    @Telstra wow, no ability to call a number anymore, just a message service where it takes over 2 hours for a response. Upgraded to superfast service and all Telstra manages to do is send me another modem and no speed upgrade. Not good enough Telstra!

    @troyhunt Telstra was sending me bills for someone in Perth with the exact name as me. This was happening for a few years; even though we have different DOBs and I’ve never lived in WA.

    @mickskehan Woolworths mobile operate on Telstra network apparently. So the wife can move from $55/40GB plan to $25/18GB plan 🤔

    @Telstra It would be appreciated if you could take note of my concerns and raise them with the relevant people rather than having to fill out a form every time my service drops out. This is what I meant about zero customer service. It's practically self serve with Telstra nowadays.

    @Telstra No outages in any of the locations I just mentioned. Same for down home over the last 4-5 weeks. I'm ready to pull the pin and move to Optus, because to get you guys to take this seriously I have to pretend I have a device fault & spend hours chatting back and forth with India.

    @Telstra Originally I thought it was local to my home region, but today I have been from home to Frankston and then Lilydale/Crawford (Victoria) and mobile reception for me and others traveling with me has been woeful. If it's multiple users, it's not device. Has to be your network.
