Wife on chat with @Telstra to buy a new iPhone for three hours. Person at other end set up a 24 month plan instead of 12. Cancelled but $90 refund not back for a few working days. Said he’d be back in 10mins to sort things out, waiting another 30mins. Appalling customer service

@Telstra I just want to relay how bad Telstra support is. I know what you are thinking - did I expect any better? However my latest issue went even beyond the worst I could imagine. I was on with support for 7 HOURS and absolutely no resolution. Surely that's got to be a record!
