    @outbackjunita Yep! I believe Aldi use the Telstra network, so should should be able to use Aldi sim in your area (The Aldi Mobile website has a coverage map that includes your area too)

    @Telstra Telstra, An update on why there are connection issues would be great! There were no warnings about any disruptions. The 13 22 00 number isn’t being answered and the online chat people aren’t responding. Please advise on best solution.

    @Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

    @JacCoffey @CallieBuddy Hello, Telstra, I'm standing on the highest point of my house, just to make this service call. I'm not wearing any polyester or rayon to reduce static interference, I'm not near a radio dish or EMF/EMR device. To boost my voice volume have a venomous snake adjacent to the signal.

    Is it just me or is @Telstra gold support via chat just a complete disaster? 2 days of trying to sort a simple question, 4 times I’ve been provided the wrong auto answer, generally 45 min waiting for a response, still not even close to a solution #servicefail
