@YabaiKankei It’s got that character. Don’t worry about that. The problem is some companies have a “she’ll be right” attitude, which means half-arsing the important things. Looking at you @Telstra

@NBN_Australia Great to hear things are working as they should. We signed up to @Telstra and @NBN_Australia 14 Feb and are still waiting to be connected nearly 5 weeks later. Slow to assist us,if someone could action this would be helpful and save us time and money chasing service providers

@Telstra Can you fix your basic internet services! It took overnight to download updates, which should have been done in just 10mins in any other country on any other (better) internet provider

@telstra I need to add someone urgently as an authority on my account. Website says I need to call you, so I call and it says it can’t help me and to do this online.

Dear @Telstra & @DodoInternet Your combined service provision is so slow, so unreliable, and so bad, it literally hurts my business. I am losing money and opportunity. #auspol PS: Yes, an Aust company thought it’s a good idea to name itself after an extinct bird

@AdeleOffley @Telstra I’m in Wagga and I often have trouble getting internet service (4G) - which is ridiculous for an inland city - it only gets worse when I’m travelling to small towns for work, makes it hard even to answer phone calls when I’m on the road

@Telstra why is everything except email shut down… has the fake gold member bots taking all of the @Pink tickets? I can’t even recharge my backup prepaid

@ShiannonC @Telstra You'd be surprised how often they get away with this. And when caught out they put it down to "computer error".

@heresyfinancial In fact the government used laws to break up that monopoly and forced telstra to lease its network to other companies which allowed them to break into the market and begin installing some of thier own infrastructure.

@Telstra Yes, I know that. That’s the reason I’ve ASKED!! And the answer you gave me was by the end of this week! Excuse me??? Your ******* case manager had never called me ever

@iborgward @ShiannonC @Telstra Don’t pay the new amount without complaint. They have an obligation to inform you of significant changes. They should wipe the extra and then work out a plan that suits. Stay calm and polite when talking with them you’ll get a lot further that way.

I’m done with Telstra. ******* DONE! iPhone hasn’t even shipped yet - if the first rep had actually processed the order, I’d have it by now. ******* fuming. Definitely lodging a formal ombudsman complaint - the only way to get anything resolved.

@ShiannonC @Telstra Did the same to us, but told us beforehand, although not able to argue. Not able to "grandfather" to earlier plans. Crap.

@ShiannonC @Telstra Check out ALDImobile. $45/month for the “family” plan. Two phones, 45G of data, unused data rolled over. Telstra network. Can’t fault.

@SwoopLuke I live 150m from a black spot and Telstra is the only company I can get reception with in my house. It can be dodgy at times but I've never really had issues

@phillipwmoore49 @Telstra @Qantas Telstra are great, you've just got to be persistent. They didn't suffer at all during the pandemic in fact no doubt their business grew. Qantas like most airlines suffered a lot! My Qantas issue is 70,000 in their Queue and internal contact said maybe 2023 before they respond!
