So disappointed (not surprised) with the lack of support from @Telstra today. They insist on sending a @NBN_Australia tech to my office who turns the internet off on me before leaving. They now refuse to answer me (for hours) on their SMS service. My business is harmed by this.

@WakeinFright @Telstra Unfortunately there’s no way. But if you use the My Telstra app and use the word “complaint” a lot, they’ll get someone to call you. Either that or move house. That got me my own private phone agent.

@Telstra Yes Jimmy completely dead - I have a claim number but the store can’t replace bc Bob who took my call “forgot” to put that a replacement was needed. After I asked him 3 times if he had done it. The lack of service within Telstra is disgusting
