  • Niksterisms Nikki Clare (@Niksterisms) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra can you please advise if there is any ongoing issue with the NBN in Kings Park Vic 3021 area. It’s been over 3 weeks now and it keeps dropping in and out. I’ve replaced a cord and it’s still happening. Thanks

  • AuspiciousTimes Claire 包玉思🏅🥈🥇🥉🥇🥇🥉🥇💉💉💉 (@AuspiciousTimes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TMFScottP @Telstra @NBN_Australia Agreed. My provider offered broadband back as of all the problems in the area. I'm sure others had the same offer. I'm also sure it will improve one day. However school work needs to be done.

  • daniel2509 Danial Smith (@daniel2509) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I sent a request via the app but nothing so I took it straight to Samsung and it seems the video and multiple forum post is not enough for them to admit their s22 range has this issue. They want it sent for analysis and repair before considering a refund.

  • ShaneBryan_IT Shane Bryan (@ShaneBryan_IT) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ScottRhodie @Telstra Even their “Telstra Connect” Enterprise customer portal is sheer trash. Errors, missing services, exports rarely work. So over their ****.

  • Niksterisms Nikki Clare (@Niksterisms) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@maesy5 @Telstra Yep! 100% I don’t even bother anymore. It’s frustrating and such a waste of time. Apparently it dropping out consistently is no issue. I think we’ve all been taken for a ride on this.

@PhilipBouchier @Terrytoo69 Telstra has always been crap . NBN is crap ! So many better high speed networks should have been optic fibre start to finish ! Bring back PMG things worked back then!

  • mikjcal Mick (@mikjcal) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

  • NickIvaninMelb Nick in Melbourne (@NickIvaninMelb) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Best play of the day in the #aflgf so far has to be the Telstra ad during the break, highlighting how safe their network is…

  • meholt not your real Dad (@meholt) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Brodhe A slightly different issue though. This was names and email of employees from 6 years ago. LinkedIn will tell you more about the people who work for Telstra. our emails aren’t exactly hard to figure out, they’re just our names and the domain.

  • daniel2509 Danial Smith (@daniel2509) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks, but if the Samsung store is unable to resolve this issue in their store I don't think Telstra can. I will continue my discussions with Samsung and hopefully get a refund on this S22 and go back to an iPhone.

@VaniaHolt9 From memory, Wicks was chair of NBN Committee before stepping down for various reasons and the CentralCoast has been having lots of problems with NBN stability… there are only two Telstra/NBN specialist technicians here, others have to do day trips from Sydney … it’s a mess

  • common_mans the common mans thoughts 💉 (@common_mans) reported

@Telstra Thanks for the follow up , I am still to find the time phone Telstra to fix the issue that couldn’t be fixed whilst I was on the phone in the Telstra store yesterday. Ridiculous bureaucracy and a waste of my time.

  • KatAstroFy KatAstroFy (@KatAstroFy) reported

Nice one @TelstraAU! Just received a scam call from someone claiming to be from Telstra, went to website to report.. After entering details + clicking on 'submit', message on screen "Misuse of service" "Something went wrong" "Try again later" Hmm, yep 🙄

  • farhanmunir Farhan Munir (@farhanmunir) reported

@Telstra Hi Telstra, there seems to be a problem with your phone support service. I have been disconnected 4 times now.

  • AllergicToWoke I ain't buying what you're selling (@AllergicToWoke) reported

@Telstra Unfortunately not everytime I either get connected to a support person or get a call back there is silence and the phone is hung up on your end. I have just tried to log another callback. It seems like the support person can't hear me and is hanging up.

  • jeff_verlander jeffrey verlander (@jeff_verlander) reported

@Telstra area 3038 internet really slow and keeps disconnecting youse say youse are the best internet provider but you ***** can’t keep ur internet up for more then an hr like get ur **** together sorry for bad language very frustrated in ur service tbh waste of money

  • Gundishy Richard Connor (@Gundishy) reported

@Telstra Thanks Laura but a bit of common sense and a Google search would have given it to you. Also a website that refuses to take location details for a hazard is some really bad legal work

  • spectreofme1 spectreofme (@spectreofme1) reported

@TammyWolffs @Optus that is INSANE! The issues in the last 24-48 hours are the exact reasons people steer clear of Telstra. Hope it's a one-off, but would appreciate some complimentary data.
