    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @NBN_Australia I can however give you a general outline of the issues. The copper network is so degraded it fails frequently. Communication between Telstra and NBN apart from opening job numbers seems non-existent. Telstra has been unable to provide any repair timing information from NBN.

    @Telstra Sorry - I will not be putting such details on a social media platform (for various reasons) - And besides, you shouldn't be trying to just patch up one irate customer. @Testra should be rather planning to lift its entire game!!

    @Telstra Multiple fault call centre operators have told me when I call for information on existing job numbers they cannot tell me anything until they have retested my router (takes ages) even though the fault is diagnosed & documented by on site NBN tech visits to be in the NBN network.

    @Telstra Thanks responding but Twitter is not a secure medium. I have had death threats & **** threats & even people calling my old school & local hospital to try to scam them into revealing my address. I have lodged a complaint through formal channels and will await the outcome.

    @AndrewY87296210 @Telstra Every time they upgrade the signal from eg CDMA to digital or 3G to 4g it gets worse, it’s like the signal is that fine wave now that it can be blocked by every tree of building

    @Telstra Thanks but it's a general problem. Not just my phone, other regional residents & travellers too. A variety of locations. Got what used to be enough bars, but phone not downloading or uploading. Presumably related to 3G, 4G change.

    @Telstra Hi Michelle, As I said earlier I feel it is unsafe to submit specific personal information via Twitter, even in DM. I would prefer you address the underlying structural issues with mgt; that is FTTN fails every few months (old copper) & your/NBN processes are not fit for purpose.
