My main question, @telstra, is, when the F are you going to at least pretend to have a customer service?
-
Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I’m trying to tell you your system is broken and you’re acting like I still have open tickets. There’s a number of other issues, but obfuscating the ref no and time frame numbers in an open chat string is a fail. Please acknowledge that.

Croydon Cathy (@croydoncathy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra have just spent 2 frustrating hours in your Gold Member online support. I had a major fault on my home internet last month.just need a record length of problem. Why so hard to get?

Ugh the Telstra business support line told me I need to go to a Business Centre, the guy at the centre didn’t seem to understand my problem, I’ve gotten nowhere in 3 days and I’m frustrated 🙃

Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I know I’m writing in Twitter. I’m not a moron. But I’m reporting a problem in the Telstra app to you via Twitter. What’s your point? Are you trying to be obtuse?
-
Ben Ross (@BJssoR) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Customer feedback led Telstra to bring their call centres home , in another five years they may realise their services are severely overpriced..

Dan Wilkinson AKA @hotndelicious 🎞🌊✨ (@hotndelicious) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
as I wasn't physically able to leave my apartment. The only time I've had worse service is with Telstra. Tell one of your customer service team to look up my number and call me today! And why should I have to wait 48 hours for a refund for something that was your mistake???!!!

Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
Telephony is the only service where the cost has little relation to usage and value. Telstra “gave” me more data every year but my usage needs have not changed. Now I “have” 180gb/ month but have used less than 18gb/month this past year. But they insist I go to a new “plan”
-
Daniel Eastwood (@yeoldeguildford) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Yes NBN stuffed it up. They put our cable in the wrong port, or the other way around. Either way, it's fixed now, and your company didn't fix it. I still have an outstanding fault when I called the automated message 10 minutes ago. I need my account closed. Mobile to remain ...

Diana DJ (@DianaDJ7) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@bobbylosbravos @bcurrall80 I get 50GB for $45/month on Telstra thru a pre-paid plan I bought from JB Hi-Fi. They were the only Telstra reseller I could find and I refuse to go to Optus or Vodafone due to terrible experiences in the past.

Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Does that mean we don’t have an ongoing agreement for @telstra to supply a mobile service for a recurring fee each month? Does that mean every month the terms change? What governs the nature of our agreement for you to supply a service for a monthly fee? Is that not a contract?
-
Josh (@wombatdigital) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Benson20201 Senis no longer owned by Telstra not a Telstra issue
-
Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra You’re not getting the issue. A year ago you “gave” me 80gb/month allocation when I dont use more than 20. Now you’re “offering” 180 when I don’t want or need that. You’re offering me 2 loaves of bread a day when I agreed to one a week as that’s more than i need. Why change?
-
Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions I’m being asked to agree to and am sent a web page. What king of terms can anyone legally offer when they aren’t given as a copy to the customer on agreement? Is this #legal, @Telstra

@chozari @BriarBush We left Telstra@our 1st KP address & had to come back at this address bc Optus doesn’t service our street.. services all the other streets around it but not this one … their service doesn’t suck anymore but it took 2-3mo to get the service up to speed! And lots of whinges here!

@Telstra Hello, I am having a lot of trouble contacting you. I can't call, I can't reset my password on the app. I have had an outstanding fault for a month that you could not troubleshoot. I have a different internet provider now. Thanks for asking. Please terminate my Telstra internet

@danwht @SamuelBrealey Oddly a good example is Aussie telcos. If they all stopped trying to steal market share from each other they’d make heaps of cash. Vodafone = value Optus = entertainment Telstra = network
-
Shane Bryan (@ShaneBryan_IT) reported
@Telstra No. Why don’t you speak to them! It’s your network.
-
Geoffrey Badger (@greenbadger49) reported
@Telstra Thanks Ash. Long story. Received new modem, installed it, worked ok. Failed yesterday. Tried trouble shooting, including a factory reset via telstra app. Wifi worked but could not connect to smart tv. Disconnected new modem and reinstalled old modem. No home phone

NBN outage for 3 days now, stuck on LTE mode on modem. Yet still @nbnco and @Telstra both say no outages in my area. Trouble shooting wizard says outage, the SMS confirmation says technician working on outage. What a cluster....
-
Sam L (@lopizzo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Zero wireless connection & lag from our Smart Modem & it doesn’t move to the 4G network when there is an outage. Last 3 days has been shocking . Can you help?

@argamingpakist1 @PlayStationAU Telstra gateway. I've tried different DNS's, port forwarded, hard wiring. It doesn't make sense that the speed test is quick and the download speed is slow unless theyre different servers or speed limiting. What did you mean when you provided the download server?
