@outbackjunita Yep! I believe Aldi use the Telstra network, so should should be able to use Aldi sim in your area (The Aldi Mobile website has a coverage map that includes your area too)

@Telstra Call forwarding has dropped out and currently unable to take bookings/ orders at business extremely frustrated and terrible phone customer service

@abcnews Telstra cust service is dreadful, impossible to talk to anyone, if you're lucky they're very hard to understand. Message app only works 50% of the time, takes 2 hrs of back & forth messages for a simple task. After 42 yrs I left Telstra went to @AussieBroadband phenomenal service

@Telstra I’ve got a complaint in the system already, been to the local store, Spoken with a telstra representative about 10 times and nbn twice. Im extremely tired of being asked to escalate. Cannot this be done by telstra themselves.

I’m not having much luck dealing with support @Telstra as far as I can tell the bad tower has cellid 13769012 - if I walk around and connect to a different tower I can get 90 Mbps download. Bad tower is < 1 Mbps
