@NBN_Australia Great to hear things are working as they should. We signed up to @Telstra and @NBN_Australia 14 Feb and are still waiting to be connected nearly 5 weeks later. Slow to assist us,if someone could action this would be helpful and save us time and money chasing service providers

@mjrowland68 so many scam calls!! NBN co, Telstra disconnections (not with Telstra), Amazon TV (amount claimed incorrect), EBay monster fictitious purchases (no). I count 3 seconds, when no one speaks I hang up, block the number, but still they call 😖

@Telstra If I have a post paid number am I able to get it swapped to another number I have without adding a second service? If I have 04xx xxx xxx on Telstra post-paid, and I have 04xx xxx yyy on boost am I have to change my post paid number to 04xx xxx yyy? Losing pp # is fine.

@Descry @TruNoom And as a response to your issue with Telstra, they're garbage at finding faults and will usually just quote you up a new line for several thousand. I've stepped in multiple times to fix Telstra fuckups for a 20th of their price.

@andy_penn if you want to know what the problems are in Telstra , grow a set and ring some of the 100' s of thousands of disgruntled customers instead of listening to ones blowing smoke up your arse desperate to keep their job and scared of you finding out they are inept.

@BreakfastNews I try to mess with some of them, but often get disconnected (sometimes they hang up, sometimes Telstra's scam monitoring kills its).
