@Telstra I have reported the issue to Telstra, in some detail. Someone from Telstra was meant to call me back yesterday, they haven't. Never mind about the 'speed' of my service, I virtually have no service today.

@Telstra I checked my mum's phone the wifi was enabled but not connected else where. I'll check my sisters phone when she comes back because she has a strongest hotspot. If the problem still not resolve, it must be someone in Frankston downloading Chris's files or the cable is corroded.

@Telstra It improves when I go into the city. It seems to be a signal issue in Brunswick! I would normally say it may be something to do with the walls/building but as Optus works perfectly fine I can’t see that being the issue!

@Telstra We have been without service for 3 days now, no internet,phone and no foxtel. How can a provider such as yourselves be down for 3 days.embarrassing..we pay over 300 dollars per month as a package we will be expecting quite a substantial discount on our next bill

Anyone else getting calls from supposed Telstra advising because of naughty people corrupting our internet service that we will be cut off for 15 days. Little do they know with 4 girls in the household I’ll be better off. Ohhh if only it was true. Seriously though be careful.

@Telstra Hello luci at Telstra. If you look up my customer record you will see that Telstra gave me the runaround with a modem that didn’t work for 7 months said they would refund me for the internet that never was but instead extended their crappy contract. Sorry. Never again. Ever.

@Telstra hey, is there any issues going on with the network or in my area? Cloverdale, 6105. Online checker says no issues but I can’t load anything. Having to hotspot a Vodafone user for a data connection. Embarrassing!

@Telstra Ask you complaints manager that was looking after my case or refer to the TIO complaint I’ve lodged already. Your internal complaints managers need to be trained in how to be empathetic. I’m sure it was an offshore team that handled it. Poor experience

@Telstra Train your staff better. Some of them are quite rude and disrespectful. One of them said I was silly to be upset about having no internet for 7 months even though I had been paying for it. Pretty crappy really.
