    @Telstra Sorry I couldn’t reply because 3G is intermittent in Woodgate as well. When it all came back on it wasn’t relevant . Pretty poor really when infrastructure’s already in place

    @Telstra I have never experienced such bad service. My 80 yo mum can't use her internet. I can only access Telstra service via chat. The app kicks me off. I've been going 30 mins and the 'expert' is still stuck on my billing address vs. the service address. Terrible.

    @7NewsMelbourne @JaydeVincent Ill fkn show you harsh From now on any bills that are due United energy,telstra,foxtel,rates and ato debts to be collected at my bbq area on the due date at 11pm to 1105 pm. If you cant get over the gate or past the dogs bad luck. I keep it. Thanks for fking our country

    @Telstra How in 2021,18months into a pandemic,does an 19 year old supply for ID, electricity, water or a lease agreement,when she lives at home..? But never got told before she turns up at appointment. Can anyone at Telstra help. For the love of God

    @Telstra Well it isn't me, it is my daughter Klara, we can't believe how it could take so long to activate her card, you have given her 3 and you are still saying it is the sim. Perhaps you are the problem.

    @Telstra Finally found a way to speak to a real person. I hope problem is now fixed and have a case number. But really Telstra- your in the business of communication- people want to speak to other people- not everything can be solved by the bot. Time to do better.
