    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    @JulianBurnside Tried for six months to get Telstra to hook up our NBN. They literally couldn't be bothered. A "technician" came out, kicked the dirt and said, Nah. I called Skymesh to see what they could do. Two days later it was up and running. Telstra is the worst.

    @Dwl19701 @JulianBurnside @Telstra Hate to defend Telstra but NBN ARE the cause of much of the current faults in the network. A government created monopoly with very little oversight, largely maintained by overseas staff. What could go wrong?

    @JulianBurnside Telstra service has been non-existent since the pandemic and other weather events shut down their O/S customer call centres. You can’t get through in the phone and now have to go to a store. They’ve lost a lot of customers. I switched to TPG. Great value and service.

    @Telstra I am getting SPAMMED on email. I’m not a customer- haven’t been since 2005. I have no idea how you got my private details. I’ve unsubscribed at least twice from your marketing emails and now I’m reporting you to the ACCC for breach of the SPAM act

    @JulianBurnside I’ve had TPG internet for 20+ years (which I believe is via Telstra) and I’ve hardly had any problems. Certainly far less than my friends with Telstra.

    @Telstra Ivan, I can't access the tool. Twotter is the only internet based service I can use at all, it must use minimal data. I will DM.

    @JulianBurnside I used to work for Telstra and now have none of their services. I use iiNet and have done so for 15+yrs. iiNet went from a little WA telco to #2 telco in Australia on the basis of service. I was worried when TPG bought them out, but so far my fears unfounded.

    @JulianBurnside What's Telstra? Just kidding. @iiNet for me, after their horribly frustrating customer service slump after being gobbled up by TPG, they've come good again. The tightwads at TPG realised their penny pinching ways were damaging the brand perhaps?
