No new NBN orders due to “global shortage” of parts from CHINA needed 2make connection box - SINCE JAN 21 - WAS until end April-May NOW end May-June. 6 MONTHS. WTF😡

The lead in line has been damaged and 4 hours on chat to support which netted me the same result ... nothing but nonsensical repetitive questions is infuriating. Who can we call? Anyone else know?

We are running a new cable back to the pit but need telstra to connect it back in. The support team this a.m helped but I’m still going around in circles with some folks on chat not getting the issue at all
