Hey @Optus... trying to give feedback about sh!tty coverage in a Hospital. Your team has "reported that everything is working normally, so the issues isnt due to the network" ... rubbish. Telstra IBC works fine, but yours doesnt. You try holding a call there and you'll see.

@agentsmart @aparachick The “burner type” Android phones I’ve had (and not really used) were sent to me by Telstra when they shut down the 2G then 3G networks - even though I’d already replaced my dumb-phone with a new (if old-fashioned) Nokia - often eBay’d from O/S ‘cause not offered here). Cheap as!

@DavidSandow1 And just wait for the price increase from Telstra in July for your service, have battled with Telstra the last few weeks with the same problem and nearly the same circumstances your in to no avail, people telling you to get starlink, you shouldn’t have to when it once worked

When is the @accc going to launch an investigation into @Telstra coverage map claims? #accc waiting, waiting, patience running out. There are now two issues to investigate (1) CEO claims to investors (2) coverage map bloopers- time to act - stop dithering. #auspol @TPG_Telecom

@RositaDaz48 It is getting a little better from a very, very low base. If I had a Telstra problem, I used to allocate more than 1/2 day to sort it out. It took me weeks to change my NBN ISP from Telstra to another, largely because they kept telling me the new company had to make the switch!

@RositaDaz48 Sadly I have had to deal with Telstra and or its UK counterpart BT since the mid 1980’s, they have not changed one little bit. They are indeed identical entities of stupidry, lunacy, infantile phone tag and incompetent customer facing management. The staff on the phones are okish

🤯🤯 Following the launch of Telstra Satellite Messaging on Tuesday – Australia’s first satellite to mobile text messaging service – over 100,000 text messages have been sent or received using Telstra Satellite Messaging. @Starlink changing lives.

I’ve exhausted options - Telstra has a monopoly on copper network. I can get a technician in to more accurately diagnose - I may do that, repair may be simple. But that’s costly too. Starlink doesn’t need 5G, uses low orbit satellite - only provider whose modem/router doesn’t emit toxic frequencies.. (measurable with Trimeter).
