    @whatsler @PerrettReport Not a Telstra customer, eh. Telstra admin is so stuffed that you can't call them, phone rings out; ironic eh? 2 hour wait at my local Telsra store and they can't fix anything. Make an online written complaint, wait a week - they can't reply - go to the TIO.

    @PerrettReport @MSMWatchdog2013 All the time - got sick and tired of bloody Nicole from Telstra but they seem to have gone back to call centres - I used to play with them but now I just hang up.

    @eleaud Have had the same one recently. They became so argumentative when I was telling them I wasn’t with Telstra for any service. Next time I got the call I just kept asking them to tell me my name and they hung up

    @MichaelWestBiz I’ve only had experience with NBN fixed wireless and satellite delivery. Both with iiNet. I’ve found it an overall good experience. I only have mobile with Telstra now. Telstra is a customer-service-free zone. They couldn’t deliver a pizza.
