    @paigecardona Telstra more expensive and customer service leave something to be desired. But, in my experience, the best product around by a long way.

    @Telstra Cable NBN is down at The Gap 4061 since the storm at 6pm, the 4g backup is so slow that even gmail is not loading. What is the ETA on service restoration.

    @Telstra such a pathetic way to deal with your broadband customers. Can’t even reach people. waiting time to talk to customer care is min 40 min everyday.

    @paigecardona Stay away from Telstra! Worst service and way too expensive. I’ve just left them and hooked up with SpiTel. Internet is super quick, no drop outs and it’s $30 cheaper a month

    @Telstra It opened another box in another window. Go figure. I'm now having a conversation that is going on for 10 minutes trying to cancel a single $29 service for my iPad I don't need any more. Can't do it in store. Can't do it via email. Can barely do it on chat. FFS.
