    @caryion Nice takes me 8 years to upload clips tho because Telstra has dogshit upload speed. I would post good vids and clips but half the time it’s too slow or bugs

    @OUSAK You need the Telstra unit as it has the modem built in which the UDM doesn’t have. The FlexHD connects wirelessly to the UDM and forms part of the mesh network. Ideally, I’d plug it into an Ethernet back haul but the place isn’t wired.

    @Telstra major fail yet again by Telstra, on hold with them after clicking a link they sent me to do with my service and was transferred to the Woolworths helpline. Like ... words cannot explain how inept Telstra is, I have moved house a few times and it’s never worked! 🤯🤬🖕🏻

    @Telstra I have spent a lot of time on the phone with the NBN assurance team. I can see that my DM has gone through. I guess it’s time to start exploring other network providers.

    @StickelSam @Telstra I got a response from them via there app, told there is outage in area but it not showing on there site, was meant to be fixed by 7pm last light by hasn’t been, was marked as resolved by agent, when I asked why has this shows resolved, pushed wrong button is response

    @Telstra Tom, I’ve already wasted so much time speaking to people regarding this. I’m not starting the conversation with another person only to have to wait further. I was told I’d receive a call back on Monday by the person (Ash) looking into the issue. I didn’t get that call back.

    @Telstra Thank you. After numerous phone calls and visiting a Telstra shop, I finally worked out how to connect with a Telstra representative in Australia. I simply had to make a request as “ dispute”. Then I avoided the the call centre, resolved the problem with an astute representative

    @Telstra Telstra are a recurring problem. The worst customer service in Australia. You force us into online chat where things go in circles, agents just flick between chats and do nothing. What they ‘do’ never gets done or done incorrectly. You’ve always been bad but it’s getting worse

    @Telstra Feels like the only way I can get real support is through social media...? The people on the phone are extremely rude and unhelpful, my internet has been dropping 19-30% packets since Tuesday night, making certain sites unusable. Nothing wrong on my end.
