@Telstra Telstra please DM me I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 weeks now, no website response, no telephone response, no response at shops. Only communication is today Ai received a bill I will not be paying. Terrible service.

@Telstra you people have apparently been working a fault in my area for couple of months for mobile, person looking after complaint isn’t very good at updating on what’s happening and I have emailed them and they are out of office, it would great to know what’s the go

@FOXTEL_Help this service is idiotic! We have just gone thru the endless pathway to access our fox account to watch something on our Telstra tv and the ******* thing won’t work! Why must it be so hard! Are u trying to make @netflix or @Stan better options? They are easier!

@RandaltsRandal @Telstra Telstra are providing NO customer service currently. They say they are prioritising. Not sure how when they don't speak to their customers. A communication company that doesn't communicate- what a joke!!!

@KoparaFallsKid Don't ring @Telstra then. After the automated conversation which takes about 5 mins they direct to their (fu*king useless) website...thereby telling you you are an insignificant customer and then hang up on you.

@StickelSam @Telstra I got a response from them via there app, told there is outage in area but it not showing on there site, was meant to be fixed by 7pm last light by hasn’t been, was marked as resolved by agent, when I asked why has this shows resolved, pushed wrong button is response

@Telstra I love this video @Telstra but I hate yr guts. After having a bigpond email account for about 10 years, for 2 months you wouldn't help me get my bigpond email to work properly. It now sits in my account unused. I have a perfectly functioning #gmail account now #LoveUMarkHumphries

On top of the hassles with my mobile phone yesterday, I've had to disconnect my deceased mother's 70-year-old landline service. I started organising it a week ago, and yesterday Telstra rang to finalise it. It was quite an emotional experience that took a surprisingly long time.

@Telstra internet connection is showing upwards of 50mbps as expected however sites such as google take an obsurd time to respond as well as the fact that i am unable to play games on my computer due to such high ping, bandwidth seems to be horrible - Athelstone, South Australia

@Telstra Eventually escalated to tech and @NBN_Australia. Outage was acknowledged by your teams, albeit 3 hours later... Down for about 5 hours. More works in the area are apparently scheduled, hopefully they're communicated... All g for now 🤞🏽
