    @Telstra_news I let Telstra customer support decide what can be done and what not. They are so dumb and confused themselves. Don’t expect resolution; My issue is stuck for months now. 👎

    @Telstra @monkeymoo987 Your 24/7 live chat is a fking joke! People have to wait for hours to get the response and have to be asked what the request is again and again! Your call centre never has a person to answer the call. The funny part is it always tells you to call another line...

    @Telstra Just want this sorted today to be honest Luke. Three weeks of waiting, five days of chatting to a message service and verifying my details each time is becoming increasingly frustrating and I’m no closer to being connected. Didn’t realise it’d be this difficult!
