@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

@Telstra I have been far too patient and then the other day I received an email that I was going to be charged for the router. If this is not fixed I am not only going to HR I will reach out to news agencies and consumer services. This is not how you treat your customers.
