    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra Good morning, I have reported the faults with Aldi and Woolworths, which use the Telstra Wholesale network. I have run into a user who is with Telstra who is also experiencing the same issue so its not restricted to the WS services here.

    Fanks @telstra getting my text reminder today that my pre paid would run out ... yesterday wasn't as helpful as you might think. I know I should keep up but on the other hand texting on time really should be within your bailiwick. Kind Regards, Customer etc.

    Every time I try to get help, you're simply directed to a complaint line where your complaint is black-holed. Every time you get further, they look at a map and say "there's no black spot there, you're mistaken, maybe order a new SIM card". Telstra's service is utterly pathetic.

    @Telstra Hi Victor. Problems with my service but also appearing on other devices on Telstra network (resellers). Speeds from 0.1-0.5 Mbps all day. Can't get through to log a fault.

    @vodafoneau - classic case of "it doesn't matter if you WFH we are going to conduct maintenance on our services during business hours" 4G backup doesn't work - maybe was just a selling points to keep up with Telstra... 4G hotspot from my phone is at speeds of around 0.1-0.2....

    @Telstra you totally suck at customer service. I have all my services with you and just wanted an eSim but you couldn’t make that happen through message, phone or in person. Walked a few steps to @Optus and it was all done in 10 minutes.
