@Telstra No outages. The speaker starts to break up a bit like bad reception or interference and then I hear nothing but I am on -87dBm according to some app. Apparently, the listener can still hear me even then.
@GaryNunn1 I actually have Prepaid with Aldi Mobile. Generous data at low cost, over the Telstra network. I buy my phone outright too as it’s much cheaper than any plans on offer with Telstra.
hey @andy_penn , yes she recieved a call only after I chased @Telstra for one. It was an apologies and excuses call - as opposed to the promised resolution call she was urgently awaiting... alas - it was not to be. Yet another day, another @telstra failure.. @ACCAN_AU
@Telstra The items were in stock. I was checking on my order status but was told it was not done correctly so agreed to cancel and do it again. No one can tell me why the second order was cancelled. Very frustrating and disappointing. Ended up buying a new phone from #apple direct
@GaryNunn1 If you have international calls to make, 6-7 Gb p.m usage (+free data for Apple Music) then Boost has the best deal at $150 p.a. Works on Telstra network
@Telstra @telstra still waiting! And now no reply from Twitter for two days, stellar service NOT, Day 21 of no customer service #joke

@GaryNunn1 Aldi mobile uses the Telstra network without the Telstra price... but not sure if it supports things like multi devices or Apple Watch - I put my husband on $35 Optus plan (plus $15 to link iPad and the watch was free for the first year) with 30gb
Just went into a Telstra store and was ready to sign up a 24 month plan with a new Pixel 4. In the customer-free store, with 3 staff memebers on I was told that "these 2 guys have actually just finished for the day so there's no one who can help you." No wonder retail is dying.
@mikebethune @markjs1 @Aussie_BB Umm NZ fttp rollout is a gov thing, but with the help of telcos. ALP tried to do the same here but the hurdle of Telstra prevented it. At least NZ telecom were smart and split retail from wholesale and worked with gov to do the rollout.

@Telstra Maaaaany cooking tutorials later, my issue was finally sorted. But dedicrated isn’t a word, huh. Thanks x 2
