@Telstra Hi, I cant log into my webmail, It would have to do with new VPN service that I just installed so its getting a different IP address, its asking for Two Step verification, but I don't have that switched on and the contact details email and mobile are old ones i dont use

@Telstra Coverage in Melbourne CBD is apparently reduced or patchy. Perhaps it is the Victorian State police using signal jammers. If this is the case does Telstra support police interference in a service that customers pay you for? Use of such devices is a Federal offence.

@Telstra At 29 of July I request moved my home internet service to my new address by chat and I got and email with this number OET-488901, moved appointment was 4th of August, which was good because I leave my previous house at 30th of July. But the move process did not happen.

@01000011CS @Telstra what are you talking about? Is this some spam? Optus- pay as you go (prepaid) i usually pay between $60 and $120/mth- each time i want a big internet unlimited 24 hours - it costs me $5 add on Lately- I'm forking out $110 - $120 a month for about 120gig not bad I suppose
