    @Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

    Anyone here with knowledge of Telstra / NBN / fixed wireless? A question about Internet provision. We are with Telstra as provider and have fixed wifi (a dish on the roof). We are happy with the service and speed.

    @Telstra I've already spoken to your complaints department, they have zero interest in resolving it. it's with the ombudsman now. Complaint number 2022/10/04925. have tried to resolve this amicably but your company is not interested. Sick of being lied to
