@Bababooie42 Ahh yeah. Ive reported the links to Optus as they had an Optus header.. Mum got identical on her Telstra number with a Telstra header. Optus is trying to track and take down the websites. They spoof phone numbers and all different websites. One of mine was a little old lady

@Damion23 @Telstra @Apple Never open an email or click a link from an unverified or untrusted source. Even if it looked legit (like from PayPal, auspost, uber eats etc) you should go direct to their websites and login, never use links. Scams catch people who are frivolous and lazy, don't be one of those!

@margaretthrosby @Telstra Margi - @ the nbn Minister on here - they get back to you and fix your problem that they said would take months within hours.

@Telstra the saga continues, after making a complaint about NBN service a case manager arranged a technician to come out. Just received a text saying I would be charged $135 for the first $30 minutes then $40 for ever 15 minutes after that. Seriously. Punished for complaining!

  • mmuzzle_of_bees kristoffer paulsen (@mmuzzle_of_bees) reported

@Telstra I just got this from a chat “I am sorry, I have checked and I can see the mobile number you have mentioned is not available in your account. The mobile number is not provisioned and we are unable to help you with the activation of the service for you.”
