    @NBN_Australia Great to hear things are working as they should. We signed up to @Telstra and @NBN_Australia 14 Feb and are still waiting to be connected nearly 5 weeks later. Slow to assist us,if someone could action this would be helpful and save us time and money chasing service providers

    @YabaiKankei It’s got that character. Don’t worry about that. The problem is some companies have a “she’ll be right” attitude, which means half-arsing the important things. Looking at you @Telstra

    @Telstra Can you fix your basic internet services! It took overnight to download updates, which should have been done in just 10mins in any other country on any other (better) internet provider

    @Telstra Bit hard giving me a call when I have no number, as I now have to wait over 24 hours for it to port! And now I'm having dramas getting SIM cost reimbursement and transfer of my $30 pre-paid that is on the wrong SIM. Fix it!

    @Telstra Hopeless, keep getting told it can't be done and that I have to pay for a new starter kit and fork out for another topup.... Get your act together and fix this mess

    @Telstra my internet has been very slow recently, slower earlier and glitchier throughout the day, normally after 7pm it would be bad now it’s bad at 5pm and nothing is loading after 7pm, this isn’t normal. It is normally ok with a few spikes now it’s just bad all day.

    @Telstra Imagine charging a customer for a service / product you blatantly refuse to provide. 10 weeks of experiencing 5-100+ drop outs a day. Your support staff say "there is nothing we can do until 5 drop outs are recorded, we can only see 9 in the last hour" 9 is more.than 5

    @Telstra I ended up giving up on sorting out the issue tonight. It took over 27 minutes to gather details and that was before I even went through the trouble shooting process. A job for tomorrow. Thanks, Matthew.

    @panicxdisco They seriously are. As someone who’s been on Optus & Boost before Telstra is the best for network plans for both phone & net comparatively bc even tho they’re lockon they’re really good for poorer ppl like me. My net is a terabyte a month for similar reasons bc they’re affordable

    Hey @Telstra your app sucks. Waited 15 minutes so far just to ‘gather details’ to be able to troubleshoot a faulty modem. Not a great ad for customer service.

    @Telstra Yep did that they suggest try again at 8am , which is why original issue wasn’t pursued .
