@iiNet ADSL internet down since yesterday morning. Now told it’s due to a @Telstra outage in the area. Expected date of reconnection 22/1. Over a week to fix a fault! And you thought 2020 got off to a bad start #WorkFromHome Not.

  • onep1xel Ryan Smith (@onep1xel) reported

I will be arriving at 10am to cancel my long standing (and long suffering) account #telstra @Telstra

  • theking_otter who am I? (@theking_otter) reported

@Telstra fix my home phone and network and give us some free months, thanks

  • SenorCrunch Mike D (@SenorCrunch) reported

got through to someone on @telstra customer service. I got told to change my number...

  • aramiths2 Aramith. (@aramiths2) reported

@Optus No, I haven’t. You know the usual faults in calling on an iPhone when it says things like “call failed.” I know this would be a daily complaint to you guys as well as @Telstra yet we have no media release as why this phenomenon is happening (@JeffPulford) There’s other’s aswell.

  • hookedmermaid Birdie (@hookedmermaid) reported

@Telstra I am so close to just cancelling my services because despite explaining REPEATEDLY that there is something wrong on your end that’s preventing me from paying bills or accessing my account, nothing has been done to fix it. I shouldn’t get 404’d trying to pay my bill.

@FinancialReview Let's try thinking of just one example in Australia where privatisation has actually worked out well... Telstra? No. Electricity? No. Trams? No. Trains and buses? No. It's pretty darn obvious that privatisation doesn't work.

  • DarkMatterzine DMZ (@DarkMatterzine) reported

@alexmakin @Telstra the “industry” did. The “industry“ got what they (the big international telecommunications companies) wanted: they got to screw over Australians, lower service levels, overcharge and help this country slide into greater inequality.

  • mckillican_drew Drew McKillican (@mckillican_drew) reported

@Telstra Crazy idea... Can somebody at Telstra IT not simply log in as me and try to visit the reward store to replicate the problem... rather than a regular customer try to explain a complex technical issue?

  • taha23hasnain Syed Taha Hasnain (@taha23hasnain) reported

Sick n tired of clueless @Telstra agents. What rubbish customer service.
