@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Telstra inreresting that after three months of trying to get a resolution Telstra has dropped contact after promising a complaints officer, now they do not respond. The Telecommunications Ombudsman now has given @Telstra 21 days to engage so now 10 days with no followup. Shame

@Telstra 2/2 Spent 3 days on message app on phone to find my issue is not solved, have to wait for hours to get a response. I paid to unlock fee of $25, your team couldn't find it. My troubles are not over yet with Telstra, restart again morning

3 day outage and counting for @Telstra small business ADSL. Slack responses using app. Call 132000, call cuts out twice, after 30 mins try calling again, get though auto prompts... BUSY SIGNAL! @elonmusk @SpaceX would you hurry along with that little #starlink thing?
