    @Telstra Hi Ethan. Yes I have. I understand lockdown created extra traffic on the network but this is unbearable. No outtages over the past 4 days. But even now lockdown is over and I've not gotten a faster speed all day. I've reset and hard reset the modem. What else can I do.

    @Telstra What about addressing only the "Speed boost" part? I was a network engineer one upon a time. I understand how this works. We all know limits of the current infrastructure, especially NBN. Are some extra addons required to aid this crude reality?

    @Telstra Why is dealing with you always worse than having teeth pulled? "No promise now can make you trust us less we can act on it" says your customer service. Having staff who make sense and actually know what they are doing would be a good start!

    @Optus I had already been down this path. No one was very helpful at all so I left @Optus, joined @Telstra and got a sweet data deal for the family AND the new phone I wanted. My tweet wasn’t a call for assistance, I just want people to know how crap the service is

    @Telstra I’ve been on sos only for 2 weeks for no reason. I’ve been in places where it should’ve been full bars of service and still nothing. I have no idea why this has happened, it happened out of nowhere. I’ve tried turning off my phone & taking out the SIM card and still nothing

    @carolwood00 @TaodeHaas the problem is for a while nothing seems to change until a privatised service collapses or says we don't do that anymore.... people still think of Telstra is like the old Telecom ..that QANTAS is ours... etc...
