@ShaunHodgins @AltoCarol @crownsfive1 @billshortenmp Yeah I don’t agree. One example, Telstra would never have been sold off. Telco infrastructure would have been maintained and upgraded. The NBN may not have been required and thus we would not have had to buy back and rent infrastructure that was previously owned by the tax payer

@Telstra It won’t be processed. Because the tool is down they allegedly cannot transfer credits at all. Telstra is going to SNAIL MAIL me a CHEQUE like it’s 1992. I wasn’t even born in 1992. Your internal processes are a bit of a joke sometimes!

Dear @Telstra and @NBN_Australia you service is really crap. Installed a new wifi router today, at my own cost and streaming sucks just like before with a Telstra wifi router. 3rd Internet, 1st world country. Give me my taxes back. You are pathetic.

with the Telstra line outside my house. A Telstra b level technician was booked for today (confirmation received via SMS between 8-12 today). I had to cancel a shift, so not getting paid. No one has turned up.

I requested a credit transfer from one @Telstra account to another THREE weeks ago and it never happened. Apparently their “credit transfer tool” is broken but no one bothered to get in contact with their affected customers (me) about it. Thanks, Telstra.

The message from all this nonsense from a business point of view is that 75% of all their deliberations are fruitless. Just like Telstra found years ago that more than half of all phone calls were abortive. If the actively resolved issues they would save a lot of wasted time.

@Optus Hi Optus, your contact centre is awful. I completed an application for a Qantas Sim Only deal, 4 emails asking me to call, 4 times I have called, each time the agent is not able to complete the process. Tried chat, they tried to sell NBN. think I'll stay with Telstra??

@deeplongstop @Telstra I am having a similar problem with them. I have had contact by message twice in the last month and both times they are going to fix the problem and sort my account out. Hasn’t happened yet. It won’t. My next step is going into a shop to sort it. I’m done with them.
