@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

Have wasted so much time today trying to get @Telstra to sort out a zombie bill that they’ve been billing us. Don’t think I’ve come across such bad customer service before. The Telstra team on Twitter are nice but their helpline counterparts were woeful and kept cutting out.

@MatthewBevan Are you being asked for your password repeatedly? Or are your devices simply not being allocated an internet facing IP via the router? I have the latter problem with Telstra kit. If the former then I'd suspect a de-auth attack aimed at mobiles because it's less obvious.

@MatthewBevan I use two iPhones with a Telstra modem. My 2019 iPhone has no issues but for the past week or two the iPhone 8 has constantly struggled to connect. I thought I might have dropped it one too many times.

@MatthewBevan My iPhone 8 is pretty dodgy on our Telstra wifi but the hub’s newer phone never has a problem. Do iPhones come with self destruct software so we upgrade?
