@rhysam @Telstra I got rid of my landline when the NBN was being put on. What a kerfuffle. Neighbours reported slow NBN... I changed to mobile phone only, using personal hotspot to run tablets, computers, etc. And 3 streaming services. Bloody brilliant solution for me. Fastest internet I've had.

@Telstra my daughter has been waiting for her phone since 17 th Feb and just gets no resolution when she contacts you. Appalling customer service, spends ages trying to get through to anyone and when she does they hang up! Absolute shambles !!

@burgess_ag It never ends. Some days I can block 20-30, no exaggeration. Does my head in. Yesterday it was every version of fake telstra I've ever seen.

@cathywilcox1 I answered my phone with :" Hello, Telstra help line, how can I assist you?" and the guy said :" No your not, I'm from Telstra." I laughed and said:" Why are you calling your own help line? Are you having issues? Can I help?" He got so flustered cause I kept offering to help him.

@Telstra You won't do Jack. You never do. I've been reporting this for 10 years and spoke to your rubbish techs who refer it upwards and never fix it. It's because you can't handle the number of customers, especially during business hours. #Testra is an incompetent ripoff. @ChrisMinnsMP

@Telstra @VickyKott Talk about pass the buck. This is a typical telstra response…provide useless information with the aim of fobbing off the customer. You claim you are cutting edge yet you cant guarantee families in high growth areas any certainty of service. Totally unacceptable.

@rkd993 Dude, as NDIS applicant I never had more frustrating experience than dealing with @billshortenmp 's office. I currently have five different reference numbers because those children employed in his office don't check or update any systems. #NDIS under ALP is like Telstra. #auspol
