@KoparaFallsKid Don't ring @Telstra then. After the automated conversation which takes about 5 mins they direct to their (fu*king useless) website...thereby telling you you are an insignificant customer and then hang up on you.

@FOXTEL_Help this service is idiotic! We have just gone thru the endless pathway to access our fox account to watch something on our Telstra tv and the ******* thing won’t work! Why must it be so hard! Are u trying to make @netflix or @Stan better options? They are easier!

Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!

@Telstra Telstra please DM me I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 weeks now, no website response, no telephone response, no response at shops. Only communication is today Ai received a bill I will not be paying. Terrible service.

@KeeniMaree Thank you. I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. Wfh, critical to have solid connection! Appreciate the feedback

@chrismurphys @Telstra Sounds similar to my experience a couple of weeks ago for my dad. 90 mins, ended up being sent a new modem, didn’t fix the landline, he doesn’t have the internet anyway. Went into a @Telstra store to be told needed new phone. Problem fixed itself without a new phone. #TelstraSux

Is this just me? NBN sign up... @tpg sent the modem to the wrong address & then tried to activate the account 2 weeks before agreed - so cancelled @Optus assured us the modem would arrive Tuesday (as we're moving) - looks like 23rd now. So will cancel this too. @Telstra next??

@BillyFosterPics Absolutely. Anyway glad your problem finally resolved. I’ll with sharing that during the last call I had with a Telstra call centre operator there was a real-life barking dog, no kidding. I found it difficult no to laugh, I didn’t want my call to used at a staff training session.

@Telstra @edenjlee I'm a Telstra customer. Some of my worksites use Aussiebroadband, and that company seems to have no trouble providing staff via phone for technical support. How is it that the giant that is Telstra isn't able to do the same? Makes me want to leave despite 20 years with Bigpond

@Telstra I'm glad you agree that it's odd. I have tried MANY times and MANY hours on the useless chat trying to find a support agent that understood. One chat agent took 1.5hours just to respond to my answers of name and date of birth, & the total time spent on the chat was nearly 8hrs!

@Telstra I have tried to be patient but 4 days later and 4 different occasions of having to repeat my issue over and over via a chat box window is driving me up the wall. The chat box is not working for customer service, they don’t get back to me for 30mins each time!
