@Telstra Are business wreckers. I could not make calls from my phone. All attempts to get the problem fixed were to recorded messages with no suitable solutions. Website solutions no help either. So I changed providers and I'm locked out of my phone number.

Using the mytelstra app help messenger and it's been over an hour since I started talking to someone about tracking a device order from 7 days ago (which I was last told would arrive today) and they haven't even managed to tell me if it's been processed. @Telstra

@neil_killick @Aussie_BB 1/ Hi mate, I won’t get started on the past few weeks I’ve had. But - ALL of my troubles are related to NBN infra and not the ISP. Flooded Telstra pits, dodgy ‘fixes’ with how they configure the available ports, ‘leaks’ throughout the network. Ugh!
