    @Telstra how are you meant to reset a message bank pin, online support won’t do it, you talk to anyone on the phone, and we are in full lockdown so are not meant to go to stores

    @NBN_Australia Yes, we’ve had technicians coming for 1.5 years and little progress. I’ve been told need to organise through Telstra but they have no customer service atm. Outside work done, but can’t seem to connect to house.

    @Telstra So, if someone doesn't have a smart phone they can't cancel their service with @Telstra???! Pretty sure that's illegal. I've tried calling all hours of day and always get hung up on, and web app doesn't allow you to cancel. This seems pretty illegal to me!

    @Telstra No I upgraded my package because you guys changed it from 1 terra to 500g now I'm unlimited for $90 a month and it still absent taken effect plus I had to go into the store to do it cause your b.s call center is just a robot now and also when you actually get someone they hang up

    Hehe. I keep getting slightly aggressive voicemails from Telstra regarding our NBN issue. Nah, I fixed it by closing the account but I wish the departments would talk to each other.
