Or treat as benefit payment if condition of release met. Pragmatic approach required IMO.

    I visited a @Telstra store today & had a bad experience as expected. I posted appropriate Google review & checked reviews of stores around Australia. Most stores have two-star ratings. If you are garbage as a person, working for @Telstra seems to be the job for you.

    @Telstra Internet not working in Jervis Bay Area and Telstra tells me they are closed until 8 am tomorrow morning. That's not 24x7 service by any stretch.

    @Telstra I have been a pre-paid and postpaid customer for several years, and really don't appreciate what you are inferring with your last comment. I have been at this for more than an hour now, and I CANNOT find any page that will allow me to add a new payment method for that service.

    @peternlewis @Telstra I got emails from the UK’s NHS (pre covid) for some grandpa who used my email. I sent emails to a help desk that auto-closed every ticket, and even called the hospital (from Japan) who never answered the phone - nobody cared they were leaking private info for over a year.

    @FuryInMe3 I went out mask less and there were quite a few naked like me. I only encountered an issue at Telstra. They said they couldn’t serve me without a mask so I relented because the server looked so scared. Food shops, the bank, all okay 👌

    @Telstra not only do you not provide 24x7 customer service, you don't seem to know what customer service actually is. Why request a DM and then not reply to that DM when sent to you?

    @ANCALERTS My gosh both of you, listen to yourselves. Other providers like Telstra wanted to come in with better service than either of you for far cheaper, and they were told "that's too low". Like the government, both of you pride yourselves in exploiting the nation.

    @VodafoneAU Dunno if a 20 year loyal customer should have to stand in a store for over an hour while they transfer business to consumer, only to be told another 30 minutes of my weekend? No thanks. Don't care about my loyalty, I don't care about it anymore either. Hi @Telstra
