fletcher. When Turnbull announced the fibre to the node approach, every Professional IT person in the country cringed. We knew that the old Telstra network was way past its use by date and would create nothing but trouble trying to handle NBN transmission👎🏽

@CoaltrainHunter Same mob that destroyed the value of Telstra shares held in everyone’s Industry Super funds by setting up a parallel service. Yep, that was smart.
