    @AleagueHub As as a Telstra customer (and not going to change) I would miss the football app. But the combination of having the EPL and the #ALeague on the same channel would be good.

    @vanOnselenP The ex Telstra copper wiring was never going to be up to the job according to ex Telstra techies I have spoken to. We have waited two years and only now have we been told we are eligible to connect to NBN because the old infrastructure needed to be upgraded in our neighbourhood

    @Telstra just having problems with phone,my plan and applying the Telstra app. Elsternwick branch advised me that due to isolations no one can assist... WOW. The lad needed a bath.

    Internet now been down since Tuesday of last week. Countless hours on hold on the phone to @Telstra And assurances it would be fixed. Technician apparently being sent yesterday still hasn’t arrived. A nightmare trying to work and study from home 😡

    @NBN_Australia So im waiting for updates from @Telstra, who are waiting for updates from you...and your response to Telstra is we’ll fix it in 7 weeks...then your customer can book in a new appointment.... which will be another 2 weeks.

    @NBN_Australia you did some work outside my house on Saturday and ever since we’ve lost @Telstra cable internet. Been trying to contact @Telstra now for four days but no response. Can you please help resolve what ever have been done immediately.

    My mobile is not accepting calls. I'm with Belong, which operates on @Telstra. It looks to be affecting all Telstra services at the moment. Can make calls, data works, SMS works. Just incoming calls aren't working. Message says service isn't connected.

    @Optus severe issues making calls from my mobile phone on your service today. Colleagues with Telstra didn’t have difficulties I had. I am paying higher than average monthly premium

    @NBN_Australia @awssecuritysyd @awscloud @AWSstartups @thelivecoders My other problem is I have NBN to the node but copper up to the apartment (1st floor). I don't really want to pay the $350 for @Telstra just to provide a quote. Just tell me how much for free and I'll most likely just pay you to upgrade me! 🤣

    To those trying to call the shop and find your calls going to a lovely French ladies mobile we are trying to fix this issue and have been on hold with @Telstra since 9am this morning. You can text through any orders or questions to 0438 693 162

    @emilyquintin I have just told a @telstra tech that a) it is not only me and b) no one is using a home phone and c) I do not have a device that can Ethernet to my modem. He is steadfast that he can fix my equipment problems. 🤯
