@Telstra Thanks Ollie, so the house had been renovated and the phone access point is in the laundry unused and unneeded. Our cable modem had been in our line room for 8 years. Im unsure why there is no support in moving the access point as without this being moved we can't hook up devices

  • SueDuke1 Sue Duke (@SueDuke1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@DanielAndrewsMP The lack of power also caused @Telstra to completely drop out in our area. Meaning most residents had no power and no phone reception or mobile data to contact emergency services OR receive emergency messages for over 8 hours. This is a serious issue that needs fixing.

  • matthewpitcher MP (@matthewpitcher) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • JohnBilling3199 John Billing (@JohnBilling3199) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra trying to speak to someone and your automated service cuts me off. Do I just go straight to #ombudsman seeing as you are not prepared to talk? And your robot saying I'm not a critical client.... hmm? Think the ombudsman and my treating Drs may say different, but anyway

  • simonemonique28 Simone (@simonemonique28) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hi @Telstra I’m trying to call to speak to someone about my service and I’ve been auto hung up on three times. I’m currently in Melbourne so can’t really visit a store and I need to talk to someone. What is the best way to talk to a person? Thanks

  • G1NCHY g1nchy (OAM)* 🦐 (@G1NCHY) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@newscomauHQ @telstra wasn't there to support locals when the jobs were off-shored. Where was the risk management process to deal with this situation. Why would employees lookout for a company that hasn't got their back.

  • Dlanorx Arrr Nelly’s son 👀 🦘➡️🇦🇺 AZx2+Mx2 (@Dlanorx) reported

@David_Fklyf @Telstra Firstly you need to reference the decibels Then you need to understand that your ears, turn the volume down, whenever the volume is high. If you then increase the volume, it happens again. If this happens for too long, it does not reverse, especially with high frequency

  • SixDieter Dieter (@SixDieter) reported

@GladysB You are a good reason to never join Optus. I’ll stay with Telstra.

  • MarkDav28417535 Mark (@MarkDav28417535) reported

@Telstra No. So I have to buy one of your modems because your service doesn't work. Really, in that case you should provide one because we have had a number of outages over the last few years and months. As far as the bill goes it should be credited automatically.

  • SiebenJon David Jon Sieben (@SiebenJon) reported

@TelstraEnt The worst telco for customer service, with unreliable connectivity, never give these guys you real ‘main’ email address either, since my ombudsman complaint, Ive been spammed by disgruntled Telstra employee/s with malicious emails and Telstra can do nothing ….

  • dorjekasung Paul Brownell (he/him) (@dorjekasung) reported

@Telstra Is 5g home internet down in Canberra? Our connection has been offline since 8:30 last night.

  • FourRedShoes Hilary Davidson (@FourRedShoes) reported

Australia's national phone carrier @telstra has appalling international roaming options. NO service on PAYG - phone is effectively dead. On Upfront plans, must pay $10 PER DAY for access. Only some legacy plans allow PAYG international service - for twice as much as I pay now.

  • MarkDav28417535 Mark (@MarkDav28417535) reported

TELSTRA The worst telco in the world. Now we are being told it will be another 12 days without the internet. What could possibly take that long to fix ? This is 2022 you are kidding me. I blame Abbott, Turnbull and his mates. Hard to work from home.

  • Rob2563 Robstar (@Rob2563) reported

@Collyneben @Telstra Yes it is. Just like buying a car that doesn't work and parking it in the garage lol 🙃

  • Squiggle45 Vanessa Mooney (@Squiggle45) reported

@Channel7 your 7plus app is not working on Telstra TV. It keeps showing the 7two stream. Fix it
