-
Tom (@_tomthorpe_) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@Telstra why did Telstra the gap shut down? It was great for us in western Brisbane.
-
Jordan Millar (@jordanmillar) reported from Brisbane, Queensland. @Telstra really has the worst customer service of any business I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Nearly 4 hours trying to get a status on my account on their “online” chat. Been asked the same ID info multiple times. Shocking.
-
James Cridland (@JamesCridland) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@EverywhereTrip @Telstra I’ve personally found their tech to be very good indeed, but dealing with their customer service to be similar to repeatedly stubbing your toe while being stung by a wasp. We have one Telstra mobile left in the house - I moved everything else away.
-
Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@Telstra Like your team has done with my new NBN order which never arrived along with your technician after 3 appointments.. and your pathetically incapable non-existential customer svc.. only implies that Telstra has lost interest in selling new business.
-
Ben Preece (@Ben_Preece) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@Telstra I thought the same. I’ve never even been given a time before, yet he did. His name is Peter. The link takes me to a rather useless bot. Why does not one single of you people have any accountability? I’ve been screwed today constantly.
-
Ben Roache (@benroachie) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandOh, did I say I have an order number? I have a type of order number I’ve never seen before in my life, doesn’t work in any of Telstra’s order trackers, and now, when others are getting StarTrack tracking numbers, I’m left high and dry with literally no information.
-
TAJ PABARI 🇦🇺 (@tajpmahal) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@VodafoneAU poor form guys. Office modem you supplied faulty - 2 weeks of back and forth, 2 hours on hold yesterday, no solution on how to pickup new modem. First day w/ @Telstra NBN today. You lost a loyal customer of 8 years. 7 mobile + NBN connections @VodafoneAU
-
Richard (@RichardWKerr) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandNo internet for over 24 hours. #telstra is useless and doesn’t tell you what the problem is or when it will be fixed
-
Ben Roache (@benroachie) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandI’ll just add @andy_penn that your Twitter support team’s best suggestion was to cancel my order. You can’t make this stuff up. After a decade, I think I’m officially done being a @Telstra customer. #telstra
-
Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@jessdotceee It's a plan to get Kayo subscribers. For Telstra customer's $15 per month. Clearly a long planned move. But yeah harsh if FTA is your only option

Brian Craddock (@Br1anCraddock) reported from Brisbane, Queensland@Telstra have actually suspended my account because my credit card details aren't current (due to a hack last month), even though I'm in credit (I make weekly payments ahead of billing). Couldn't update the new CC because their app has been down. This is how business is done now.
-
Jase Clamp (@jaseclamp) reported from Brisbane, QueenslandThis is the second time this has happened. Last time, the technician said "someone must have accidentally disconnected the physical line at the exchange". What are you going to do to fix this @Telstra ?
-

Don't Listen to words. Watch their actions. (@wakeuptotheleft) reported@DarcyMiddleton @AmeliaBee7 It’s not trans hysteria mate, we moved my two nieces from a public school to a private one as they were allowing a boy to shower with 12 year old girls and when the parents went down to the school they teachers were attacking the girls and offering to re educate them , where I currently work ,the young kids that work there also go to a government school and a 16 year old is now allowed to shower with the girls and this **** has hit the fan at that school. It happens is workplaces too, I worked for Telstra for 12 years and then another big corporate for 10, we had a gym on site for all staff and it used to be quite busy before and after work as it was free. Then the morons announced their trans policy and allowed the males to shower and undress with the females. No one complained because they know they’d get in trouble and 95 per cent just stopped using the facility, meanwhile on teams everyone is talking about how ****** it is and how no one can say a word. This is issue plays a big part.
-
K•A•N•E (@kanethesaint) reported@Teh_Jkr @Optus Prepaid is the best option. No more need for greedy companies like Optus! One of the worst employers around after Telstra!
-
Deepuc (@deepudips009) reported@Vickibrady @Telstra have you ever tried contacting your premium support on Telstra app? you should try
-
WaltzingRNLilydale (@rn_lilydale) reported@newscomauHQ The 🇦🇺 government does the same, on a much larger scale. Federal agencies (Immigration, ATO etc.) and major contractors have long outsourced call centres, customer service and IT work to the Philippines and India, thousands of roles. Telstra, banks and others do the same.
-
Devil's Avocado (@CaptHughBeard) reported@Telstra I'm an Aussie working in the US for a few years. I keep my Aussie mobile account paid for when I come home to visit. Can you please explain how mobile data charges are higher with you in Australia, compared to my US cell service on mobile roaming?
-
deirdre ritchie (@deirdreritchi10) reportedSame with Telstra. Anyone who has hearing issues finds it very frustrating when you are speaking with someone from overseas with a strong accent.
-
Elizabeth Anne Kelly (@kellynettlefold) reportedTelstra r no issue when it comes to recharging which is identical to th Microsoft Product Key. Punch it in PC=dun.
